BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates generally to concealed carry apparatuses, and more specifically to a waistband concealed carry apparatuses.

2. Description of the Related Art

Prior art concealed carry holsters are designed to attach directly to clothing garments or to be placed within pockets of clothing garments. Prior art holsters usually have a loop or clip for attaching to a belt or the rigid waistband of a clothing garment. The problem is when a person wants to conceal a weapon within the waistline of their pants or shorts that do not have or incorporate a belt or a rigid waistband, such as sweat pants or sweat shorts, the weapon is not securely held in place and can easily fall down through their pants or shorts. Accordingly, the present invention overcomes the disadvantages associated with the prior art by providing a waistband concealed carry apparatus that removably attaches directly to the waistline of the user and optionally to the clothing garments as well.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of concealed carry apparatuses or the like in the prior art, the present invention provides a waistband concealed carry apparatus that is easily removably attached to a user's waist and the inner waistband of pants or shorts be worn by a user. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a waistband concealed carry apparatus that includes an easily removable belt adapted to wrap around a user's waist via hook and loop material, a holster removably attached to the belt, and hook and loop material for releasably attaching the waistband concealed carry apparatus to the inner waistband of pants or shorts be worn by a user, with all the advantages of the prior art and none of the disadvantages.
