- 2. A method as in claim 1, wherein said shape is placed into engagement with said cement mortar or concrete while still wet.
- 3. A method as in claim 1, wherein said shape is placed into engagement with said cement mortar or concrete after said cement mortar or concrete has hardened.
- 4. A water-proofing composition to be used in contact with wet cement mortar or wet concrete and having adhesion to the wet cement mortar or wet concrete without employing additional bonding materials and a consistency (JIS K2530 penetrometer) at 25.degree. C. of 50-100, which consists essentially of 35-15% by weight of reclaimed butyl rubber, 40-50% by weight of a filler, 20-35% by weight of at least one of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a low molecular weight of isobutylene polymer and a softener.
