This application claims the priority of China Patent Application No. 201610164748.4 submitted on Mar. 22, 2016 to the Chinese Patent Office, titled “Weaving Process of Wig”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
The invention relates to the industry of a wig, specifically to a weaving process of a wig.
A wig is initially worn by a patient to avoid the hair loss from affecting his normal life. In addition, the wig is also used by some people with thinning hair. Since the wig is woven by the person's own braid or wig braid, the firmness of the woven wig directly affects the wearing effectiveness and the consuming desire of a consumer.
Invention Patent (Patent Number: CN101868159B) titled “Wig and Manufacturing Method thereof” discloses a manufacturing process of a wig, comprising the following steps: Step 1: a hook portion of a hair-implanting needle is passed through a front face of a base body of the wig to a back face of the base body of the wig and passed back to the front face from the back face at another place; Step 2: the hair is folded and a ring portion forming at a folded back place of the hair is hooked by the hook portion; Step 3: the hair-implanting needle is pulled back to the front face of the base body of the wig under the conditions that the hook portion keeps hooking the ring portion of the hair; Step 4: the hook portion hooks one side of the hair; Step 5: the hair-implanting needle is pulled out of the ring portion under the conditions that the side of the hair is hooked by the hook portion; Step 6: the side of the hair is pulled to form a knot portion under the state that the other side of the hair is kept; Step 7: the other side of the hair is pulled under the state that the side of the hair is kept, so as to move the knot portion to the back face of the base body of the wig.
Invention Patent Application (Patent Number: CN103720098A) titled “Wig and Manufacturing Method thereof” discloses a manufacturing method of the wig, comprising the following steps: the hair is bent into a substantially V-shape and generally a U-shape, so as to form a substantially ring-shaped bending portion at the opposite sides of two free ends; the above bending portion of the hair passes through one mesh hole of a mesh so that the bending portion passes through a lower side of one line-shaped member and is pulled out of the other mesh hole adjacent to the above mesh hole; two free ends of the hair laterally passes through a bending portion of the hair pulled out of the other mesh hole so that the hair is wound on one line-shaped member of the mesh; two free ends of the hair passing through the bending portion are laterally pulled in the directions opposite to each other so that the bending portion disappears and such that a knot is made on one line-shaped member of the mesh to keep the hair.
The above two weaving processes of the wigs are methods commonly used in the current wig industry. However, the wig materials currently used are human hair, synthetic hair or mixed hair, no matter what kind of material, the materials are silky, tough, and hard sized, therefore, the wig obtained by the traditional weaving process is easy to fall off, affects the wearing effectiveness, and is lack of safety when consumers wear.
An embodiment of the invention provides a weaving process of a wig, comprising the following steps:
(1) binding folio ends of a hair bulk with an elastic rope so that the folio ends of the hair bulk form a closed loop;
(2) making a hook portion of a crochet hook pass through a braid of a base body so that the hook portion is exposed out of the braid;
(3) hooking the closed loop of the end of the hair bulk with the hook portion of the crochet hook;
(4) making the crochet hook hooking the hair bulk exit out of the braid while making the closed loop of the hair bulk pass through the braid;
(5) making the hook portion of the crochet hook pass through the closed loop to hook the other end of the hair bulk;
(6) making the crochet hook exit out of the closed loop while making the other end of the hair bulk pass through the closed loop to bind the braid;
(7) breaking off the hair bulk with hands, exerting force on the two portions of the hair bulk toward the outside of the hands; and making the elastic rope exit back to the braid and closely fit against the braid;
(8) proceeding the weaving of the next hair bulk after neatening the hair bulk; and
(9) repeating the above process until the hair bulk is full of the base body.
In the figures, 1: Hair Bulk; 2: Elastic Rope; 3: Braid; 4: Traditional Hair Bulk.
The invention is further described with combination with the examples in the following.
A weaving process of a wig comprises the following steps: folio ends of a hair bulk are twisted by a plurality of rings, and bound with an elastic rope 2 so that the folio ends of the hair bulk form a closed loop; a hook portion of a crochet hook passes through a braid 3 on a base body so that the hook portion is exposed out of the braid; the closed loop of the end of the hair bulk is hooked with the hook portion of the crochet hook; the crochet hook hooking the hair bulk exits out of the braid while the closed loop of the hair bulk passes through the braid; the hook portion of the crochet hook passes through the closed loop to hook the other end of the hair bulk; the crochet hook exits out of the closed loop while the other end of the hair bulk passes through the closed loop to bind the braid; the hair bulk is broken with hands, force is exerted on the two portions of the hair bulk toward the outside of the hands, and the elastic rope exits back to the braid and closely fits against the braid; the weaving of the next hair bulk is proceeded after neatening the hair bulk; and the above process is repeated until the hair bulk is full of the base body.
The base body is a braid formed by the weaving of the wig on a mesh cap or a braid formed by the weaving of the hair of the human body itself, the braid on the base body is formed by the weaving of two strands of the hair bulks.
Example 2 is different from Example 1 in that folio ends of a hair bulk are woven into a section of a braid, and then the braid is bound with an elastic rope. The braid on the base body is formed by the weaving of three strands of the hair bulks. The rest steps are the same as those in Example 1.
Example 3 is different from Example 1 in that folio ends of a hair bulk are woven into a section of a braid, and then the braid is bound with an elastic rope. The braid of the base body is formed by the weaving of four strands of the hair bulks. The rest steps are the same as those in Example 1.
Example 4 is different from Example 1 in that folio ends of a hair bulk are woven into a section of a braid, and then the braid is bound with an elastic rope. The braid of the base body is formed by the weaving of five strands of the hair bulks. The rest steps are the same as those in Example 1.
According to examples of the invention, before the weaving, the folio ends of the hair bulk are bounded with the elastic rope and the woven hair bulk is pulled firmly, so that the hair bulk is very firmly woven on the base body, avoiding the hair bulk from falling off due to the material of the wig, ensuring the firmness of the hair bulk, improving the wearing effectiveness of the wig, and greatly promoting the sense of security of consumers to wear the wig.
