Abstract
The present invention provides a vane structure of an airflow generator. The plate of predefined thickness and width has a locating portion and a swinging end. The swinging end of the vane is wider than the locating portion. There is an oblique section placed between the swinging end and locating portion for linking purposes. A better wind guide effect can be obtained from the expanded swinging end, and the oblique section is employed to reduce inlet stagnation, thus greatly improving the smoothness of air flow and the operating performance of the vane with better applicability.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a vane structure of airflow generator, and more particularly to an innovative vane structure.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.

Conventionally, airflow generation is implemented by a motor-driven rotary vane. However, with lightweight design of various electronic devices, some efforts were made in this industry to develop an innovative motor-driven vane to match the space-saving requirements of electronic devices.

So, a new airflow generator was developed to generate airflow via an oscillating resonance principle of a tubular vane. With such a long tubular vane, the airflow generator generates airflow via a micro-magnetic body and coil pack using a braking principle, so the entire airflow generator could have a thin profile in response to the lightweight design trend in electronic devices.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve efficacy.

Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 1, the swinging end 12 of said vane 10 is wider than locating portion 11. An oblique section 13 is placed between the swinging end 12 and locating portion 11, so that the lateral wind area of vane 10 may increase, thus yielding a better air flow effect when the expanded swinging end 12 is in an oscillating state. The oblique section 13 is linked obliquely to the swinging end 12 and locating portion 11. If the air inlet direction is arranged laterally on the vane 10, the oblique section 13 could be employed to reduce inlet stagnation, thus improving greatly the smoothness of the air guide and the operating performance of vane 10 of the airflow generator.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1-2 depict preferred embodiments of vane structure of airflow generator of the present invention. The embodiments are provided for explanatory purposes only. The scope of the present invention is set by the patent claims.

The vane 10 of said airflow generator is a plate of predefined thickness and width, which defines a locating portion 11 and a swinging end 12. The swinging end 12 of the vane 10 is wider than locating portion 11. An oblique section 13 is placed between the swinging end 12 and locating portion 11 for linking purposes.

Referring to FIG. 2, the vane 10 has a flat oblique section 13. In this preferred embodiment, the flat oblique section 13 is linked with swinging end 12 and locating portion 11 of vane 10 in an curved manner to avoid stress concentration and ensure the toughness and smooth swinging of vane 10. Referring to FIG. 3, the oblique section 13B of the vane 10 has a cavetto shape. Referring to FIG. 4, the oblique section 13C of the vane 10 has a convex arc shape.

Based upon above-specified structures, the present invention operates as follows: FIGS. 5 and 6 depict the application of the vane of the present invention which is assembled into the airflow generator A. The locating portion 11 of the vane 10 is provided with a shaft lever 110 to form a pivotal point. The airflow generator A is provided with a control unit 20, first magnetizing portion 21 and second magnetizing portion 22. A pole N 14 and a pole S 15 are arranged correspondingly at one end of locating portion 11 of the vane 10, so that the control unit 20 permits the first magnetizing portion 21 and second magnetizing portion 22 to generate a magnetizing action in a controlled way. Then, pole N 14 and pole S 15 yield attraction and repulsive interaction with the first magnetizing portion 21 and second magnetizing portion 22, enabling the reciprocating motion of the swinging end 12. As an oblique section 13 is laterally placed onto the vane 10 to link the swinging end 12 and locating portion 11, the lateral wind area is big enough to generate an oblique guide action, so the wind can be guided from the oblique section 13 to the swinging end 12 in order to avoid inlet stagnation.

Moreover, the airflow generator is provided with a housing 30, which has an accommodating space 31. An air outlet 32 is assembled at one end of the housing 30, and inlets 33 are arranged around the housing 30, so that the vane 10 air W is guided from ingress 33 under the magnetic driving and swinging. The oblique section 13 of the vane 10 may reduce the stagnation air at the inlet. The ingress 33 guides air W more smoothly and discharges from air outlet 32 through the swinging end 12 for better air discharge effect.
