A primary objective of the present invention is to provide an ornament comprising decorative patterns which produce a dynamic visual aesthetic effect able to imitate the directional drifting of the living behavior of animals. The ornament has a simple structural design, and uses a fixed circular cylindrical body having refractive ability, the exterior surface of which is provided with scenic patterns, and the interior allows a rolling cylinder to be freely disposed therein. The diameter and height of the rolling cylinder is less than that of the cylindrical body, and the surface of the rolling cylinder is provided with decorative patterns. An internal electromechanical working operation at the base of the rolling cylinder affects a resultant precession force which produces relative motion between points of the two corresponding surfaces of the rolling cylinder and the cylindrical body, thereby achieving a dynamic visual pattern effect.
Another objective of the present invention is to install illuminating LEDs (light-emitting diodes) to the base of the cylindrical body facing the internal space thereof, thereby enabling producing changes in light within the cylindrical body.
A third objective of the present invention is to install a modulation circuit within the electromechanical operating system to enable changing the power output thereof, and further enable producing variations in pulse of the power to enable the resultant precession forces formed by the power pulses to produce different energies, thereby changing the shifting speed or behaviour of the patterns.
To enable a further understanding of said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, a brief description of the drawings is provided below followed by a detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
The present invention primarily provides a continuous water pressure driven free rolling cylinder, which enables producing a dynamic pictorial image ornament, primarily comprising a cylindrical body that is fixed and which is provided with refractive effectiveness. The lower end is sealed by means of a base, and the interior of the cylindrical body enables an entire rolling cylinder of even mass to be freely dropped and disposed therein. The rolling cylinder is affected by a water pressure drive device installed in the interior of the base and driven by pressure obtained from water fluid. There is a non-coupling relationship between the drive device and the rolling cylinder, the structure is simple, and the structural configuration enables easy replacement of different patterned rolling cylinders; moreover, direction of the dynamic patterns can be maintained.
The aforementioned cylindrical body and rolling cylinder are of identical form, and the cylindrical body or external form of the free cylindrical body can at the minimum be straight tubular shaped, or drum shaped or waist drum-shaped.
Regarding the detailed structure and operational principle of the present invention, please refer to the drawings. The following gives a detailed description thereof:

The interior of the base 2 is fitted with an electromechanical device, which drives and causes the liquid 10 to produce an upward resultant precession force F. Pressure waves from the resultant precession force F function together with the surface of the rolling cylinder 5 to cause a viscous effect with the liquid 10, thereby rotatingly driving the rolling cylinder 5 to form radial directional rotation thereof. The surface of the rolling cylinder 5 is provided with decorative patterns 51, and the relative motion produced between the decorative patterns 51 and the scenic patterns 41 achieves a dynamic simulated, embellished transfiguration effect. Essentially, the rolling cylinder 5 is a freely disposed object, which does not need the connective support of any other component member, and is driven by being subjected to the momentum of liquid to achieve a rotating effect thereof. Production of the present invention is extremely simple; moreover, the decorative patterns 51 can be fashioned to resemble fish, with the drifting direction thereof being maintained. Furthermore, the present invention enables easy replacement with different patterned rolling cylinders 5.

The operating mode that drives the liquid of the present invention primarily uses the power outputted by blades 31 fitted to the water pressure drive device 3 to evenly affect the inner bottom of the cylindrical body 4, at which time a working pressure is produced that functions according to the orientation within a cavity 32 to cause a compensatory negative pressure at liquid drawing openings 321 of the cavity 32, whereupon pressure output is released through pressure outlet openings 322. Regarding the direction of pressure release, please refer to
The aforementioned blades 31 are driven by a motor 30, and can be implemented through a single shaft linkage, or coaxial alignment of separately joined magnetic elements 311 and 312, with mutual attraction of magnetic forces being used to separate the linkages.

The cylindrical body 4 and the rolling cylinder 5 are both circular shaped, thus, the pressure at any point on the circumferences thereof is the same, thereby enabling the working axis of the rolling cylinder 5 to maintain axial superposition with the cylindrical body 4.
In the present invention, after the rolling cylinder 5 is driven by the resultant precession force F, then an equal relative distance is maintained between the circular surface of the rolling cylinder 5 and the inner circular surface of the cylindrical body 4; moreover, there is no mechanical friction between the two surfaces.

The rolling cylinder 5 used in the present invention can have non-refractive or refractive ability, and the base 2 can be fitted with LEDs (light-emitting diodes) 60 (as depicted in
The present invention further enables control of the LEDs 60 or the drive device 3 by means of a modulation circuit 6, for example, a pulse light can be produced by means of a pulse current. Under circumstances whereby the frequency of the pulse light produced is extremely low, then an inching movement of the decorative patterns 51 is produced, creating a distinct dynamic visual effect. The frequency can be adjusted to less than 18 times per second.
The motor 30 installed to the drive device 3 is a direct current motor, and is modulated by means of the modulation circuit 6, thereby enabling changing output turning speed. If the modulation circuit 6 modulates the output power to be in a pulsed state, then the resultant precession force F forms waveforms of unequal quantity, and changes in the vector angles will occur because of the pulses, thereby, under a fixed viewing angle, the decorative patterns 51 on the rolling cylinder 5 are made to not only rove forward but also form up and down curved drifting paths, thus achieving a richer visual transformational effect.
