When the temperature, the humidity, the pressure, the vibration intensity, or a leakage monitoring result are higher than a set threshold, and there may be risks of combustion, explosion, and leakage of the hazardous chemicals, early warning information is issued, and an early warning is triggered. The early warning information is sent to the remote management unit, and local early warning sound and light or a voice prompt is simultaneously issued through the alarm prompt unit.

In this way, in an automatic monitoring and transportation process, the physical and chemical safety and anti-theft/robbery safety information of vehicle-mounted hazardous chemicals is implemented. When vehicle-mounted hazardous chemicals are at a risk of explosion or being theft/robbed, a sound and light early warning and alarm or a voice prompt is issued to the driver and passenger, to prompt the driver and passenger to get off the vehicle in time for inspection or prepare for defense. In addition, safety monitoring, early warning, and alarm information of vehicle-mounted hazardous chemicals is uploaded to the enterprise to which the vehicle belongs and the competent industry department, an on-site voice prompt for emergency disposal or file push guidance is issued, and emergency rescue is quickly started, which is of great significance to improving monitoring, early warning, and prevention capabilities on hazardous chemical transportation safety accidents, improving emergency disposal efficiency of hazardous chemical transportation safety accidents, and anti-terrorism prevention capabilities on hazardous chemical transportation.
