Claims
- 1. A rinsing water supply system for supplying rinsing water to a rinsing unit in which a photosensitive material is rinsed, comprising:
- water supply passage means for supplying water from a water source to said rinsing unit;
- first solenoid valve means for opening and closing said water supply passage means; and
- optical signal transmitting means disposed along and integrally with said water supply means for transmitting optical signals for operating said solenoid valve means.
- 2. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 1, wherein said water supply passage means is formed in a pipe in which also is formed a water draining passage means parallel to said water supply means, said draining passage means enabling the used water in said rinsing unit to be discharged therethrough.
- 3. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 2, further comprising a branch passage branching from said water supply passage means and mixing means in which the used water from said rinsing unit is diluted by water introduced through said branch passage.
- 4. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 3, further comprising solenoid valve driving means for operating said solenoid valve means, said signal transmitting means including an optical fiber cable for transmitting a light signal to said solenoid valve driving means.
- 5. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 4, further comprising monitoring means for monitoring a level of contamination of said rinsing water in said rinsing unit, and means for draining and diluting contaminated rinsing water from said rinsing unit.
- 6. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 5, wherein said means for draining and diluting said contaminated rinsing water include a butt, branched water supply passage means branched from said water supply passage means and opening into said butt, and water draining passage means having one end connected to said rinsing unit and the other end opening into said butt.
- 7. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 6, further comprising second solenoid valve means for controlling an amount of water to flow through said water supply passage means and said branched water supply passage means for supplying said water to rinse said photosensitive material in said rinsing unit and to mix and dilute said contaminated and drained water in said diluting means.
- 8. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 7, further comprising means, provided on said signal transmitting means, for driving either of said first and second solenoid valve means.
- 9. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 8, wherein said driving means for said first and second solenoid valve means includes a relay for driving said first and second solenoid valve to adjust flux of said water in said water supply passage means and said branched water supply passage means.
- 10. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 6, wherein said optical fiber cable is provided at its both ends with plugs adapted to be received into receptacles provided on said water supply passage means and said water supply draining means and said rinsing unit, respectively.
- 11. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 6, wherein said branched water supply passage means include ejector means having a reduced diameter portion in a downstream opening in an induction port of said water draining passage means, for increasing flow velocity of said water so as to generate reduced pressure which forces the contaminated water through said water draining passage means from said rinsing unit.
- 12. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 11, wherein said water draining passage means include filter means and check valve means through which said contaminated water flows.
- 13. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 12, wherein said filter means includes a steel wool filter.
- 14. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 4, further comprising means for driving said first solenoid valve means, said first solenoid valve driving means being disposed an intermediate portion of said signal transmitting means.
- 15. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 14, wherein said means for driving said first solenoid valve means include a relay to drive said first solenoid valve for controlling an amount of water flowing from said water supply passage means to said rinsing unit.
- 16. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 1, wherein said water supply passage means include a pipe and said optical signal transmitting means include an optical fiber cable embedded in a wall of said pipe, and an end of said optical fiber cable is connected to said rinsing unit.
- 17. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 1, wherein said signal transmitting means includes a cord in which signal lines are embedded, said cord being fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a pipe in which said water supply passage means is formed.
- 18. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 1, wherein said water supply passage means include a pipe and said optical signal transmitting means include an optical fiber cable disposed along and on an outer surface of said pipe, and an end of said optical fiber cable is connected to said rinsing unit.
- 19. A rinsing water supply system for supplying rinsing water to a rinsing unit in which a photosensitive material is rinsed, comprising:
- water supply passage means for supplying water from a water source to said rinsing unit;
- first solenoid valve means for opening and closing said water supply passage means;
- monitoring means for monitoring a level of contamination of said rinsing water in said rinsing unit; and
- optical signal transmitting means, disposed along and integrally with said water supply means, for transmitting light signals from said monitoring means to said first solenoid valve means to operate said solenoid valve means in response to said level of contamination.
- 20. A rinsing water supply system for supplying rinsing water to a rinsing unit in which a photosensitive material is rinsed, comprising:
- water supply passage means for supplying water from a water source to said rinsing unit;
- branched water supply passage means branched from said water supply passage means, through which said water flows, for diluting contaminated rinsing water;
- means for draining said contaminated rinsing water from said rinsing unit;
- means for diluting said drained contaminated water:
- first solenoid valve means for opening and closing said water supply passage means;
- second solenoid valve means for controlling an amount of water to flow through said water supply passage means and said branched water supply passage means, to supply said water to rinse said photosensitive material in said rinsing unit and to mix and dilute said contaminated and drained water in said diluting means;
- monitoring means for monitoring a level of contamination of said rinsing water in said rinsing unit; and
- optical signal transmitting means, disposed along and integrally with said water supply means, for transmitting light signals from said monitoring means to said first solenoid valve means to operate said solenoid valve means in response to said level of contamination.
- 21. A rinsing water supply system according to claim 20, further comprising means for driving either of said first and second solenoid valve means on the basis of said light signals from said optical signal transmitting means.
