This application claims the priority benefit of China application serial no. 202310391713.4, filed on Apr. 12, 2023. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.
The present invention relates to the technical field of decorative wall panels, and more specifically, to a wall panel decorative structure and an assembly method therefor.
For the decoration of wall panels in a house, wet tiling is usually used, but the efficiency of wet tiling is too low. Currently, the mounting of a ceramic tile panel wall is most used instead of wet tiling, which can preserve the aesthetics and practicality of ceramic tiles, improve the mounting efficiency, and reduce the requirements for the surface flatness of an earthen building before mounting. The most common method for mounting the ceramic tile panel wall is to fix a first panel wall to the earthen building by expansion screws first, and then by a hanging structure to hang an adjacent second panel wall and mount it to the mounted first panel wall in a vertical direction. Connecting structures between such panel wall and the earthen building, and between panel walls require a certain space to be reserved between the panel wall and a roof ceiling, which facilitates the panel wall mounted later to be connected to the panel wall mounted first in a lifting and hanging manner during mounting of the panel wall, so that the panel wall cannot be directly connected to the ceiling in height. Moreover, after the panel wall is mounted, edge lines or decorative gypsum lines need to be mounted at a top end of the panel wall on the ceiling to complete the entire decoration. For such structure, when a wall surface of the house is subjected to secondary renovation, it is required to remove the mounted edge lines or destroy the decorative gypsum lines on the ceiling before the wall panels are removed, so that it is impossible to directly replace the wall panels without replacing the ceiling decorative structures.
An objective of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art and provide a wall panel decorative structure. Wall panels can be directly dismounted without dismounting a ceiling decorative structure, so as to facilitate the replacement of the wall panels without affecting other decorative structures.
To solve the above technical problem, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
Provided is a wall panel decorative structure, including a left side wall panel assembly, a middle wall panel assembly, and a right side wall panel assembly arranged sequentially along an embedded space, where a left side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the left side wall panel assembly, a right side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the right side wall panel assembly, a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure are arranged at two ends of the middle wall panel assembly, respectively, a first limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the middle wall panel assembly and the left side wall panel assembly, a second limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the middle wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly, the first limiting structure is in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, and the second limiting structure is in inserted connection with the second connecting structure; and the left side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure and abuts against the first limiting structure, the two ends of the middle wall panel assembly are connected to the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, respectively, and the right side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure and abuts against the second limiting structure.
The wall panel decorative structure according to the present invention is applied to the wall panel decoration in the embedded space. In general, the embedded space refers to a space recessed from a certain plane, and there are at least two internal corners in the embedded space. A bathroom, a kitchen, a study, and a bedroom in a house may be all regarded as embedded spaces. Both the left side wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly are relative to the middle wall panel assembly. A wall panel assembly located on a left side when facing the embedded space may be defined as the left side wall panel assembly, a wall panel assembly located on a right side when facing the embedded space may be defined as the right side wall panel assembly accordingly, and a wall panel assembly between the left side wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly is defined as the middle wall panel assembly. The first connecting structure is located on a left side of the middle wall panel assembly, and the second connecting structure is located on a right side of the middle wall panel assembly. Through the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, the two ends of the middle wall panel assembly can be mounted and fixed, respectively. Specifically, the first limiting structure is in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, the second limiting structure is in inserted connection with the second connecting structure, one end of the middle wall panel assembly is inserted into a gap formed by the first connecting structure and the first limiting structure, and the other end of the middle wall panel assembly is inserted into a gap formed by the second connecting structure and the second limiting structure, so that the middle wall panel assembly can be positioned. The left side wall panel assembly has one end abutting against a first limiting mechanism and the other end at the back in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure to implement the mounting and fixation. Similarly, the right side wall panel assembly has one end abutting against the second limiting structure and the other end at the back in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure to implement the mounting and fixation. During mounting, both the left side wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly are pushed horizontally towards the middle wall panel assembly to be in clamped connection with each other. In this way, when the wall panel decorative structure needs to be dismounted, a reverse operation can be carried out to pull out the left side wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly horizontally in a direction away from the middle wall panel assembly, that is, the clamped connection between the left side wall panel assembly and the left side connecting structure, and the clamped connection between the right side wall panel assembly and the right side connecting structure can be removed by withdrawal from a gap of the embedded space, and then the middle wall panel assembly can be horizontally pulled out by removing the inserted connection between the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure. The wall panel decorative structure can be mounted and dismounted without occupying any mounting space in a vertical direction. Therefore, the present invention can be mounted and dismounted without damaging the ceiling decorative structure. Moreover, precisely because the wall panel decorative structure according to the present invention does not need to occupy the space in the vertical direction during mounting and dismounting, the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly can be all basically flush with a ceiling in height, an additional decorative edge line does not need to be used for decorating an exposed portion of an earthen wall between wall panels and the ceiling, and the decoration costs can be saved.

As one implementation of the present invention, as shown in
The left side fastener 42, the first fastener 62, the second fastener 72, and the right side fastener 52 may all be expansion screws, the left side fastener 42 is configured to fix the left side connecting piece 41 to the earthen wall 101, the first fastener 62 is configured to fix the first connecting piece 61 to the earthen wall 101, the second fastener 72 is configured to fix the second connecting piece 71 to the earthen wall 101, and the right side fastener 52 is configured to fix the right side connecting piece 51 to the earthen wall 101; the left side clamping piece 93 is mounted on the back of the left side wall panel assembly 1 and located at an end, away from the middle wall panel assembly 2, of the left side wall panel assembly 1, and the left side clamping piece 93 is in clamped connection with the left side connecting piece 41, so as to implement the connection between the left side wall panel assembly 1 and the left side connecting structure 4. Similarly, the right side clamping piece 94 is mounted on the back of the right side wall panel assembly 3 and located at an end, away from the middle wall panel assembly 2, of the right side wall panel assembly 3, and the right side clamping piece 94 is in clamped connection with the right side connecting piece 51, so as to implement the connection between the right side wall panel assembly 3 and the right side connecting structure 5. Preferably, the left side connecting piece 41 and the left side clamping piece 93 may be made from an elastic material and can be positioned and clamped using two limiting steps or can be clamped and positioned using two overhead hooks. A guide slope may be arranged at a mutually clamped portion, and the left side clamping piece 93 and the left side connecting piece 41 are guided using the guide slope during relative movement before being clamped, which facilitates the subsequent clamping in place. The first connecting piece 61 is configured to be in inserted connection with the first limiting structure 91. Preferably, both the first connecting piece 61 and the second connecting piece 71 are right-angle-shaped, both the first limiting structure 91 and the second limiting structure 92 are straight-rod-shaped, and the first connecting piece 61 and the first limiting structure 91 form a structure similar to an “F” shape. A gap is formed between the first connecting piece 61 and the first limiting structure 91, which facilitates the middle wall panel assembly 2 to be inserted into the gap, and enables the two lateral sides of the middle wall panel assembly 2 to be positioned. The second connecting piece 71 and the second limiting structure 92 have the similar effects. Further, limiting portions 962 are arranged at an end, away from the inserted connection with the first connecting piece 61, of the first limiting structure 91 and at an end away from the inserted connection with the second connecting piece 71, of the second limiting structure 92. The limiting portion 962 arranged on the first limiting structure 91 is configured to limit a front surface, namely, a side opposite to the back of the left side wall panel assembly 1 when the first limiting structure 91 abuts against the end of the left side wall panel assembly 1 for positioning, and the first limiting structure 91 as a whole limits a side surface of the end, close to the middle wall panel assembly 2, of the left side wall panel assembly 1; and the back of the left side wall panel assembly 1 is clamped in cooperation with the left side connecting structure 4, so that the left side wall panel assembly 1 can be positioned and fixed from three different dimensions. A fixing principle for the right side wall panel assembly 3 is similar to that for the left side wall panel assembly 1.
In the prior art, one panel wall is fixed to the earthen wall 101 first and then the adjacent panel wall is in hung connection with the panel wall to implement the mounting and fixation. Such structure can only implement the hung connection through up-down movement in the vertical direction, and cannot implement the hung connection in the horizontal direction. Therefore, a certain mounting space needs to be reserved in the vertical direction.
As one implementation of the present invention, the left side connecting piece 41 includes a first right-angle piece 411 and a second right-angle piece 412 connected to each other, the first right-angle piece 411 is connected to the left side fastener 42, and the second right-angle piece 412 is in clamped connection with the left side clamping piece 93; and the right side connecting piece 51 includes a third right-angle piece 511 and a fourth right-angle piece 512 connected to each other, the third right-angle piece 511 is connected to the right side fastener 52, and the fourth right-angle piece 512 is in clamped connection with the right side clamping piece 94.

The limiting steps or the overhead hooks of the clamped portion between the left side connecting piece 41 and the left side clamping piece 93 are arranged on the second right-angle piece 412, so as to implement the clamped connection with the left side clamping piece 93. The structure and function of the right side connecting piece 51 may refer to those of the left side connecting piece 41.
As one implementation of the present invention, sealing elements 95 are further mounted between the middle wall panel assembly 2 and the first connecting piece 61, and between the middle wall panel assembly 2 and the second connecting piece 71.
The sealing elements 95 can be provided to improve the waterproof performance of the wall panel decorative structure and avoid the moisture and water leakage between the middle wall panel assembly 2 and the first connecting piece or the second connecting piece 71.
As one implementation of the present invention, as shown in
The left side wall panel assembly 1, the middle wall panel assembly 2, and the right side wall panel assembly 3 may be of a same structure, and each includes the decorative panel 97 and the profiles 96. The decorative panel 97 is a ceramic tile for decoration. Certainly, the decorative panel 97 may also be made of other materials, such as marble. The profiles 96 are used to provide support for the decorative panel 97 to enhance the strength on the one hand, and are used to be connected to or abut against the connecting structure or the limiting structure on the other hand.
As one implementation of the present invention, the left side wall panel assembly 1, the middle wall panel assembly 2, and the right side wall panel assembly 3 define a “[”-shaped structure.
The “[”-shaped structure herein refers to an embedded structure with three sides that need to be decorated, and may also be rotated at a certain angle. For example, “[” is rotated clockwise as a whole by 90°, 180°, 270°, or 360°, and a rotation angle is not specifically limited, so that the rotation angle is not necessarily a multiple of 90° and may also be other angle such as 5° or 18°. Certainly, a middle side and two lateral sides of “[” are not necessarily arranged perpendicular to each other, and may also form a certain inclination angle.
As one implementation of the present invention, the left side wall panel assembly 1 and the right side wall panel assembly 3 are arranged symmetrically.
The symmetrical arrangement of the left side wall panel assembly 1 and the right side wall panel assembly 3 is one of the embodiments. Within the cognitive scope of those skilled in the art, the lengths and heights of the left side wall panel assembly 1, the middle wall panel assembly 2, and the right side wall panel assembly 3, a placement angle between the left side wall panel assembly 1 and the middle wall panel assembly 2, and a placement angle between the middle wall panel assembly 2 and the right side wall panel assembly 3 may all be set according to an earthen space that actually needs to be decorated.
The below is an embodiment of an assembly method for a wall panel decorative structure according to the present invention, the method being applied to the wall panel decorative structure as described above, and specifically including the following steps:
The left side wall panel assembly 1 is horizontally pushed to enable the end of the left side wall panel assembly to abut against the first limiting structure 91, and the back of the left side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the left side connecting piece 41 by a left side clamping piece 93. After being clamped, the left side wall panel assembly 1 is positioned by the left side connecting structure 4, which limits the forward and backward movement of the decorative panel 97 and the back of the left side wall panel assembly to prevent the left side wall panel assembly 1 from falling down, and limits the movement of the left side wall panel assembly 1 in directions close to and away from the middle wall panel assembly 2 to fix the left side wall panel assembly 1. Specifically, the left side clamping piece 93 is mounted on profiles 96 at an end, away from the middle wall panel assembly 2, of the left side wall panel assembly 1. A fixing method for the right side wall panel assembly 3 is the same as that for the left side wall panel assembly 1.
The structure of the spliced wall panel decorative structure according to the present invention is similar to that of the wall panel decorative structure, and a difference lies in that the left side wall panel assembly 1, the middle wall panel assembly 2, and the right side wall panel assembly 3 in Embodiment 1 are correspondingly split, respectively. The first left side wall panel assembly 11 and the second left side wall panel assembly 12 in this embodiment are spliced to form the left side wall panel assembly 1 in Embodiment 1; the first middle wall panel assembly 21 and the second middle wall panel assembly 22 in this embodiment are spliced to form the middle wall panel assembly 2 in Embodiment 1; the first right side wall panel assembly 32 and the second right side wall panel assembly 31 in this embodiment are spliced to form the right side wall panel assembly 3 in Embodiment 1; and the first left side wall panel assembly 11 is connected and fixed to the second left side wall panel assembly 12 by the middle connecting structure 8, the first middle wall panel assembly 21 is connected and fixed to the second middle wall panel assembly 22 by the middle connecting structure 8, and the second right side wall panel assembly 31 is connected and fixed to the first right side wall panel assembly 32 by the middle connecting structure 8. Specifically, in this embodiment, three middle connecting structures 8 are used. The middle connecting structure 8 located between the first left side wall panel assembly 11 and the second left side wall panel assembly 12 is defined as a first middle connecting structure 81, the middle connecting structure 8 located between the first middle wall panel assembly 21 and the second middle wall panel assembly 22 is defined as a second middle connecting structure 82, and the middle connecting structure 8 located between the first right side wall panel assembly 32 and the second right side wall panel assembly 31 is defined as a third middle connecting structure 83. A right side of the first middle wall panel assembly 21 is in horizontal inserted connection with the second middle connecting structure 82, and then a left side of the first middle wall panel assembly is inserted between the first connecting structure 6 and the first limiting structure 91 to complete the mounting and fixation of the first middle wall panel assembly 21. A left side of the second middle wall panel assembly 22 is in horizontal inserted connection with the second middle connecting structure 82, and then a right side of the second middle wall panel assembly is inserted between the second connecting structure 7 and the second limiting structure 92 to complete the mounting and fixation of the second middle wall panel assembly 22. The back of the second left side wall panel assembly 12 is in inserted connection with the first middle connecting structure 81, the end of the second left side wall panel assembly abuts against the first limiting structure 91, the position, away from the second left side wall panel assembly 12, of the back of the first left side wall panel assembly 11 is in horizontal inserted connection with the left side connecting structure 4, and a position, close to the second left side wall panel assembly 12, of the back of the first left side wall panel assembly 11 is in inserted connection with the first middle connecting structure 81. The back of the second right side wall panel assembly 31 is in inserted connection with the third middle connecting structure 83, the end of the second right side wall panel assembly abuts against the second limiting structure 92, the position, away from the second right side wall panel assembly 31, of the back of the first right side wall panel assembly 32 is in horizontal inserted connection with the right side connecting structure 5, and a position, close to the second right side wall panel assembly 31, of the back of the first right side wall panel assembly 32 is in inserted connection with the third middle connecting structure 83. The first middle connecting structure 81, the second middle connecting structure 82, and the third middle connecting structure 83 are all of a same structure.
Within the cognitive scope of those skilled in the art, the left side wall panel assembly 1, the middle wall panel assembly 2, and the right side wall panel assembly 3 may be correspondingly split according to the size of an earthen space, including but not limited to the state as described above that the left side wall panel assembly 1 is split into the first left side wall panel assembly 11 and the second left side wall panel assembly 12, the middle wall panel assembly 2 is split into the first middle wall panel assembly 21 and the second middle wall panel assembly 22, and the right side wall panel assembly 3 is split into the first right side wall panel assembly 32 and the second right side wall panel assembly 31. Splitting may be carried out more or less according to the actual requirements of the earthen space. After splitting, the adjacent wall panel assemblies on the same side are connected using the middle connecting structure.
As one implementation of the present invention, each of the first left side wall panel assembly 11, the second left side wall panel assembly 12, the first middle wall panel assembly 21, the second middle wall panel assembly 22, the second right side wall panel assembly 31, and the first right side wall panel assembly 32 includes a decorative panel 97 and at least two profiles 96, and the two profiles 96 are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel 97 and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel 97, respectively.
The decorative panel 97 is a ceramic tile for decoration. Certainly, the decorative panel 97 may also be made of other materials, such as marble. The profiles 96 are used to provide support for the decorative panel 97 to enhance the strength on the one hand, and are used to be connected to or abut against each connecting structure or each limiting structure on the other hand.
As one implementation of the present invention, each of the middle connecting structures 8 includes a middle connecting piece 84 and a middle fastener 85 connected to each other, and the profiles 96 close to the middle connecting piece 84 are in inserted connection with the middle connecting piece 84.
The middle fastener 85 fixes the middle connecting piece 84 to the earthen wall 101, and the profiles 96 on the back of the decorative panel 97 are in horizontal inserted connection with the middle connecting piece 84 to implement the connection between each wall panel assembly and the middle connecting structure 8.
As one implementation of the present invention, the middle connecting piece 84 is of a C-shaped structure, each of the profiles 96 is provided with an insertion portion 961, and the insertion portion 961 is in inserted connection with a gap of the C-shaped structure of the middle connecting piece 84.
The gap of the C-shaped structure is arranged towards each wall panel assembly, the middle connecting piece 84 of the first middle connecting structure 81 is arranged towards the first left side wall panel assembly 11 and the second left side wall panel assembly 12, the middle connecting piece 84 of the second middle connecting structure 82 is arranged towards the first middle wall panel assembly 21 and the second middle wall panel assembly 22, the middle connecting piece 84 of the third middle connecting structure 83 is arranged towards the first right side wall panel assembly 32 and the second right side wall panel assembly 31, and the insertion portion 961 of each profile 96 may be in horizontal inserted connection with the middle connecting piece 84.
As one implementation of the present invention, a limiting portion 962 is further arranged on each of the profiles 96, and the limiting portion 962 abuts against a side portion of the decorative panel 97 for positioning.
The limiting portion 962 limits the side portion of the decorative panel 97 and has a protective effect on the side portion of the decorative panel 97, which reduces the risk of collapse caused by stress on the edge of the decorative panel 97.
