DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the above-mentioned features and advantages of the disclosure clearer and easier to understand, the following embodiments are given and described in detail with accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a lamination of a waterproof fastener tape according to an embodiment of the disclosure. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a manufacturing process of a waterproof diaphragm used in the waterproof fastener tape shown in FIG. 1. The specific structure and manufacturing method of a waterproof fastener tape 100 provided in an embodiment of the disclosure will be described below with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. However, this is only one example. The disclosure is not limited thereto, and it can be adjusted according to requirements.

Referring to FIG. 1, in the embodiment, the waterproof fastener tape 100 includes a waterproof diaphragm 110, an adhesive layer 120, and a fastener tape body 130. The waterproof diaphragm 110 includes a transparent layer 112 and a colored layer 114 laminated below the transparent layer 112. The adhesive layer 120 is laminated below the colored layer 114. The fastener tape body 130 is disposed below the colored layer 114 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 through the adhesive layer 120. That is to say, from the perspective of the lamination direction (that is, the thickness direction) of the waterproof fastener tape 100, from top to bottom, there are the transparent layer 112 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, the colored layer 114 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, the adhesive layer 120, and the fastener tape body 130 in sequence.

Specifically, in the embodiment, the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the fastener tape body 130 can be manufactured separately in advance, and then the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the fastener tape body 130 are joined together by the adhesive layer 120 made of an adhesive. As an example, as shown in FIG. 2, a base material 52 (e.g., a peelable diaphragm) is delivered by a conveying device 50 (e.g., a conveyor belt), and a first coating unit 54a, a first drying unit 56a, a second coating unit 54b, and a second drying unit 56b that can allow the base material 52 to pass through in sequence are disposed in the conveying direction of the conveying device 50 (e.g., the right side of FIG. 2). In this way, during the conveying process of the base material 52 in the conveying direction, a waterproof transparent material is coated by the first coating unit 54a on the base material 52, and then drying is performed via the first drying unit 56a to form the transparent layer 112. Then, a coloring material with color is coated by the second coating unit 54b on the transparent layer 112 formed on the base material 52, and then drying is performed via the second drying unit 56b to form the colored layer 114.

It can be seen from this that the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 can be manufactured in advance and laminated together, so that the waterproof diaphragm 110 can be used as a single component. Subsequently, the waterproof diaphragm 110 is manufactured into the required shape and size through subsequent processes (such as cutting), and the base material 52 is peeled off from the transparent layer 112 to form the waterproof diaphragm 110 with a two-layer structure. The timing of peeling off the base material 52 may be after the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 are formed, or after the waterproof diaphragm 110 is laminated on the adhesive layer 120 or further laminated on the fastener tape body 130, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.

It can be understood that although in the manufacturing process of FIG. 2, the transparent layer 112 is formed first and then the colored layer 114 is formed on the base material 52, the disclosure does not exclude the practice of forming the colored layer 114 first and then forming the transparent layer 112 on the base material 52. Moreover, although in the manufacturing process of FIG. 2, the colored layer 114 formed later is located above the transparent layer 112 formed earlier, the completed waterproof diaphragm 110 is laminated with the colored layer 114 facing downwards (i.e., the adhesive layer 120 is formed below the colored layer 114), so that after the fastener tape body 130 is disposed below the waterproof diaphragm 110 through the adhesive layer 120, the transparent layer 112 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 is configured as the outermost structure of the waterproof fastener tape 100. The disclosure does not limit the manufacturing method of the waterproof diaphragm 110, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120 can be manufactured in advance and laminated together. For example, through the manufacturing process shown in FIG. 2, an adhesive is coated on the colored layer 114 to serve as the adhesive layer 120, and an additional base material is used to temporarily cover the adhesive layer 120. When the fastener tape body 130 is ready to be disposed below the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120, the base material is torn open to expose the adhesive layer 120, so that the fastener tape body 130 is disposed below the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120. It can be understood that, it may be possible that after the waterproof diaphragm 110 with a two-layer structure and the fastener tape body 130 are separately manufactured, the lower surface of the colored layer 114 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 opposite to the transparent layer 112 or the upper surface of the fastener tape body 130 is coated with an adhesive to serve as the adhesive layer 120, and then the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the fastener tape body 130 are joined using the adhesive layer 120, thereby omitting the base material for temporarily covering the adhesive layer 120.

The disclosure does not limit the formation method of the adhesive layer 120 and the joining sequence of the waterproof diaphragm 110, the adhesive layer 120, and the fastener tape body 130, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

Through the above-mentioned arrangement, in the embodiment, the waterproof fastener tape 100 includes the transparent layer 112 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, the colored layer 114 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, the adhesive layer 120, and the fastener tape body 130 that are laminated in sequence from top to bottom, and thus the transparent layer 112 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 is configured as the outermost structure of the waterproof fastener tape 100. In this way, compared with the prior art method of adopting a one-layer structure configured by the mixed film layer that directly adds the colorant to the waterproof material, the waterproof fastener tape 100 adopts a two-layer structure configured by a transparent layer 112 and a colored layer 114 to serve as the waterproof diaphragm 110, so that the transparent layer 112 can protect the colored layer 114 laminated below, thereby suppressing the dyeing problem caused by the decrease in color fastness of the colored layer 114. For example, taking the color fastness grade as an example, a color fastness grade of grade 4 or more in grade 5 can avoid dyeing problems, and a color fastness grade of grade 3 or less is a defective product. The color fastness of the mixed film layer used in the prior art is grade 1 or 2, while the color fastness of the waterproof diaphragm 110 configured by the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 used in the waterproof fastener tape 100 is grade 4 or 5. Accordingly, the waterproof fastener tape 100 can improve the color fastness after coloring, thereby avoiding the dyeing problem of the colored layer 114.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100 includes a thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, a thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120, and a thickness of the fastener tape body 130. Considering the convenience of practical application, preferably, the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100 is 600 μm or more and 700 μm or less (a preferred embodiment is 650 μm). Based on this, the following examples are provided for the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 of the waterproof fastener tape 100 (including a thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 and a thickness T12 of the colored layer 114) and the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120. However, the disclosure does not limit the actual specification of the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

Specifically, in the embodiment, preferably, the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 is 1/21 or more and 1/11 or less of the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100. For example, the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 is 30 μm or more and 60 μm or less (a preferred embodiment is 40 μm ). In this way, the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 can be suppressed from being too thin (e.g., less than 30 μm), so as to avoid the damage by pulling when the slider (not shown) installed on the waterproof fastener tape 100 slides relative to the waterproof fastener tape 100, or the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 can be suppressed from being too thick (e.g., more than 60 μm ), so as to avoid increasing the overall size of the waterproof fastener tape 100.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110 includes the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 and the thickness T12 of the colored layer 114, and the thickness T12 of the colored layer 114 is equal to or greater than the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112. The thickness T12 of the colored layer 114 is 1/32 or more and 1/16 or less of the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100, and the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 is 1/128 or more and 1/32 or less of the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100. For example, the thickness T12 of the colored layer 114 is 20 μm or more and 40 μm or less (a preferred embodiment is 25 μm), and the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 is 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less (a preferred embodiment is 15 μm). In this way, the thickness T12 of the colored layer 114 can be suppressed from being too thin (e.g., less than 20 μm), so as to avoid reducing the color rendering effect of the colored layer 114, or the thickness T12 of the colored layer 114 can be suppressed from being too thick (e.g., more than 40 μm ), so as to avoid increasing the overall size of the waterproof diaphragm 110. Moreover, the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 can be suppressed from being too thick (e.g., more than 20 μm), so as to avoid increasing the overall size of the waterproof diaphragm 110 or reducing the color rendering effect of the colored layer 114, or the thickness T11 of the transparent layer 112 can be suppressed from being too thin (e.g., less than 5 μm ), so as to avoid the damage by pulling when the slider (not shown) slides.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, preferably, the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120 is 2 or more times and 5 times or less the thickness T1 of the waterproof diaphragm 110, and the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120 is ⅕ or more and ¼ or less of the thickness T3 of the waterproof fastener tape 100. For example, the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120 is 120 μm or more and 160 μm or less (a preferred embodiment is 140 μm). In this way, the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120 can be suppressed from being too thin (e.g., less than 120 μm), so as to avoid causing the waterproof diaphragm 110 to be separated from the fastener tape body 130 (i.e., insufficient adhesion), and the thickness T2 of the adhesive layer 120 can be suppressed from being too thick (e.g., more than 160 μm), so that there is no difficulty in drying or producing bubbles (i.e., reduce adhesion).

Accordingly, the thickness of the fastener tape body 130 can be adjusted according to the final specification required for the waterproof fastener tape 100. That is, the thickness of the fastener tape body 130 is not limited. In this way, the waterproof diaphragm 110 of the above-mentioned specification and the adhesive layer 120 used are adapted for various types of fastener tape bodies 130, thereby providing waterproof and coloring effects for the waterproof fastener tape 100. The thickness mentioned above refers to the size in the lamination direction. However, the thicknesses of these laminates are only some of the embodiments of the disclosure, which can be adjusted according to requirements, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.

In addition, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the fastener tape body 130 is also provided with elements 132, and preferably, the elements 132 and the waterproof diaphragm 110 are disposed on opposite sides of the fastener tape body 130. That is to say, after the plurality of elements 132 are arranged on the fastener tape body 130 (e.g., sewn on the fastener tape body 130), the fastener tape body 130, the waterproof diaphragm 110, and the adhesive layer 120 can be laminated. In this way, the waterproof diaphragm 110 can be smoothly bonded to the side of the fastener tape body 130 opposite to the elements 132 via the adhesive layer 120 with the transparent layer 112 as the appearance surface, so that the elements 132 are located on the inner side of the fastener tape body 130. Therefore, the waterproof fastener tape 100 is configured as a fastener tape with hidden elements. It can be understood that, it may be possible that after the waterproof diaphragm 110 is laminated on the fastener tape body 130 via the adhesive layer 120, the elements 132 can be disposed on the side of the fastener tape body 130 opposite to the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120. Alternatively, the waterproof diaphragm 110 may also be disposed on the same side of the fastener tape body 130 as the elements 132 in a manner that avoids the elements 132. The disclosure does not limit the relative position of the elements 132 of the waterproof fastener tape 100 and the waterproof diaphragm 110, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the waterproof diaphragm 110 is disposed to produce a coloring gradation at a boundary B between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114. The coloring gradation refers to the phenomenon in which the boundary B between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 is not a complete dividing line, but the coloring density of the colored layer 114 shifts toward the transparent layer 112. For example, in the manufacturing process as shown in FIG. 2, when the transparent layer 112 is still in a semi-dry state, the colored layer 114 is then provided. In this way, a part of the liquid colorant of the colored layer 114 formed later is mixed with a part of the transparent layer 112 formed earlier but still in a semi-dry state, thereby producing the coloring gradation at the boundary B between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114. In this way, the adhesion between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 can be improved. That is, the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 are not easily separated. At this time, at least the other side of the earlier formed transparent layer 112 opposite to the colored layer 114 is in a dry state and not colored (not mixed), so that even if a coloring gradation produces at the boundary B between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114, the transparent layer 112 can still ensure the color fastness of the colored layer 114. However, the disclosure does not limit whether the boundary B between the transparent layer 112 and the colored layer 114 produces a coloring gradation, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as an example, the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120 are made of water-based materials. The water-based material used to manufacture the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120 can be, for example, aqueous polyurethane. Aqueous as described here means using water as the dispersion medium. The aqueous polyurethane used in the embodiment can be any aqueous polyurethane known to those skilled in the art, but polyether-based polyurethane, polyester-based polyurethane, polycarbonate-based polyurethane, or polycaprolactone-based polyurethane and other materials with hydrophilic groups are preferably used. Polycarbonate-based polyurethane having hydrophilic groups is more preferred due to its resistance to hydrolysis, heat, oil, and wear, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. The water-based material does not contain organic solvents. In this way, an environmentally friendly manufacturing method can be provided, and the burden on operators can also be reduced during the manufacturing process. Moreover, even if there exists the possibility that the color fastness may be reduced by using the waterproof diaphragm 110 made of the water-based material, due to the waterproof fastener tape 100 adopting a two-layer structure configured by a transparent layer 112 and a colored layer 114 to serve as the waterproof diaphragm 110, the transparent layer 112 can protect the colored layer 114 laminated below, thereby suppressing the dyeing problem caused by the decrease in color fastness of the waterproof diaphragm 110 made of the water-based material. However, the disclosure does not limit the materials of the waterproof diaphragm 110 and the adhesive layer 120, which can be adjusted according to requirements.

To sum up, in the waterproof fastener tape of the disclosure, the waterproof diaphragm includes the transparent layer and the colored layer laminated below the transparent layer, the adhesive layer is laminated below the colored layer, and the fastener tape body is disposed below the colored layer of the waterproof diaphragm through the adhesive layer. In this way, compared with the prior art method of adopting a one-layer structure configured by the mixed film layer that directly adds the colorant to the waterproof material, the waterproof fastener tape of the disclosure adopts a two-layer structure configured by the transparent layer and the colored layer to serve as the waterproof diaphragm, so that the transparent layer can protect the colored layer laminated below, thereby suppressing the dyeing problem caused by the decrease in color fastness of the colored layer. Preferably, the waterproof diaphragm and the adhesive layer are made of water-based materials to provide an environmentally friendly manufacturing method. In addition, the waterproof diaphragm is disposed to produce a coloring gradation at the boundary between the transparent layer and the colored layer (e.g., disposing the colored layer when the transparent layer is not completely dry) to improve the adhesion between the transparent layer and the colored layer. Accordingly, the waterproof fastener tape of the disclosure can improve the color fastness after coloring, thereby avoiding the dyeing problem of the colored layer.

Based on the above, in the waterproof fastener tape of the disclosure, the waterproof diaphragm includes the transparent layer and the colored layer laminated below the transparent layer, the adhesive layer is laminated below the colored layer, and the fastener tape body is disposed below the colored layer of the waterproof diaphragm through the adhesive layer. Accordingly, the waterproof fastener tape of the disclosure can improve the color fastness after coloring, thereby avoiding the dyeing problem of the colored layer. Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are merely used to illustrate the technical solution of the disclosure, but not to limit the disclosure. Although the disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood that persons of ordinary skill in the art can still modify the technical solutions recorded in the embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions for some or all of the technical features. However, the modifications or substitutions do not cause the essence of the corresponding technical solution to depart from the scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the disclosure.
