The problem is when a person wants to conceal a weapon within the waistline of their pants or shorts that do not have or incorporate a belt or a rigid waistband, such as sweat pants or sweat shorts, the weapon is not securely held in place and can easily fall down through their pants or shorts. In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of concealed carry apparatuses or the like in the prior art, the present invention provides a waistband concealed carry apparatus that is easily removably attached to a user's waist and the inner waistband of pants or shorts be worn by a user. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a waistband concealed carry apparatus that includes an easily removable belt adapted to wrap around a user's waist via hook and loop material, a holster removably attached to the belt, and hook and loop material for releasably attaching the waistband concealed carry apparatus to the inner waistband of pants or shorts be worn by a user, with all the advantages of the prior art and none of the disadvantages.
