The walking vendor tray accessory, in the current market, is plastic and is attached to the person in charge of inventory by a supportive harness. Currently the only option is to have the harness clip into the tray, which does not provide a stable place for individuals to set the tray when loading or off-loading drinks or snacks in real-time to consumers. As a result, individuals must constantly squat up and down with the heavy weight resulting in extreme back discomfort and pain, as it takes a toll on the physical body. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem.
An apparatus that assists individuals when loading or off-loading drinks and snacks to the walking vendor tray without the individual having to squat with a heavy tray is not being met by any known device or system at present. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem either.
The main purpose of the vending tray with stand is to provide users with a primary carrying tray possessing collapsible legs in order to facilitate and simplify person-centered vending transactions.
A vending tray with stand comprising a vending tray received into a folding stand configured to collapse against a bottom of the vending tray. The disclosure also includes folding legs attached to the folding stand and configured to collapse into the folding stand.
Throughout the description, similar reference numbers may be used to identify similar elements depicted in multiple embodiments. Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated, the invention is not to be limited to the specific forms or arrangements of parts so described and illustrated. The present disclosed vending tray with stand, also known as the “Walking Vendor Tray with Collapsible Legs” offers a modem accessory that significantly reduces the weight load on the back, provides stability to the vending tray, and makes the process of transactions safer and professional. Expanding on the initial design of an average plastic vendor tray, the walking vendor tray with collapsible legs introduces novel collapsible folding legs attached to the vending tray that can be easily folded out or down when needed by the vendor. As a result, users will be able to set the tray down while making transactions and loading drinks, and stand without bending over which reduces heavy pressure on the back of the user. The walking vendor tray with collapsible legs enhances the functionality of an average vendor tray and allows for a more efficient operation, at all times.
Although the operations of the method(s) herein are shown and described in a particular order, the order of the operations of each method may be altered so that certain operations may be performed in an inverse order or so that certain operations may be performed, at least in part, concurrently with other operations. In another embodiment, instructions or sub-operations of distinct operations may be implemented in an intermittent and/or alternating manner.
