Abstract
A walking aid for old people or small children to help climbing or downing the stairs As a barrier free device is disclosed. It will help many old people or small children to use and step on this walking aid, more easy to climb and downing the stairs, safely. This walking aid is also an economical device, its material is mixed with wood and rubber that is available to made of reclaimed articles.

BACKGOUND OF INVENTION
[0001] This invention relates to a kind of barrier free devices that will help many old people and small children happy especially at the stairs.
[0002] A conventional building, there are a lot of stairs to climb the higher point for example, in a house from the first floor to the second floor. But, that kind of stairs is too Difficult to step for old people and small children.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] In view of foregoing, it is an object of the present invention to provide a kind of barrier free device to help easy step for an old people and a small child to climb or down just half of the height of the stairs.
[0004] It is another object of the present invention to provide a remarkable step that is painted with a luminous paint, so it will give out light to watch out the stairs and the surface is covered with a rubber, so it prevent old people and small child from slip and fall.

FIG. 1—The numeral 1 is a wood which was made from mixed with woods. 2 is a rubber sheet covered with mixed woods 1. On the rubber sheet 2, there are two kind of important points. 3 is the shape where rubber was cut just like this slant corner. And this slant corner is bright at night for a luminous paint, it is useful to make a step at night. 4 is the shape of four leaves is curved or painted on the rubber sheet 2. It help us to move the step and more beautiful to our eyes just like an interior.

FIG. 2 is the a side view in which there are a peace of magnet 5 is embedded into the mixed with base woods. We can easily put on a peace of iron with double side tape to a stairs, on the other side.

FIG. 3 is the picture that this walking aids are really putting on the stairs. We can step the stairs at the half height of it to step according to A→B→C→D→E→F→G.

FIG. 1 was made of mixed woods, but it is available to use various kind of wood which was made of reclaimed articles, and the thickness will be changed according the shape of a stairs.4 is the design of four leaves, but it is available to change its design freely just like the customer's favor, its shape, its design and its materials. 3 is having the slant corner, but the angle is available according to the customer's favor and the status of a stairs. It can be used safely, and the cost to make the device is cheep compare with other materials.

FIG. 2 is using a magnet and a peace of iron, but its size and where to embedded on the mixed woods will be change according the status of the stairs. This set of magnet and a peace of iron is easy to put on the stairs, hold well. It is able to maintain rigidity in spite of its simple structure and lightweight. Otherwise, it is easy to put off, once we use a screwdriver. It can be put away and kept in a small space.

FIG. 3 is to put on this device close to the wall side of the stairs, but it is available to put on the other side, or to put on just one step left for the people to step easily according to the person's easy way to step.

- 1. a walking aid to improve the difficulty for old persons or small children in case of climbing or downing the stairs, comprising:
It is made from mixed with woods covered with rubber; Said it include a peace of magnet embedded in the mixed woods, and the other side To put on the stairs have a peace of iron with double side tape.
- 2 a walking aid according to claim 1, wherein each of said its surfaces comprising:
its shape on the mixed woods where rubber was cut just like a slant corner; Said it is bright at night for a luminous paint;
- 3 a walking aid according to claim 2, wherein each of said its surface comprises:
its surface was curved or painted just like four leaves on the rubber sheet to protect from slip and fall for an old person or a small child.
