A vacuum sealing machine driven by air pressure, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, comprising a seat body 1, a control circuit installed in the inner cavity of the seat body 1, and a vacuuming device which is electrically connected to the control circuit; the upper middle part of the inner cavity of the seat body 1 is slidably installed with a lifting seat 10 that slides in the vertical direction, a positive air pressure pushing mechanism for driving the lifting seat 10 to move up and down is installed above the lifting seat 10, a bottom platform 2 is arranged at the lower part of the inner cavity of the seat body 1, an air extraction groove 21 is provided on the bottom surface of the lifting seat 10 or the top surface of the bottom platform 2, the vacuuming device is connected to the air extraction groove 21, a bag opening heat sealing device 17 is arranged on the bottom surface of the lifting seat 10 or the top surface of the bottom platform 2, and a control circuit is electrically connected to the bag opening heat sealing device 17; the bag opening heat sealing device 17 comprises an insulating base installed at the bottom of the lifting seat 10, a heating sheet fixed on the bottom of the insulating base, and an insulating layer covering the bottom of the heating sheet. The lifting seat 10 after moving downward when vacuuming or sealing is pressed against the bottom platform 2 to press the vacuum packaging bag and perform vacuuming and sealing operations.


The positive air pressure pushing mechanism comprises an air pump 4 installed in the inner cavity of the seat body 1, a positive pressure pipe, and an air bag 11 arranged above the lifting seat 10, the control circuit is electrically connected to the air pump 4, the air pump 4 is connected to the air bag 11 through a positive pressure pipe, and the air bag 11 is fixed on the upper part of the lifting seat 10 or in the inner cavity of the seat body 1, for pushing the lifting seat 10 to move downward. The air bag 11 extends laterally and presses on the top of the lifting seat 10, the left and right ends of the air bag 11 are respectively fixed on the left and right sides of the lifting seat 10, one end is sealed, and the other end is installed with an inflation interface 13, a return spring is installed on the seat body 1 or the lifting seat 10, and the lifting seat 10 is pushed up to move and reset by the return spring after the pressure is released.


The air bag 11 comprises a hollow, flat-shaped elastic bag that expands after being inflated inside; the left and right sides of the top of the lifting seat 10 are respectively fixed with a pressure cover 12, the two pressure covers 12 are respectively crimped and fixed to the left and right ends of the elastic bag body, one end of the elastic bag body is sealed and plugged into an inflation interface 13, and a positive pressure pipe is connected to the inflation interface 13. One end of the inflation interface 13 is provided with a flat-shaped plug-in portion, and the other end is provided with a pipe interface, the surface of the plug-in portion is formed with a plurality of convex rings arranged at intervals to increase the connection firmness and airtightness, the plug-in portion is inserted tightly at one end of the elastic bag body, a vent hole is opened in the middle of the plug-in portion, and the vent hole communicates with the pipe interface; the positive pressure pipe is connected with an electric pressure relief valve or a pressure relief component, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the electric pressure relief valve or the pressure relief component. The top surface of the bottom platform 2 is provided with an air extraction groove 21, a rubber pad 22 is installed on the top surface of the bottom platform 2, the rear side of the rubber pad 22 is provided with a transversely extending hollow groove and a sealing fitting portion is formed on the outer edge of the hollow groove, the front side of the rubber pad 22 is integrally formed with a sealing bead protruding relative to the sealing fitting portion, and the sealing fitting portion and the sealing bead are connected as a whole; the sealing strip 15 corresponding to the outer edge area of the air extraction groove 21 is installed at the bottom of the lifting seat 10; at least when vacuuming, the sealing strip 15 is in a sealed fit with the sealing fitting portion to realize the vacuuming operation; and at least when sealing, the bag opening heat sealing device 17 is press-fitted with the sealing bead to realize the hot melt sealing operation.
