Abstract
An utensil wrapping device that includes: a tray holder, where the tray holder is adapted to receive a set of napkins; a series of rollers below the tray holders, where the rollers enable the rolling of a napkin; and a plurality of utensil dispensers below the series of rollers, where the dispensers release utensils for placement into a napkin for rolling. Preferably, the at least one of the plurality of utensil dispensers may include forks, knives or spoons.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a food utensil wrapping system that enables the placement of utensils within a wrapped napkin.


Description of Related Art

Many restaurants use cloth or paper napkins for customers. Usually workers wrap utensils in napkins prior to placing them on a table for a customer. Many times the process of wrapping the utensils within the napkin can become cumbersome or tedious. Further some restaurants have special folding requirements with respect to placement of the utensils within the napkin, which may require even further time and effort. As a result, it would be advantageous to have a system and device that may assist in the process of wrapping food utensils within a napkin.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an utensil wrapping device that includes: a tray holder, where the tray holder is adapted to receive a set of napkins; a series of rollers below the tray holders, where the rollers enable the rolling of a napkin; and a plurality of utensil dispensers below the series of rollers, where the dispensers release utensils for placement into a napkin for rolling. Preferably, the at least one of the plurality of utensil dispensers may include forks, knives or spoons.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to the utensil wrapping device that's used to facilitate the wrapping and securing of food utensils within a napkin for a service purposes. The present invention includes a tray holder with a placement of napkins adjacent to utensil dispensers for typical food utensils such as a fork, knife and spoon. The dispensers dispense utensils onto a napkin through the use of rollers and arms that allow a user to simply wrap the napkin as the utensils are wrapped using the arms of rollers provided.


In reference to FIG. 1, a utensil wrapping device 100 and according to the present invention is depicted to appear on the utensil wrapping device 100 includes a napkin holder area 30 at the top end of the device 100. Rollers 32 are provided below the napkin holder area 30 in accordance with the present invention. Below the rollers 32 are dispensers that dispense utensils for placement into the napkin within the napkin holder 30. As shown, a fork dispenser 10, knife dispenser 12 and spoon dispenser 14 are shown adjacent to each other in a row. The utensils are dispensed from each dispenser and rolled onto a napkin placed in the napkin holder 30. Once complete the napkin is rolled through the use of rollers 32 and provides a complete rolled napkin 20 with the utensils as shown in FIG. 1. The device according to the present invention allows the user to load the napkins directly on to the tray holder and they allow for the dispensement of the utensils from the dispensers onto the napkins with built in rollers then enabling the movement and rolling of the napkin over the utensils. The instant invention has been shown and described in what it considers to be the most practical and preferred embodiments. It is recognized, however, that departures may be made there from within the scope of the invention and that obvious modifications will occur to a person skilled in the art.

Claims
  • 1. An utensil wrapping device comprising: a. tray holder, where the tray holder is adapted to receive a set of napkins;b. a series of rollers below the tray holders, where the rollers enable the rolling of a napkin; andc. a plurality of utensil dispensers below the series of rollers, where the dispensers release utensils for placement into a napkin for rolling.
  • 2. The utensil wrapping device according to claim 1, where at least one of the plurality of utensil dispensers include forks.
  • 3. The utensil wrapping device according to claim 1, where at least one of the plurality of utensil dispensers include knives
  • 4. The utensil wrapping device according to claim 1, where at least one of the plurality of utensil dispensers include spoons.
