The present application relates to the technical field of protective casings, and more specifically to a VR silicone integrated handle protective casing.
At present, a handle strap part and a main body protective casing part in a commercially available VR silicone integrated handle protective casing are of a split structure. However, it is known that products of the split structure has poor structural reliability, and a juncture of the handle strap part and the main body protective casing part is easy to be fallen off by force. The handle strap part and the main body protective casing part are generally used rivets to assemble, while rivet parts are easy to squeeze hands, scratching skin. In addition, a split handle strap part is generally used PU leather, which has small elasticity, thus has a poor fit to the hand, if used for a long time, it is easy to hand strangulation and hand fatigue, and cleaning with water is easy to damage the leather, resulting in reduced life of the leather straps.
The present disclosure aims to provide a novelty VR silicone integrated handle protective casing to address above technical problems.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a VR silicone integrated handle protective casing is provided, including a main body protective casing part and a handle strap part.
The main body protective casing part is configured with an accommodative cavity for holding a handle and a clearance hole in communication with the accommodative cavity, and the clearance hole corresponds to positions of a button and/or an interface of the handle.
The handle strap part is connected to the main body protective casing part. Herein the handle strap part is integrated with the main body protective casing part, and the handle strap part and the main body protective casing part are made of silicone materials.
It is understood that the handle strap part and the main body protective casing part are made of silicone materials, which is conducive to production of the VR silicone integrated handle protective casing through integrated molding on a mold. The silicone materials have good elasticity, which can improve use experiences of the VR silicone integrated handle protective casing, such that it is more fit and comfortable, and is also convenient to wash with water, easy to clean, safe and environmentally friendly, and has a long service life. Moreover, the handle strap part is integrated with the main body protective casing part, which can improve reliability and service life of the VR silicone integrated handle protective casing, thereby avoiding rivet structures for connecting the handle strap part and the main body protective casing part, and also avoiding rivets from scratching skins.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, a connection section between the handle strap part and the main body protective casing part is configured with grooves. And/or, the handle strap part is configured with grooves at one end near the main body protective casing part.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part is configured with a strap punching, and one end of the handle strap part away from the main body protective casing part is configured to be passed through the strap punching.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the handle strap part is configured with a first Velcro on one end away from the main body protective casing part, the handle strap part is configured with a second Velcro on another end near the main body protective casing part, and the first Velcro is configured to be adhered to the second Velcro after being passed through the strap punching.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, a handle strap section between the first Velcro and the second Velcro is configured with a bending part. And the bending part is bent in the same direction as a bending direction of the handle strap section between the first Velcro and the second Velcro.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part is configured with an anti-skid part, and the anti-skid part is located between the handle strap part and the strap punching.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the anti-skid part includes a plurality of bumps provided on the main body protective casing part.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, one end of the main body protective casing part away from the handle strap part is configured with an opening in communication with the accommodative cavity.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part is configured with a threading part, and the threading part is configured with the strap punching.

Specifically, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the VR silicone integrated handle protective casing includes a main body protective casing part 100 and a handle strap part 200, and the handle strap part 200 is connected to the main body protective casing part 100. Herein the main body protective casing part is used to enclose the handle to protect the handle, and the handle strap part 200 is used to fix to a user's hand to prevent a main body protective part falling from the user's hand. For example, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, one end of the main body protective casing part 100 away from the handle strap part 200 is configured with an opening in communication with an accommodative cavity 110, through which the user may fit the handle into the accommodative cavity 110.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part 100 is configured with the accommodative cavity 110 for holding the handle and a clearance hole 300 in communication with the accommodative cavity 110, and the clearance hole 300 corresponds to positions of a button and/or an interface of the handle. When the handle is inserted into the accommodative cavity 110, the button and/or interface may be exposed through the clearance hole 300 to facilitate the user being able to act directly on the button or interface on the handle.
It is noted that in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the number and location of the clearance hole 300 may be determined based on the number and location of button and/or interface on the handle.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the handle strap part 200 is integrated with the main body protective casing part 100, and the handle strap part 200 and the main body protective casing part 100 are made of silicone materials.
It is understood that the handle strap part 200 and the main body protective casing part 100 are made of silicone materials, which is conducive to production of the VR silicone integrated handle protective casing through integrated molding on a mold. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a connection section between the handle strap part 200 and the main body protective casing part 100 is configured with grooves 400, and the number of the groves 400 may be several. The grooves 400 is favorable for bending the connection section between the handle strap part 200 and the main body protective casing part 100 during fixation of the handle strap part 200 to the hand, or for bending the handle strap part with respect to the main body protective casing part. And/or, the handle strap part 200 is configured with grooves at one end near the main body protective casing part 100.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part 100 is configured with a strap punching 510, and one end of the handle strap part 200 away from the main body protective casing part 100 is configured to be passed through the strap punching 510, to facilitate fixation of the handle strap part 200 onto the user's hand.
For example, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part 100 is configured with a threading part 500, and the threading part 500 is configured with the strap punching 510. By such designs, it is easy to provide strap punching 510.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the handle strap part 200 is configured with a first Velcro 600 on one end away from the main body protective casing part 100, the handle strap part 200 is configured with a second Velcro 700 on another end near the main body protective casing part 100, and the first Velcro 600 is configured to be adhered to the second Velcro 700 after being passed through the strap punching 510, so as to achieve quick fixation of the handle strap part 200 to the user's hand.
In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, a handle strap section 200 between the first Velcro 600 and the second Velcro 700 is configured with a bending part 800, and the bending part 800 facilitates bending of the handle strap part 200 after being threaded into the strap punching, so that the first Velcro 600 and the second Velcro 700 adhere to each other. Specifically, the bending part 800 is bent in the same direction as a bending direction of the handle strap section 200 between the first Velcro 600 and the second Velcro 700.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body protective casing part 100 is further configured with an anti-skid part 900, and the anti-skid part 900 is located between the handle strap part 200 and the strap punching 510. When the user holds the main body protective casing part 100 in the hand, the anti-skid part 900 plays a role of anti-skid to improve the use's experience.
