Descriptions of the Related Art

Nowadays, people spend most of their time using computers and mobile communication devices. As a result, poor posture causes shoulder and neck pain, stiff neck, carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back pain and other diseases. In order to improve the aforementioned problems, people will exercise in their free time, but they may cause cramps, sprains, strains and other muscles and fascia tissues to inflame sports injuries. As a result, it creates a situation where the body is injured by “exercise” or “non-exercise”.

Most of the above-mentioned conditions are caused by the insufficient the muscular strength of the human body. Therefore, the intramuscular effect patch is used recently to stick to the skin of the human body corresponding to the position of the muscle. To achieve the purpose of pain relief. To put it simply, the intramuscular effect patch uses the differential tension of the patch to stimulate the body's sensation and activity, thereby generating various effects to support muscle activity. When using intramuscular effect patches, in addition to the position and direction of the patch, the tension of the patch is the most important key technique.

However, the intramuscular effect patch is directly attached to the skin of the human body. Therefore, if the tension of the intramuscular effect patch is to have an effect on the muscles, its adhesion must be very strong, which may damage the skin. Therefore, the intramuscular effect patch currently used generally has the problem of insufficient tension. In short, its effect on muscles is far from enough.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In the following description, this invention will be explained with reference to embodiments thereof. However, the description of these embodiments is only for purposes of illustration rather than limitation.

The terms “first” and “second” used herein do not specifically refer to the order or sequence that only used to distinguish the elements or operations described in the same technical terms and are not used to limit the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, a wearing supply 10 for muscular strength training according to the first embodiment of the invention includes a textile fabric 11 and a first flexibility elastic element 12.

The material of the textile fabric 11 has good elasticity and skin-friendly properties and has an opening 111. The wearing supply 10 can be stably worn on specific parts of the human body through the opening 111, such as knee joints, elbow joints, thighs, calves, arms, and other parts. The textile fabric 11 also has a first surface 112 and a second surface 113 arranged opposite to each other. Among them, the second surface 113 is located on the side close to the human body, and the first surface 112 is located on the side far away from the human body. In short, the second surface 113 is used to contact the human body and cover a specific part of the human body.

The first flexibility elastic element 12 is bonded to the first surface 112 of the textile fabric 11 by hot-press bonding technology. The first flexibility elastic element 12 is made of materials selected from Thermoplastic Urethane Elastomer, Thermoplastic Rubber Elastomer, Thermoplastic Styrenic Elastomer, Thermoplastic Vulcanizate Elastomer, Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, Thermoplastic Polyether Ester Elastomer, Silicon with long molecular chain and its combination. These materials have better stretchability than the silicone with short molecular chain. In addition, the permanent deformation of the material of the first flexibility elastic element 12 is less than 1.5%. The so-called better stretchability includes, but is not limited to, better stretchability and smaller deformation.

In the embodiment, the textile fabric 11 is, for example, a knee pad, which is in the shape of a circular sleeve and can be worn on the knee joint of the human body. The first flexibility elastic element 12 has a first fixing part 121 and a first supporting and stabilizing part 122. The first fixing part 121 is a hollow round shape (or called perforation), and the hollow part can correspond to the knee patella of the human body. The first supporting and stabilizing part 122 is extended upward from both sides of the first fixing part 121, in other words, corresponding to the human body, the first supporting and stabilizing part 122 is extended from the patella toward the thigh.

In summary, after the textile fabric 11 is worn on a specific part of the human body, the first flexibility elastic element 12 can be used to fix the specific part, and the specific muscles can be trained at any time in daily activities.

Next, please refer to FIG. 2A. A wearing supply 20 for muscular strength training according to the second embodiment of the invention includes the textile fabric 11, the first flexibility elastic element 12 and a second flexibility elastic element 13. The textile fabric 11 and the first flexibility elastic element 12 are the same as those described in the first embodiment and will not be repeated.

The second flexibility elastic element 13 is bonded to the first flexibility elastic element 12 through hot-press bonding technology. The second flexibility elastic element 13 is made of materials selected from Thermoplastic Urethane Elastomer, Thermoplastic Rubber Elastomer, Thermoplastic Styrenic Elastomer, Thermoplastic Vulcanizate Elastomer, Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, Thermoplastic Polyether Ester Elastomer, Silicon with long molecular chain and its combination. These materials have better stretchability than the silicone with short molecular chain.

In the embodiment, the second flexibility elastic element 13 has a second fixing part 131 and a second supporting and stabilizing part 132. The second fixing part 131 is a hollow round shape (or called perforation), and the hollow part can correspond to the knee patella of the human body. The second supporting and stabilizing part 132 is extended obliquely upward from the second fixing part 131, in other words, corresponding to the human body, the second supporting and stabilizing part 132 is extended from the patella toward the inner thigh to provide stronger stretching force for the medial muscles and strengthen training. In other embodiments, the second supporting and stabilizing part 132 may also be extended from the patella toward the outer thigh.

To further explain, in the embodiment, the contour shape of the second flexibility elastic element 13 is similar to the first flexibility elastic element 12, so it can be completely combined with the first flexibility elastic element 12 by the hot-press bonding technology.

Please refer to FIG. 2B, the wearing supply 20 of the second embodiment may also include a third flexibility elastic element 14, which is combined with the second flexibility elastic element 13 by the hot-press bonding technology. The third flexibility elastic element 14 has a third fixing part 141, and its shape can be similar to the first fixing part 121 and the second fixing part 131. In the embodiment, the third fixing part 141 is approximately in the shape of an inverted-C, so as to enhance the effect of fixing the patella.

In summary, the wearing supply 20 for muscular strength training can be increased in thickness by increasing the number of the flexibility elastic elements, thereby increasing the overall tension (or stretching force).

Please refer to FIG. 3, a wearing supply 30 for muscular strength training according to the third embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the wearing supply 20, includes the textile fabric 11, the first flexibility elastic element 12, and the second flexibility elastic element 13. The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment is that part of the second flexibility elastic element 13 is combined with the first flexibility elastic element 12 by hot-press bonding technology, while the other part of the second flexibility elastic element 13 is combined with the first surface 112 of the textile fabric 11 by hot-press bonding technology.

In the embodiment, the second fixing part 131 of the second flexibility elastic element 13 is still combined with the first fixing part 121 of the first flexibility elastic element 12 by the hot-press bonding technology. However, the second supporting and stabilizing part 132 of the second flexible elastic element 13 extends in the opposite direction to the first supporting and stabilizing part 122, and is combined with the first surface 112 of the textile fabric 11 by the hot-press bonding technology. In the embodiment, the second supporting and stabilizing part 132 extends toward the outer side of the lower leg as an example.

In each of the above embodiments, the flexibility elastic element can be arranged along the direction of the muscle, and the effect of strengthening muscular strength training can be achieved by assisting the extension and contraction of the muscle. In other embodiments, the flexibility elastic element can also be wrapped around the middle section of the muscle to interrupt or reduce the use of certain muscles in the case of injury, thereby reducing discomfort or pain.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a wearing supply 40 for muscular strength training includes a textile fabric 41 and a flexibility elastic element 42. The textile fabric 41 is, for example, an arm sleeve and can be sleeved on the arm of the human body, and the flexibility elastic element 42 is arranged around the textile fabric 41. If there is discomfort at the elbow joint of the arm, the arm sleeve can be placed on the forearm near the elbow joint. In this way, when the wrist is moving (such as operating a mouse), the muscle activity can be interrupted by the wearing supply 40, which can reduce the discomfort of the elbow joint.

Please refer to FIGS. 5A and 5B to illustrate how the wearing supply provide instant muscular strength training. FIG. 5A shows that the flexibility elastic element is located at the knee joint position on the back of the human body leg, while FIG. 5B shows the flexibility elastic element is located on the front side of the leg of the human body extending from the thigh to the knee joint.

As shown in FIG. 5A, a wearing supply 50 for muscular strength training is combined with the flexibility elastic element 52 that has been pre-stretched on the textile fabric 51 by hot-press bonding technology. The so-called “pre-stretched” means that the flexibility elastic element 52 is bonded to the textile fabric 51 in a stretched state. Therefore, the wearing supply 50 is in a state where no external force is applied, the flexibility elastic element 52 is generating forces F1 and F2 inward from both sides. When the flexibility elastic element 52 of the wearing supply 50 is located on the backside of the leg of the human body opposite to the knee joint, a first moment T01 is generated to the knee joint due to the contraction of the flexibility elastic element 52, which makes the knee bend and make the calf close to the thigh. At this time, the human body must continuously contract the quadriceps M1 to generate a second moment T02 to counter the first moment T01, so that the goal of continuous muscular strength training can be achieved.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the flexibility elastic element 52 of the wearing supply 50 is worn on the front side of the leg of the human body, which extends from the thigh to the knee joint. When the leg is raised, the flexibility elastic element 52 is stretched and contracted, and the contraction force produces a first moment T11 on the knee joint. At this time, the human body must continuously contract the hamstrings M2 to generate a second moment T12 to counter the first moment T11, so that the goal of continuous muscular strength training can be achieved.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the flexible elastic element is combined with the textile fabric by hot-press bonding technology. However, in order to further achieve that the position of the flexibility elastic element can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the requirement of users, the flexibility elastic element and the textile fabric can also be connected to each other through a combination component. As shown in FIG. 6, a wearing supply 60 for muscular strength training according to the fourth embodiment of the invention includes a textile fabric 61, a flexibility elastic element 62, and a combination component 63. Among them, the flexibility elastic element 62 is firmly combined with the textile fabric 61 through the combination component 63.

The textile fabric 61 has an opening 611 and a first surface 612. It is similar to the previous embodiment, the textile fabric 61 can be firmly worn on specific parts of the human body, such as knee joints, elbow joints, thighs, calves, arms, etc. through the opening 611.

The material of the flexibility elastic element 62 includes silicone with long molecular chain, which has better stretchability than the silicone with short molecular chain, and its permanent deformation is less than 1.5%. In addition, the flexibility elastic element 62 of the embodiment has four combination holes 621 to 624.

The combination component 63 has four first combining units BU11˜BU14 and four second combining units BU21˜BU24. Among them, the second combining units BU21˜BU24 are firmly connected with the first surface 612 of the textile fabric 61 to withstand the force generated by the flexibility elastic element 62. In the embodiment, the second combining units BU21˜BU24 can be connected to the first surface 612 of the textile fabric 61 through sewing threads, respectively. The first combining units BU11˜BU14 respectively pass through the combination holes 621˜624 of the flexibility elastic element 62, and are connected to the corresponding second combining units BU21˜BU24.

Please refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 to illustrate the connection manner of the combination component. The following takes the first combining unit BU11 and the corresponding second combining unit BU21 as an example. As shown in FIG. 7, the first combining unit BU11 has a holding part 6311, a connection part 6312, and a fixing part 6313. The second combining unit BU21 has a groove 6321, a guide track 6322, and a stop portion 6323.

The connection part 6312 is connected between the holding part 6311 and the fixing part 6313. The holding part 6311 is provided for the purpose of being held by the user, and is pressed against the surface of the flexibility elastic element 62 after the fixing part 6313 passes through the combination hole 621 of the flexibility elastic element 62. The fixing part 6313 is extended into the groove 6321 of the second combining unit BU21, rotated from the X axis to the Y axis along the guide track 6322, and abuts against the stop portion 6323. In this way, the first combining unit BU11 and the second combining unit BU21 are firmly combined to avoid separation during the expansion and contraction of the flexibility elastic element.

It is to be noted that the number of the first combining unit and the second combining unit can be different. For example, the number of the second combining unit on the textile fabric can be more than the number of the first combining unit. Therefore, the flexibility elastic element can be adjusted in different directions according to the requirements, so as to dynamically adjust the support direction and strength to obtain a more flexible way of use.

In other embodiments, the combination component may also include, but is not limited to, a combination of male and female buttons (such as snap fastener, rivet button or the like), or other components that can be firmly connected but can cope with the force of the flexibility elastic element. In addition, in other embodiments, the flexibility elastic element can also be combined with other flexibility elastic element by the hot-press bonding technology in the manner of combining through the combination component to enhance the applied force.

In summary, the wearing supply for muscular strength training of the invention is formed by combining the flexible elastic element with excellent stretchability on the elastic textile fabric by hot pressing or the combination component. Through the textile fabric, the wearing supply can be worn comfortably on the human body without hurting the skin, and the flexibility elastic element with excellent stretchability stimulates the muscles of the human body so that the user can perform muscular strength training at any time. The wearing supply can be called Bionic Muscle, and its design is based on the theory of Kinetics, which produces “force” with tension, and produces support, compression, and agonist-antagonist (or resistance) effects on muscles, joints or bones. In addition, since the different flexibility elastic element can be combined with the textile fabric by hot-press bonding technology, the wearing supply can use different combinations of the flexibility elastic element for the different requirements of users to achieve customized requirements. Furthermore, after the wearing supply have been used for a period of time, the flexibility elastic element can also be added by hot-press bonding technology to increase the training intensity.

In short, the wearing supply of the invention includes the following main effects:

1. The flexibility elastic element with the same or different contour shapes can be superimposed to dynamically adjust the support direction and training intensity.

2. The flexibility elastic element can be placed on the same side or the opposite side of the muscle to be adjusted or trained to support the muscle or increase the load.

In addition, the wearing supply for muscular strength training of the invention can not only be applied to general training, but also suitable for medical rehabilitation purposes, so that the patient can continue training and accelerate the speed of recovery.
