Abstract
A weighted training vest comprising of one or more panels, further comprising of one or more fasteners, compartments and chambers configured to receive one or more weighted article and fluids. The one or more panels comprises of fasteners, to constrict or expand with respect to the weighted articles and the users body, chambers comprising of fixed and removable resistance elements, fixed or removable hydration pack, compartments for additional weighted articles for movement on a dry land or on a surface of fluid.
Description
FIELD

The disclosure relates in general to an exercise vest, and in more particular, an adjustable multi-functional vest configured for securing articles, fixed and removable hydration features and configured as a personal flotation device.


BACKGROUND

Originally weighted vest was designed strictly for weight lifting with minimal to no additional features. In some instances, weighted vest is configured to hold a set amount of weight, such as weighted plates. This limits the population to purchase weighted plates which is costly for manufacturing and shipping. Moreover, the population is restricted to a fixed weight in which a user would require to purchase multiple size weights.


As new methods of exercise are developed, fitness programs are mainly split between stabilization, strength and power. This causes the user to either grow increase or decrease in size, depending on the specific goal. Additionally, weighted vest was designed for a one size which required manufacturing in multiple sizes. Problematically, the multiple products may come in different sizes, more particular, weight and dimensions which may not be affordable.


According to United States Geological Survey, the human brain is composed of 95% water, lunges are 90%, blood is 83% muscles are 76% and bones are 22% of water. This demonstrates the benefits of staying hydrated during physical movement. Carrying separate water bottles is inconvenient and also increases waste pollution.


Personal flotation devices can be bulky, expensive comprising of minimal to no compartments for personal belongings. During a boating trip, carrying a separate bag for a 4-Bailer is inconvenient. Additionally, this increases the weight of a personal flotation device which may cause a harmful outcome in the case of an emergency in a body of water.


The majority of sport specific training incorporates compound movement exercises in a single workout, translating those movements to a competition. An example is a countermovement jump to increase the height of a basketball player's vertical leap during a competition. Resistance in between limbs, specifically to assisted tools around knees and ankles targets the abductors and iliotibial band (IT band) wherein is overlooked. Also, resistance tools in between the limbs activates prime movers prior to physical movement.


Running mechanics in the general population lack due to a dysfunction around the body. Example, if the user has weak shoulders, the arm action will not fully extend in front and behind when running. Another example of dysfunction within the body, a user with tight hip flexors, which causes restricted flexion and extension in the lower limbs while running. To improve these dysfunctions, assisted tools can be implemented. Accordingly, corrective exercise techniques can incorporate assisted tools to improve a dysfunction in the body, such as knee valgus, also known as knocked knee. In this example, knee valgus develops at a young age and/or impact to the area around the knees. To improve knee valgus, it is important to strengthen the hips, gluteal maximus, medius and minimus and quadriceps femoris muscle. To strengthen these muscles groups, assisted resistance maybe recommended at an early stage to recovery, with a medical professional approval.


There is a significant population with acute and/or chronic lower back pain. The pain starts at the thoracic spine to lumbar discs, resulting pinching sensation via sciatic nerve. This is common for people with desk jobs, lacking flexibility and movement throughout the day. Simple strengthening and flexibility exercises with assisted tools from one limb to another focusing on specific exercises targeting the underactive muscles in the lower back such as, connected to the knees and or ankles, exercises such as, minimal resistance squat, glute kickbacks, glute bridge, split squat fanny lifter, isolation hip flexion and extension, not limiting to advanced or beginner's exercises.


Resistance training consist of repeated exercises causing one or more muscles to contract during a set of movements, such as eccentrics, concentric and/or isometrics. Each of these three phases increases strength, endurance, toning and also is effective in increasing stamina with, or without weighted articles. Many fitness professionals and enthusiasts carry around multiple training tools for strength training, and cardiovascular and mobility training, such as resistance bands and mini bands ranging in high to low strength resistance in each band. Each of these exercises and methods are effective for the general population, however, inconvenient for travelers and the elderly. The goal for high intensity interval training and full body exercises is to strengthen the prime movers in the body, and burn calories in a short amount of time. Additionally, high intensity interval training targets cardiovascular training, endurance and effectively activates multiple sets of muscle groups to stimulate the nervous system. To place the body under greater demand, weight is added to the initial body weight, generating force to gravity to ground contact wherein plyometric training is implemented.


Spending at least 30 minutes in nature increases happiness, subjective well-being.


Solar power is the most abundant energy source on earth and is the fastest-growing energy source. Additionally, solar is the cheapest source of energy in the world.


SUMMARY

This summary is provided merely for purposes of summarizing some example embodiments, so as to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the subject matter described herein.


Accordingly, it will be appreciated that the above-described features are merely examples and should not be construed to narrow the scope or spirit of the subject matter described herein in any way. Other features, aspects, and advantages of the subject matter described herein will become apparent from the following Detailed Description, Figures, and Claims.


There is disclosed herein a weighted training vest apparatus comprising of one or more panels to define a body portion of the apparatus, one or more resistance elements and articles are attachable to the body portion. The vest apparatus is adapted for movement between an assembled closed vest configuration and a disassembled open configuration on land or in a layer of fluid. The resistance elements and articles comprise one or more of: fixed or detachable resistance bands, weighted plates, filler weights, hydration packs comprising of a tube and mouth piece, cavity hole and a cavity hole cap, reflector and solar panel. The assembled closed vest configuration and open vest configuration comprises of one or more of the selected: panels, compartments, chambers, fastener flaps, shoulder straps, cavity hole, loops, and MOLLE attachments. The disassembled open vest configuration comprises of one or more layers of foam padding, mesh for air-flow during land or in a layer of fluid.


For the forgoing reasons, there is a demand for a multi-functional weighted training vest, configured for movement on land or in a layer of fluid.


In a disclosed aspect, the apparatus external surface comprises the selected: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane coating (PU), plastic, nylon, neoprene, canvas, Cordura®, polyester, dtex, thermoplastic, polyurethane (TPU), transparent coatings, inherently buoyant, inflatable materials further comprising cartridges of carbon dioxide gas or combination thereof configured to prevent absorption of water and for a daily usage to increase the long-lasting durability or in some instances to float.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more fasteners on the external and inner surface of the weighted training vest, to adjust the user's proportion for movement and to insert and secure one or more articles on land or on a layer of fluid.


In another disclosed aspect, the inner surface and external surface coating of the apparatus comprises of mesh sponge padding, sponge to create buoyancy force configured as a personal flotation device comprising minimal to no articles around the weighted training vest.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises hook and loop patches for cosmetic purposes.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of steel wire configured to further provide adjustment on one or more fasteners to adjust to the user's body size, wherein the steel wire is commonly known as tension band wiring.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises padded fastener flaps configured to comfortably attach and adjust to the user's body size.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of one or more fasteners to adjust the apparatus to a user body, open, insert and secure articles and to assemble or disassemble the vest.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a connector on a fastener flap, wherein the loop comprises of a layer of fabric or dense materials.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one fastener in conjunction with adjustable working strap on the inner or external surface of a shoulder strap.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises fasteners selected from buckles, hooks, zip ties, adjustable working strap, cinch strap, hook and loop fastener and one or more layers of various securing elements or combinations thereof under or over one or more fastener flaps configured to attach onto a MOLLE attachment and attaching anchor points to adjust to the user's body size and weight around one or more panels.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a visual of at least one layer of a hook and loop fasteners in conjunction of fasteners around the vest structure, and adjustable working strap with a mixture of minerals and coating such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and PU coating in conjunction with fasteners to adjust the size of the vest structure on dry land or in surface of water.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises woven tape reinforcement or MOLLE attachment to secure at least one fixed loop comprising of one or more anchor with minimal space in between the vest structure and fixed attachment creating minimal to no movement of one or more attachments with at least one coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane coating (PU).


There is also disclosed herein a weighted training vest apparatus comprising: at least one fastener flap on a front surface of the vest; at least one fastener flap on a rear compartment of the vest; at least one fastener flap on a side panel of the vest; at least one reinforcement on one or more of the fastener flaps; at least one hidden reinforcement; at least one side panel of the vest having one or more hooks thereon.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a front fastener flap wherein is the rear side of a front compartment to detach via at least one fastener from one or more side panel flaps, wherein one or more flaps comprises of a connector to the inner or external surface.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one rear fastener flap to detach from a bottom fastener flap via at least one fastener and one or more layers of a hook and loop fastener wherein is a rear side of a rear compartment.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a side panel fastener flap to attach and detach to the front fastener flap to adjust to a user's body proportion wherein can extend and folded over one or another side panel fastener flap.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one visual and/or hidden reinforcement such as a MOLLE attachment underneath one or more compartments to attach and secure attachable articles or to adjust to the user's body proportion.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one hook on a panel.


There is also disclosed herein a weighted training vest apparatus comprising: a body portion; at least one compartment on the body portion, with the compartment having an opening; at least one side panel of the vest, with the panel having a second opening therein; and at least one strap around the body portion.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more side panels of an opening on the length, or width or depth via at least one layer of a hook and loop fastener with at least one coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane coating (PU).


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a pair of shoulder straps comprising of one or more buckles, fastener flap, a loop, one or more layers of foam and mesh.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a fastener flap on a shoulder strap to fold over the second shoulder strap.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of one or more animations; one or more fixed or removable reflectors; and one or more reinforcements.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one animation such as at least one layer of printing, ranging from minimal visual to a greater amount of space, a logo located around the area surface with at least one coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane coating (PU) of the vest in an assembled and disassemble configuration.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a stitched woven tape reinforcement with an opening with a visual as a MOLLE attachment comprising at least one coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane coating (PU).


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more reinforcement such as metal materials or of one or more layers of binding, one or more nylon stitching, one or more threads, or one or more rivets, one or more nuts, one or more bolts, one or more buttons, one or more clips, one or more screws, one or more pins and one or more layers of thread stitching with a mixture of minerals such woven tape with a fabric mixture, Nylon, or polyester with one or more layers to the surface of the vest in an assembled and disassembled vest configuration.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of high tenacity nylon and internal lashing loops to secure tether attachments and articles.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of mesh compartments on a panel.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of at least one opening via a fastener on the top, bottom or side to insert one or more articles or for fixed articles.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one opening divider within one or more of the compartments, wherein the divider is configured to secure the resistance bands in a section.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of one or more fasteners wherein a fastener is a layer of hook and loop fastener in the enclosure to secure one or more articles in an opening and to prevent fluids from entering for flotation purposes.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of minimal to no weight, wherein additional weight to be used as a flotation tool on a surface of water wherein weighted articles secured in one or more inner and external compartments secured by at least one reinforcement creating additional weight to the vest alongside the user's body weight, while in water, causing the user to sink wherein underwater training can be implemented.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises at least one removable hydration pack in an opening, secured by a fastener, wherein the tube of the hydration pack is configured in between the one or more layers of a shoulder strap, released from a cavity hole or secured to the external surface of a shoulder strap.


In another disclosed aspect, the hydration pack is secured in an opening, wherein the opening is expandable.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises of a cavity hole secured to the external surface of a panel configured to receive a fluid, wherein the cavity hole is secured via a cap, further comprising of a flap configured to secure all fluids in the enclosure of the panel.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of an insert in the inner or external surface of one or more panels configured to receive one or more attachments.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of a sleeve in the inner or external surface of a panel or shoulder strap to receive one or more attachments.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more fixed, removable or hidden connectors or loops on the inner or external surface of a panel, compartment, chamber, shoulder strap or accessories.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more removable loops.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the one or more resistance bands comprises of at least one inner layer of elastic and one or more covering layers wherein an outermost one of the covering comprises fabric with at least one coating PVC or PU coating.


In another disclosed aspect, the one or more resistance bands comprises of one or more adjustable working straps and at least one layer of fabric strap configured to increase or decrease the length or tension thereof.


In another disclosed aspect, the one or more resistance bands fixed with at least one reinforcement are configured to descend from the one or more compartment as attachments, with at least one hook to attach onto one or more limb straps and attachable articles.


In another disclosed aspect, the one or more resistance bands are configured to descend from the one or more openings as attachments to increase resistance.


In another disclosed aspect, a detachable resistance bands comprises of a hook and adjustable working strap or fastener.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises a limb strap to attach onto a fixed or detachable resistance band.


In another disclosed aspect, a harness is configured as a less constructed apparatus.


In yet another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more fixed or removable solar panel on the inner or external surface of a panel of the apparatus.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of pockets configured to insert a solar panel and for devices.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of a cable connected or detached from a solar panel configured to charge a device.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus further comprises one or more fixed or removable reflectors on the inner or external surface of a panel.


In another disclosed aspect, the apparatus comprises of a fixed or removable electronics.

The weighted training vest; a vest that is assembled in the closed vest configuration 100, comprising of openings of panels, compartments and chambers, wherein the assembled closed vest configuration 101 comprising of resistance bands and the disassembled open vest configuration 103 the weighted training vest disassembled will be described in order. Additionally, fixed and removable accessories and articles will also be described in detail. In some instances, the weighted training vest is referenced by elements such as 100, 101 and 103. In some instances, the weighted training vest may not be referenced however, the specifications will further explain and reference the figures. Also, the term external surface is to be understood on the outer surface of the weighted training vest and the term inner surface is the opposite side of the external surface. The term less constructed is to be understood features can be removed or added prior, during or post manufacturing, depending on the users request.


It is to be understood the term fastener 122 of the weighted training vest, accessories an articles is selected from adjustable working strap 128, fasteners 6, hook and loop fasteners 5, buckles, hooks, zip ties, buttons, zippers, clips, fixed and removable rods or combination thereof.


The weighted training vest body portion structure is held together by one or more securing elements selected from fasteners 122, binding or similar fabrics, carbon fibers, fiberglass, glass fiber, aramid fibers, tow or stands in a bobbin, tape in a roll, woven, rivets, bolts, nuts, screws, adhesive, glue, cement in one or more layers of fabric and prepregs or combination thereof.


In some instances, prior to retailing or marketing, a less constructed apparatus may comprise of fewer elements and in some instances, the apparatus may include additional elements or a similar structure. Additionally, the apparatus is configured for attachments, wherein the attachments will be described in detail.


Panels

The weighted training vest 100 comprises of one or more panels 102, 108, 202 further wherein a panel comprises of one or more compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 on the external and inner surface configured for opening to receive and secure one or more articles. Also, each panel further comprises of chambers 106, 112, 206 configured to secure fixed and removable articles.


In some embodiments, a fastener 122 of the weighted training vest can comprise of a zipper, wherein the zipper is known as an “invisible zipper” comprising of one or more water proof coating selected from: water-proof coating, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) synthetic rubber (CSM), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), PVC tarpaulin or combination thereof.


The weighted training vest is configured for movement on a dry land or on a surface of fluid. The external and inner surface fabrics may comprise of a single or combination of: nylon, ballistic nylon, Kevlar®, Cordura®, wool, silk, plant such as cotton, flax, jute, bamboo, minerals such as asbestos, glass fiber and synthetic such as nylon, polyester, acrylic and rayon. It is to be understood prior to manufacturing, the user can request one layer of and/or a mixture of all layers with at least one layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane (PU) coating in a closed bag 100 and/or open bag 101 configuration.


It is to be understood one or more securing element 117 is a reinforcement and securing mechanism comprising of the selected: thread stitching, rivets, adhesive, fabric glue, at least one metal rod, fastener, fabric fold over or combination thereof. The intended purpose of one or more securing elements 117 is configured to secure the weighted training vest and fixed or removable articles prior, during or post manufacturing. For example, one or more loops 134 may comprise of a securing element 117 to secure to the external surface of the weighted training vest. In some instances, a securing element 117 is configured as a fastener 122.


In some embodiments, at least one layer of thread stitching can secure one or more fabrics, wherein the shape of thread stitching is selected from triangle, right triangle, rectangle, parallelogram, circle, square, rhombus, oval, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, cylinder, cube, star, heart, arrow or combination thereof.



FIG. 1 illustrates a front panel 102 comprising of a front compartment 104 and a chamber 106 configured to hold articles, wherein the articles can comprise of personal belongings, weighted plates, filler weights, one or more hydration packs, not limiting to other articles. Additionally, the external and inner surface may comprises of MOLLE attachments 142 for attachments and cosmetic purposes, wherein attachments may comprise of a gun holster 143 secured on one or more MOLLE attachments. In some instances, a MOLLE 142 attachment can be secured by a securing element to the external surface of the weighted training vest in a direction of vertical, horizontal, perpendicular or similar directions. It is to be understood a MOLLE attachment 142 is viewed in the figures may appear as a square however, the MOLLE attachment 142 can be more or less constructed in different shapes and sizes. Also, the MOLLE attachment 142 can comprise of a fixed or detachable tether.


In some embodiments, the weighted training vest comprises of one or more fasteners 122 comprising of at least one adjustable working strap 128 around the: inner or external surface of the weighted training vest and around a shoulder strap 120. In one example, in order to correct poor posture, a user can perform corrective action by uplifting the upper torso by increasing the tension of the adjustable working strap 128 of a shoulder strap 120 and other fasteners on the weighted training vest. In addition, the fastener 122 is configured to attach and secure to the external surface of the weighted training vest 100, 101, 103. The adjustable working straps 128 is configured to tightened prior to use as a flotation tool for movement in a layer of fluid. In addition, FIG. 1 illustrates a total of four shoulder straps 120, wherein the front panel 102 comprises of two shoulder straps 120 and the rear panel 202 comprises of two shoulder straps 120. It is to be understood one shoulder strap 120 of a front panel 102 comprises of one side of a hook and loop fastener, wherein the rear panel 202 shoulder strap 120 comprises of the opposite side of the front panel 102 shoulder strap 120 configured to attach and engage with each other. In time, the shoulder straps 120 fasteners 122 may start to decrease in strength therefore an additional fastener 122 may be manufactured on a shoulder strap 120 wherein the additional fastener 122 is a buckle 126 configured as an additional securing element. For example, when the two shoulder straps 120 are engaged with each other, the user may attach the fasteners 122, wherein the fastener is a buckle 126 wherein the buckle comprises of an adjustable working strap 128, wherein the loop of the adjustable working strap 128 comprises of a fabric strap configured to receive through the loop. In addition, a fabric flap (not shown) comprises of a layer of foam and a hook and loop fastener configured to the buckle 126, wherein the fabric flap is secured to the loop of the buckle (not shown). For example, the starting point of a shoulder strap 120 comprises of a layer of fabric stitched onto the front panel 102 shoulder strap 120. The fabric is then looped around one or more times through the bottom of the fastener 122 or buckle 126 of the front panel 102 wherein the buckle comprises of a loop 134, in more particular, a loop configured to receive the fabric. In addition, the loop 134 is configured as an oval shape or B-ring. With respect to the loop 134 of the fastener 122 or buckle 126 is configured for attaching accessories or articles, minimizing movement. In some embodiments, the loop 134 of the fastener 122 or buckle 126 can be a separate piece on the external surface of the shoulder strap 120. The ending of the fabric comprises of a hook and loop fold over 132 configured to fold excessive fabric. For example, a user with a smaller torso size may have excessive, loose fabric as depicted in FIG. 1. To decrease the length of the fabric, the user may fold over the fabric at least once, wherein the ending point comprises of a hook and loop fastener fold over 132 to securing the fabric. The opposite receiving side of the buckle 126 is stitched or fixed onto the second shoulder strap 120 of the rear panel 202 to receive and engage with each other.


In some instances, a less constructed weighted training vest may be manufactured. For example, a shoulder straps 120 may not comprise of a buckle 126 and an adjustable working strap 128. In other instances, a shoulder strap fastener flap (not shown) can comprise of a layer of a hook and loop fastener. The shoulder strap fastener flap is stitched on one shoulder strap 120 wherein the second receiving shoulder strap flap is stitched on the opposite shoulder strap 120 to fold over at least once for an additional reinforcement.


A shoulder strap 120 can comprise of a stabilizer 124 configured to secure articles with minimal to no movement during movement. For example, FIG. 1 illustrates a hydration pack 135, in particular the hydration tube 136 disposed from the rear top compartment 118 of the rear panel 202. The tube 136 can either pass through the loop 134 on the external surface of the shoulder strap 120 wherein is configured to pass through the stabilizer 124 to secure the mouth piece 138 of the hydration pack 135. The stabilizer can be manufacture as the same layer of the shoulder strap 120 or as an additional fabric, wherein the fabric may comprise of a layer of woven tape 208 and a fastener 122. It is to be understood a stabilizer can secure headphones or other articles. In some instances, the stabilizer can be fixed onto the shoulder strap flap (not shown).


The shoulder straps 120 can comprise of one or more padding layers, wherein the padding layer is selected of polyurethane foam, cushion, memory foam, latex foam, breathable air mesh, air cooling gel pads, light weight polyester mesh, or combination thereof, which element name is foam mesh pad 140. During manufacturing, a layer of foam mesh padding 140 can comprise of a first layer of the shoulder strap 120 to wrap around the shoulder strap 120 external fabric, wherein is secured to one or more layers via securing element 117.


In some embodiments, a shoulder strap 120 can comprise of a layer of binding on the outer edges, which is wrapped around the inner surface to the external surface of the shoulder strap 120 configured to decrease the possibility of stress on the user upper torso. During manufacturing, a shoulder strap 120 may be manufactured separately which is then stitched onto the front panel 102 and rear panel 202.



FIG. 2 illustrates the rear perspective view of the weighted training vest in the assembled closed vest configuration comprising of a hydration pack 135 secured in a compartment, in more particular the rear top compartment 118. As previously mentioned, the tube 136 can be passed through the loop to prevent minimal to no movement of the tube 136. The base of the loop 134 comprises of a layer of woven tape 208 secured to the rear shoulder strap 120 external surface however, depending manufacturing method, the loop 134 may be constructed on the front shoulder strap 120 or both. The woven tape 208 may comprise of an x box shape however in some instances, the stitching can be a box shape or both, not limiting to other shapes and sizes. The ending of the woven tape 208 comprises of a layer fabric configured as a smaller loop 134 configured to secure the larger loop 134, wherein the larger loop 134 can be viewed as a D-ring. The D-ring can be welded and fixed (not shown) to prevent any disconnection and separation during movement. In some embodiments, the loop 134 can comprise of a small spacing to remove from the woven tape 208. In other embodiments, the woven tape 208 can be viewed as a fabric loop wherein during manufacturing the woven tape 208 is the loop. In some instances, the loop can comprise of a layer of the shoulder strap 120 external fabric wrapped on either side of the shoulder strap 120 which is then viewed as loop. Additionally, loop can be configured as a grip, depending on the size made. Depending on the intended purpose for the weighted training vest, the loops 134 and woven tape 208 can comprise of a rivet over the top layer of the woven tape 208 to the external surface of the shoulder strap 120 which is then secured to the inner surface of the shoulder strap 120. As previously mentioned, the edges of the shoulder strap 208 can comprise of a layer of binding, wherein the binding can be manufactured comprising of one or more layers of fabric, wherein in between the layers may comprise of a space configured for attachments.


It is to be understood the loop 134 described on a shoulder strap 120 can be secured to one or more panels 102, 108, 202, compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 and chambers 106, 112, 206, 300.


In some instances, a loop 134 is secured to the rear panel 202 of external surface of the weighted training vest for attachments or for grasping. The loop 134 can comprise of a layer of fabric or previously mentioned loops (not shown). In some embodiments, the loop 134 is stitched from the external surface of the rear panel 202 to the enclosure of the rear top compartment 118 (not shown), the enclosure surface of the external surface of the rear panel 202 and in some instances, the loop 134 can be stitched to the inner surface to the enclosure of the rear panel 202. It may be convenient for a loop 134 to be secured and stitched to the inner surface of the rear panel 202 overlapping to the external surface of the rear panel 202. As mentioned, the loop 134 can comprise of a layer of fabric, wherein the starting point of the loop 134 can comprise of a woven tape 208 comprises of a stitching to reassure the long-lasting durability.


In some instances, one or more panels 102, 108, 202 can comprise of pockets on the external surface of the one or more panels 102, 108, 202 configured for inserting articles (not shown), wherein the top of a pocket can comprise of a fastener 122 configured to open and insert an article. For example, an article configured for the weighted training vest comprises of compartment weighted plate 400, compartment filler weight 402, chamber weighted plate 504 and a chamber filler weight 506.


Shoulder Strap and Hydration Pack

As previously mentioned, the rear panel 202 and shoulder strap 120 can be manufactured as one fixed panel. Prior to manufacturing, a passage way in the enclosure of the rear top compartment 118 configured to pass through one or more layers of the shoulder strap 120 (not shown) comprising of a cavity hole near the distal side of the shoulder strap 120 for easy access. For example, a hydration pack 135 or similar bladders are inserted to a panel 102, 108, 202 or compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 of the weighted training vest, without a visibility with respect to the hidden passage way of the layers of the shoulder straps 120. The term hidden passage way is to be understood as one or more inner fabric layers of the shoulder straps 120. It is to be understood this method is dependent on the way during pre, during or post manufacturing to allow a passage for a hydration pack 135 tube 136. This method of manufacturing allows the rear top compartment 118 fully closed via a fastener 122 or in some instances, a rear top compartment 118 may not comprise of an opening. Depending the size of the weighted training vest, a shoulder straps 120 can comprise of a metal, steel or similar dense wiring in the inner surface or external surface of the shoulder strap 120 configured to create additional securing mechanism when adjusting.


In some embodiments, the rear top compartment 118 enclosure can comprise of a water proof coating, preventing possible leakage of a hydration pack 135. The majority of hydration packs 135 are configured with a slide opening on the top comprising of a space for hanging. The enclosure of the rear top compartment 118 can comprise of a fastener fabric hanger to hang the hydration pack 135 to decrease or eliminate movement during use. It is to be understood the rear top compartment 118 enclosure is a compartment in between the inner fabric and the external fabric of the rear panel 202. Depending on the hydration pack 135 features, a fixed loop can be configured as the fabric hanger to attach onto the hydration pack 135 via a hook or similar attachments.


In some embodiments, the rear top compartment 118 comprises of a top fastener 122 wherein the fastener 122 can comprise of a zipper. The zipper can be stitching from the external surface of the rear panel 202 to the inner surface of the rear panel 202. In some instances, the hook and loop fastener can be configured to fold over the zipper of the rear panel 202 and further configured secure articles into the enclosure. As depicted in FIG. 2, the tube 136 of the hydration pack 135 is shown comprising of the surrounding rear top compartment 118. It is to be understood the rear top opening 118 can be partially or completely sealed with or without articles in the enclosure. In other instances, the top of the rear panel 202 can comprise of a flexible fabric or waterproof coating, wherein the flexible fabric or waterproof coating is configured as a mouth to receive and secure articles or liquids in the enclosure. The inner fabric of the rear panel 202 can comprise of a fold over, wherein the fold over is configured to overlap to the external surface opening of the rear panel 202, wherein the rear panel 202 external surface opening comprises of spacers, wherein the spacer is lined from side to side. A top glider is then inserted from one side of the fold over, wherein the inner surface of the top glider comprises of empty sections, wherein the empty section is configured to attach and secure onto the spacers to insert or secure articles in the enclosure of the rear panel 202.


It is to be understood the hydration pack 135 or similar bladders can be inserted in other compartments, panels or chambers in which may have similar features to receive a tube 136 previously listed.


Air-Cooling Gel Inserts

In some embodiments, the rear panel 202 inner surface fabric can comprise of a line spacing down the middle of the inner fabric, wherein the line spacing is configured to align with a user spine for comfort during movement. In some instances, the remaining inner surface of the rear panel 202 can comprise of spacing to fit the users back such as the shoulders, rhomboids, not limiting to similar muscle groups. In some embodiments, an air-cooling gel pockets are configured on the internal and external surface of a shoulder strap 120, a panel 102, 108, 202 on the inner fabric surface, over or under a layer of previously mentioned foam. In some instances, an air-cooling gel pockets can comprise of mesh, wherein the mesh is secured on the outer layer of the foam mesh pad 140 comprising of a fastener 122, wherein a fastener 122 is a zipper or hook and loop fastener to open and close the air-cooling gel pockets which still maintains a ventilation. It is to be understood the air-cooling gel pockets can be configured as an additional padding with respect to the soft gel packets. Also, the air-cooling gel pockets can comprise of a slight visual raised from the inner surface of a panel 102, 108, 202 and shoulder straps 120. As previously mentioned, the line spacing located on the inner surface of a rear panel 202 can comprise of air-cooling gel pockets on or around the lining of the spine for additional support. Additionally, the external surface of the inner fabric shoulder strap 120 can comprise of inserts (not shown) for removable gel packs configured to decrease the amount of heat of the body. For example, during movement, a user can insert gel packs around the shoulder strap 120 or panels 102, 108, 202 wherein the insert comprises of a fastener 122.


In some embodiments, an air-cooling gel insert can comprise of dividers wherein the divider comprises of the selected, fastener, nylon, canvas, neoprene, mesh or combination thereof to separate the gel inserts. It is to be understood the air-cooling gel inserts can be manufactured separately, thus retailing the weighted training vest with an air-cooling gel inserts are optional. In some embodiments, a storage compartment 114 flap can comprise of a layer of foam mesh pad 140 configured to provide comfort to a user during physical movement. In some instances, the storage compartment 114 can comprise of an air-cooling gel pocket on top of the first layer of foam mesh pad 140. It is to be understood a less constructed weighted training vest can comprise of minimal to no compartments on a side panel which will be explained in the upcoming embodiments.


In some embodiments, the weighted training vest comprises of an inner tab in one or more compartments or chambers, wherein the user can pull to inflate the weighted training vest during an emergency situation and/or to use as a leisure life jacket. It is to be understood the weighted training vest can be solely utilized as a life jacket without fixed components and/or accessories such as but not limiting too resistance bands, removable resistance bands and limb straps.


In some embodiments, the inner tab may be fixed to a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 via a reinforcement, wherein the hydration pack 135 and hydration tube 136 is removable however does not interfere with the structure and usage of the inner tab when closed or opened. In some instances, the inner tab string can be hidden in a rear opening of the weighted training vest with or without the hydration pack 135. Also, the fastener 122 configured to close and open the rear opening can comprise of a waterproof zipper further comprising on a coating of the selected PVC, PU or combination thereof to protect all fixed and/or removable articles in the rear compartment enclosure. For example, the user can tuck the inner tab during dry land physical movement. It is to be understood the term dry land is a surface and underwater is in one or more layers of fluid.


Flotation Features

With respect to the flotation feature, the weighted training vest panels 102, 108, 202 comprises of fabric, particular Buoyancy materials selected from helium, cork, fiberglass, nylon, neoprene, elastic, Dyneema® and a layer of foam mesh pad 140 or combination thereof to use as a personal flotation device (PFD). During manufacturing, machinery can blend the listed materials to condense and compress the fabrics, configured to comprise of a comfortable layer. In some instances, the special machinery is not provided, one or more layers can be attached to one other by adhesive, glue, paint, stitching or a securing element 117 comprising of a coating of hydraulic resistance and a closed-hole structure for long term load. In some instances, a less constructed weighted training vest can be manufactured, such as minimal compartments or chambers to provide the weighted training vest at a lighter weight, however with respect to the blended fabrics, a weighted training vest can comprise of the features and more listed in this specification without losing the ability to float. Moreover, the fabrics mentioned is configured to bend and increases the flexibility. It is to be understood a personal flotation device comprises of minimal to no weight in the enclosure of the openings of the weighted training vest. For underwater training, one or more weights can be inserted to the weighted training vest compartments, panels or other openings or accessories attached to the MOLLE attachments configured to sink.


In some embodiments, the front panel 102 may comprise of additional layers compared to the rear panel 202 configured to turn an unconscious user to a face up position in a body of water. However, the panels can comprise of the similar or same number of layers. As previously mentioned, a weighted training vest can be less structured configured for one purpose such as a personal flotation device (PFD). For example, a front compartment may not be constructed to a panel configured to float. However, a mesh compartment can be configured to the external surface for articles. Without the compartment, a fastener 122 such as a hook and loop fastener or zipper is located on a panel 102, 108 or 202 configured for a quick a quick release. The fastener 122 can begin on the top of a panel 102, 108 or 202 wherein the ending point is located to the bottom of the weighted training vest (not shown). If the intended purpose is to utilize the weighted training vest for a personal flotation device, a loop 134 on a panel may not be required.


Front, Side and Rear Panel Compartments

In some embodiments, the panels 102, 108 and 202 or compartments 103, 110, 118, 204, comprise of a MOLLE attachments 142 on the external surface for cosmetic and for attachments, wherein the one or more MOLLE attachment 142 comprises of webbing or woven tape 208 stitched and secured to at least once to the external surface of a panel. Throughout the figures, the MOLLE attachments 208 can be configured in a vertical, horizontal, perpendicular or overlapping one another.


In some embodiments, the side panels 108 comprise of an opening on the top and rear for weighted articles and resistance elements, wherein a weighted article is selected from sand pouch further comprises of minerals, metal weighted plates, personal accessories or combination thereof. In some instances, the opening of one or more panels of the weighted training vest comprises of an opening on the top or side and in other instances, one or more panels of the weighted training vest comprises of one or more openings for articles.



FIG. 1-5 illustrates the assembled closed vest configuration, comprising of panels 102, 108 and 202 attached to one another via a fastener 122. The one or more panels comprises of a compartment, wherein FIG. 1-5 illustrates the compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 on the external surface of the panels. The compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 are stitched by a thread to the external surface of a panel. As previously described, a panel 102, 108 and 202 can comprise of one or more layers of fabric configured for comfort of the users torso. The stitching of the compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 can be stitched to the first layer of fabric wherein the second layer of fabric is stitched overtop of the first fabric layer which can be understood by the foam mesh pad 140.


As depicted in FIG. 5A, the weighted training vest comprises of a fastener 122 wherein the fastener 122 is a buckle 126 configured on the surface of a side panel compartment 110. In some instances, depending on the method of manufacturing, the buckle 126 can comprise of a slight opening at the rear loop of the buckle 126 configured to attach onto a MOLLE attachment 142. The user can adjust the tightness of the side panel compartments 110 by pulling the fabric, wherein the fabric is looped around the loop of the buckle 126. In some instances, the buckle 126 does not comprise of an opening. During manufacturing, the buckle 126 can be fixed onto the external surface of the side panel compartments 110 or fixed onto a MOLLE attachment 142. It is to be understood the buckle 126 can be configured around the external surface of one or more compartments for additional adjustment.


It is to be understood the periphery of a compartment 104, 110 and 204 comprises of loose fabric to expand with respect to the article in the enclosure. For example, a compartment weighted plate 400 and compartment filler weight 402 illustrated in FIG. 4 is configured for weight in the compartment. When the weights or articles are inserted to the compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204, the compartment fabric can expand to accommodate to the weight. The opening of a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 can comprise of a fastener 122, wherein the fastener is selected from a zipper, hook and loop fastener, adjustable working strap comprising of a loop or combination thereof to receive an article. In some instances, the opening can comprise of an additional fastener 122 to ensure all articles of a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 remains closed and also to prevent liquids to from entering. During underwater movement, the weighted training vest is configured to absorb the water in which the compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 will remain closed. In some instances, a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 can comprise of mesh on the external surface of a panel 102, 108 and 202 (not shown) for personal belongings such as phones and cameras. During underwater training, a user can simply stow the device for recording underwater without removing the device from a compartment which will allow water to enter the previously mentioned compartments 104, 110, 114, 118, 204. In addition, the weighted training vest provides options for weight such as, compartment weighted plates 400 and compartment filler weights 402. The shape of the said weights is configured to fit in a compartment without damaging to the enclosure of a compartment 104, 110 and 204. In some instances, a divider comprising of a layer of fabric fixed in one or more compartments is configured to secure one or articles preventing damage to one another. Additionally, to increase the weight of the weighted training vest, the compartment weighted plates 400 and compartment filler weights 402 can be secured in a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 without each weight touching one another. Moreover, a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 can comprise of a strap (not shown) configured to fit on the periphery of the enclosure to secure and wrap around a weight to prevent movement. The strap can comprise of a fastener 122 wherein a fastener 122 is a hook and loop fastener, zipper or similar fasteners to stabilize the articles.


In some instances, a less constructed weighted training vest can comprise of side compartment (not shown), wherein the side compartment comprises of one or more layers of fabric selected from spandex, synthetic fibre, elastic, natural fibre, neoprene, foam padding, mesh, water proof coating or combination thereof. During manufacturing, the fabrics can be overlapping one another secured by stitching or adhesive. The inner layer comprises of a layer of foam to provide the user with comfort. It is to be understood the side compartment is configured to stretch to a length to accommodate to the users body size, wherein weighted training vest is received by a user torso, the side compartment expands. A one size fits all weighted training vest can be retailed with respect to the expansion of the side panel compartment 110, more particular the fabric of the side compartment. Also, the side compartment of the side panel 108 can remain the similar structure however, depending on the size prior to manufacturing, a separate pocket can be configured to the external surface or inner surface comprising of a fastener 122. It is to be understood the periphery of the side panel compartment 110 or side panel 108 comprises of one or more layers of fabric selected from spandex, synthetic fibre, elastic, neoprene, foam padding, mesh, water proof coating or combination thereof can be stitched and fixed onto the front panel 102 and rear panel 202 (not shown) which can also reduce manufacturing cost. The lining of the side compartment can comprise of a layer of foam, wherein the layer of foam is stitched from the external surface to the inner surface or vice versa comprising of an outer layer comprising of a fabric. Also, animations such as logos, print screen, MOLLE attachments 142 etc. can be around the external or inner surface. In some instances, one or more periphery surface of the side compartment can comprise of a fastener 122 wherein a fastener can be a hook and loop fastener configured to attach and receive to the front panel 102 and/or rear panel 202. With respect to the users request, a layer on the external surface or the inner surface of the weighted training vest can comprise of a layer of spandex configured to expand. Also, a loop 134 comprising of a layer of fabric or a similar structure of a loop 134 previously described on shoulder strap 120 can be secured to the external or inner surface for attachments.


In some instances, one or more size of the weighted training vest can be retailed with respect to the user(s) request prior to manufacturing, wherein the compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 may comprise of an adjustable working strap 128 either fixed in the enclosure of the pocket or on the external surface of the side pocket to adjust the waist of the weighted training vest of the users torso. For example, for a user to decrease the length between the rear panel 202 and the front panel 102, the user can lift the adjustable working strap 128 or cinch strap, and pull the fabric strap, wherein the fabric strap is configured to receive through a loop of the adjustable working strap 128, wherein the adjustable working strap 128 is secured in the enclosure of the pocket. It in some instances, remaining fabric strap can be folded inside the pocket enclosure and in some instances, the fabric strap can be loose on the side compartment. Additionally, the fabric strap may comprise of excessive loose fabric, wherein the ending point of the fabric strap can comprise of a hook and loop fastener, wherein the fabric strap is configured to fold over, overlapping the fabric strap which is then secured by the hook and loop fastener to decrease the length of the loose fabric strap. Also depending on the method of manufacturing or retailing, this method can be used to adjust the front panel 102 or rear panel 202.


In addition to a less constructed weighted training vest, the weighted training vest may have fixed articles in the enclosure of a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204, wherein the fixed articles can comprise of metal/steel weighted plates or compound directly into the compartment or in one or more dividers previously mentioned. Also, a less constructed weighted training vest may not comprise of MOLLE attachments 142, wherein the external surface of a panel 102, 108 and 202 can comprise of loops 134 comprising of a layer of fabric or a metal loop 134 or D-ring. In some instances, the said loop 134 can comprise of a larger dimension wherein the loop 134 is configured as a grip for movement. Additionally, the loop 134 can be configured for optional attachments such as a strap (not shown).


Storage Compartments

In previous FIGS. 1-2, a side panel 108 comprises of a storage compartments 114 in the inner side of the panel. The storage compartment is configured to secure articles, more particularly personal belongings, not limiting to other articles. For example, the external compartments comprises of weights with limited amount of space in the enclosure, a user can place personal belongings in the storage compartments 114. Additionally, the internal or external surface of a storage compartment 114 can comprise of foam mesh pad 140, configured to provide comfort for a user. In addition, the storage compartments 114 can comprise of a layer water proof coating, in more particular PVC and/or PU coating to the external or internal of the storage compartment 114. It is to be understood the storage compartment 114 can expand and constrict to the article placed in the enclosure, similar to the panel compartments previously described. To open and close a storage compartment 114, an end-point of a storage compartment can comprise of a grip 508, more particular a grip wherein the grip 508 is configured as a loop to pass a finger through for comfortable pull to open or close the storage compartment 114. The storage compartment flap comprises of one side of a hook and loop fastener, wherein the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener is secured to the storage compartment 114, configured to securely enclose and secure articles.


Chambers

Depending on the intended purpose and also the perspective view on FIG. 2-4, a rear panel chamber 300 can be viewed, expanded with possible articles in the enclosure. Referring to FIG. 2, the rear panel does not comprise of a rear panel chamber 300 or the rear panel chamber is configured as a flap without a visual. The periphery external surface of the rear top chamber 300 comprises of a fastener 122 for an opening. Depending on the view looked upon, the chamber enclosure can expand and constrict to accommodate to the article dimension and size. The rear panel 202 can comprise of one side of a hook and loop fastener secured to the external surface and the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener is secured on the inner fabric of the rear top chamber 300. FIG. 5 illustrates a chamber 106, 112, 206 on a panel 102, 108, 202, in one or more panels 102, 108, 202 comprising of an opening wherein the opening is a chamber 106, 112, and 206 to receive articles. In some embodiments, the opening of a chamber 106, 112, 206 on a panel 102, 108, 202 may not have a visual with respect to the fasteners 122 completely closing the chamber 106, 112, 206 opening. A chamber panel 102, 108, 202 of a panel 106, 112, 206 comprises of a chamber flap 502 comprising of a fastener 155, wherein the fastener is a hook and loop fastener. To open a chamber 106, 112, 206, the user can detach by pulling the external surface and internal surface of the panel. FIG. 5B illustrates a panel 106, 112, 206 comprises an opening via a chamber flap 502 comprising of a fastener 122 wherein a fastener is a layer of a hook and loop fastener configured to fold over and secure all articles in the enclosure. One side of the chamber flap 502 comprises of one side of a hook and loop fastener, wherein the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener of the chamber flap 502 is secured to the inner surface of the enclosure of a chamber 106, 112, 206, wherein the chamber 106, 112, 206 is opened, the chamber flap 502 can be unfolded in which the visual of a chamber reinforcement 500. It is to be understood the chamber reinforcement is configured to secure all articles, such as chamber weighted plate 504 and chamber filler weight 506 as illustrated in FIG. 5C5D. With respect to the density of the chamber weighted plate 504 and chamber filler weight 506, the chamber reinforcement 500 comprises of one or more layers of fabric, wherein a fabric can be a layer of woven tape 208 comprising of a fastener 122 wherein a fastener is a hook and loop fastener. The chamber reinforcement 500 is secured to one side of the enclosure of the panel 106, 112, and 206 and the loose end of the chamber reinforcement 500 comprises of one side of the hook and loop fastener and the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener is secured to the enclosure of the chamber 106, 112, and 206. In some instances, the articles placed in the chambers 106, 112, and 206 can comprise of different dimensions and weight. The chamber reinforcement 500 can comprise of an additional fastener 122 to accommodate to the article dimension and weight to prevent movement during physical movement. Additionally, the enclosure of the chambers can comprise of water proof coating such as PVC or PU to prevent damage to the enclosure. Also, the inner fabric of the panels is configured to expand or constrict the articles.


It is to be understood a chamber 106, 112, 206 can comprise of one or more openings located on the top, bottom or sides, not limiting to the bottom opening. In some instances, it may be convenient for a user to open and insert articles in the enclosure of a chamber 106, 112, 206.


In some embodiments, a chamber 106, 112, and 206 can comprise of a chamber divider 501, wherein the divider is configured to dividing and separating articles in different sections of the chambers 106, 112, and 206. For example, to increase the weight of the weighted training vest, one or more articles such as chamber weighted plate 504 and a chamber filler weight 506 is configured in different sections of the enclosure of the chambers to prevent damage. However, with respect to the expansion of a chamber, one or more chamber weighted plates 504 or chamber filler weights 506 can be configured in the same section and in some embodiments, the separate section of a chamber 106, 112, 206. Additionally, this allows a user to place one or more chamber weighted plates 504 or chamber filler weights 506 to the enclosure and for another section to receive liquids or a removable hydration pack 135 which will be further described. In some instances, a chamber divider 501 may be manufactured as a separate panel in the enclosure of a chamber. With respect to the shape of the front panel 102 and rear panel 202, the chamber weighted plate 504 and chamber filler weight 506 can be manufactured with the similar or exact same dimensions, configured to fit comfortably inside a chamber 106, 112, and 206. Also, the chamber weighted plate 504 and chamber filler plates 506 are manufactured as a shape of a users upper body torso for comfort during movement.


Compartment and Chamber Filler Weight

As previously depicted in FIGS. 4C and 5C, the filler weights 402 and 506 can be retailed with or without the weighted training vest for additional weight. The weight of each filler can vary with respect to different density of fillable materials. The fillers can be stacked on top or side by side around the enclosure of a compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 or a chamber 106, 112, 206, 300, not limiting to similar attachable points, such as MOLLE attachments 142 on the external surface of the weighted training vest. In some instances, the filler weights 402 and 506 can be pre-filled with fillable materials. In some embodiments, the filler weights 402 and 506 provides at least one opening around the periphery of the external surface and the enclosure, internal surface via hook and loop fastener. A filler weight 402 and 506 can comprise of the selected polyester, nylon, canvas or combination thereof. The interior is a mixture of at least one coating layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polyurethane (PU) for liquid proof providing optional alternatives for additional weight.


Compartment and Chamber Weighted Plates

As previously depicted in FIGS. 4B and 5C, the compartment weighted plate 400 and chamber weighted plate 504 can comprise of dense materials selected from metal, iron, steel or combinations thereof in order to increase the weight for physical movement. For example, the width of the weighted plates 400 and 506 can comprise of a larger density, depending on the customized weight the user request.


Loops

As depicted on FIGS. 1-7, the weighted training vest comprises of a loop 134 on the external surface, more particularly the bottom of a panel 102, 108 and 202. A loop can comprise of the similar structure of the loop on a shoulder strap 120, however, the loop 134 on the external surface of the base of the loop comprises of a layer of woven tape 208 stitched onto a panel 102, 108 and 202. In some embodiments, the stitching of the woven tape 208 may be manufactured starting from the inner fabric panel to the external surface panel 102, 108 and 202. In some instances, the stitching can have a visual, depending on the view looked upon. The woven tape 208 comprises of an x box shape stitching (hidden) however in some instances, the stitching comprises of a box shape or in some instances, both shapes, not limiting to other shapes and sizes. The ending of the woven tape 208 comprises of a layer which can be viewed as a small loop 134 configured to secure the larger loop 134, wherein the larger loop 134 can be viewed as a D-ring. The D-ring can be welded and fixed (not shown) to prevent any disconnection and separation during movement. In some embodiments, the loop 134 can have a small spacing to remove from the woven tape 208. In other embodiments, the woven tape 208 can be viewed as a fabric loop wherein during manufacturing the woven tape 208 is the loop. In some instances, the loop 134 can comprise of a layer of the shoulder strap 120 external fabric wrapped on either side of the shoulder strap 120 which is then viewed as loop 134. Additionally, loop can be configured as a grip, depending on the size made.


Resistance Bands 600


FIGS. 6-9 illustrates resistance bands 600 depositing from the chambers 106, 112, and 206. In some instances, weights may not be provided to a user in which one or more fixed resistance bands 600 in a chamber is configured to increase resistance with accessories which will be explained in the upcoming embodiments. In some embodiments, the resistance bands 600 may comprise of the selected resistance bands 600, detachable resistance bands 606, tubes, elastic bands, rubber bands, bungee cord, sling or combination thereof, fixed or detached. The resistance bands 600 comprises of a fabric strap 130 which is then looped on top or under an adjustable working strap 128 to increase or decrease the length and resistance. For example, to increase the resistance, a user can adjust the fabric strap 130 via an adjustable working strap 128, wherein the adjustable working strap 128 is configured close a chamber 106, 112, 206, 300 or vice versa.


In some embodiments, the outer layer fabric of the resistance band 600 can comprise of one or more layers of fabric to increase the durability of the inner resistance band 600 fabrics previously mentioned. When a resistance band 600 is released from a chamber 106, 112, 206, 300 the outer fabric can be seen as overlapping one another. During certain exercises, the resistance band 600 is extended and the outer fabric is stretched with minimal overlapping of the fabrics. It is to be understood a resistance band 600 can comprise of various lengths and resistance strength depending on the usage. For example, FIG. 7A comprises of two resistance bands 600 depositing from the rear top chamber 300 which is visibly shorter in length to the resistance bands 600 of the rear chambers 106, 112, 206. The intended purpose for the resistance bands 600 of the rear top chamber 300 is configured for upper body workouts such as push-ups. A user does not require a longer length resistance band 600 as shown on the rear chambers 106, 112, 206, however, in some instances for manufacturing purposes, all resistance bands 600 can comprise of the similar or same length and resistance.


In some embodiments, the one ending point of the resistance band 600 comprises of a hook 602, secured to a fabric strap 130 configured for attachments. The hook 130 can comprise of a fixed loop 134 on the ending point configured for the fabric strap 130 to receive from one opening to another, wherein the fabric strap 130 comprises of a loop 134 which is then stitched for reinforcement of the resistance band 600. The hook is configured for attachments such as a limb strap 604 as depicted in FIG. 6B, wherein the limb strap 604 is configured to attach onto a user's limb for resistance training which will be further explained in the upcoming embodiments. FIG. 6C illustrates a detachable resistance band 606 configured for separate usage, with or without the weighted training vest which will be further explained in the upcoming embodiments.


In some embodiments, a chamber 106, 112, 206 and 300 previously described comprises of an opening via a fastener 122. Once opened, a fabric strap 130 can be stitched or fixed to the enclosure of a chamber 106, 112, 206 and 300 or in some instances, the fabric strap 130 of a resistance band 600 can be stitched and fixed onto a panel 102, 108 and 202, in more particular the stitching of one side of a fabric strap 130 is stitched on the external surface of a panel 102, 108, 202 to the inner panel, wherein the stitching may comprise of nylon stitching shaped as a x or box shape or both. The resistance band 600 is then configured to fold over at least once and is stowed in a chamber 106, 112, 206 and 300 or a divider similar to the chamber divider 501. In some embodiments, depending on the view looked upon, the resistance band 600 may not have a visual and in some instances, the resistance band 600 or working components to the structure of the resistance band 600 provide a visual. As briefly described in previous embodiments, FIG. 8 illustrates a bottom perspective view of the weighted training vest, particularly the opening of chambers 106, 112, 206 and 300, wherein resistance bands are released 600. It is to be understood a divider previously described can comprise of an article, wherein an article can be a chamber weighted plate 504 which is still secured in the enclosure of the chamber 106, 112, 206 and 300, secured by a chamber flap 502 and a chamber reinforcement 500.



FIG. 9 illustrates a front perspective view of the rear panel 202 attached to the two side panels 108, comprising of resistance bands 600 attached onto limb straps 604 released out of the chambers 106, 112, 206 and 300 in the disassembled vest open configuration 101.


As previously mentioned, the weighted training vest can be less constructed which is to be understood with features that are removed from the current apparatus. In some instances, the weighted training vest can comprise of a swivel loop in one or more chambers (not shown). The swivel loop is configured to attach onto accessories such as a detachable resistance band 606. It is to be understood this “less constructed” weighted training vest can comprise of the selected, a fixed resistance bands 600, a swivel hook, loop, a detachable resistance band 606, a limb strap 604 or combination thereof. For example, a swivel loop or hook can be fixed inside a chamber 106, 112, 206 or on the inner surface or external surface of the weighted training vest configured to attach a detachable resistance band 606. A user can attach the detachable resistance band 606 to a limb strap 604 or other connectors for physical movement. In some instances, a fixed resistance band 600 can be located in a chamber, 106, 112, 206, in more particular the middle of a chamber 106, 112, 206. When the fixed resistance band 600 deposits from the said chamber 106, 112, 206, the ending of the resistance band 600 comprises of a hook 602 or in some instances a loop 134, wherein the hook can attach onto one or more detachable resistance band 606, the detachable resistance band 606 can attach onto two limb straps 604 of the user limbs such as the knees or ankles. This option provides the user to utilize the detachable resistance band 606 for other movements.


Limb Strap

In some embodiments, the weighted training vest allows the user to attach optional articles and accessories such as a limb strap 604 as previously mentioned, to either increase resistance or for other purposes. A resistance band 600 is configured to attach onto a limb strap 604 via a hook on the resistance band 600 for resistance workouts which will be explained in examples.


As previously depicted in FIG. 6A,_a closed configuration of a limb strap 604 comprising of a loop 134 on the external or internal surface. Accordingly, the exterior fabric of the limb strap 604 comprises of the selected polyester, nylon, canvas, Cordura and woven tape or combination thereof wherein a limb strap 604 may comprise of an additional securing element which can be interpreted as a reinforcement selected from a rivet, a layer of PVC coating or combination thereof creating durability along with liquid proof. At least one loop 134 is fixed on the limb strap 604, and at least one loop is removable via a fastener 122 held by at least one layer of Nylon and/or similar thread. The limb strap 604 is attached by a fastener 122, configured to wrap around a limb, allowing the user to adjust the limb strap 604 to the size of their limb. The interior fabric comprises of foam padding for additional cushioning.


Detachable Resistance Bands

A single detachable resistance band 606 as depicted back to FIG. 6C is shown comprising of a hook 602, fabric strap 130, adjustable working strap 128, and a resistance band further comprising of the selected rubber, elastic metal spring or combination thereof, further comprising of a layer of fabric, similar to the resistance band 600 to allow maximum expansion of the detachable resistance bands 20. The rubber elastic metal spring can be manufactured thinner but can also have at least one rubber elastic metal spring for each detachable resistance bands 606. For example, if the user would like to use the detachable resistance bands 606 to expand to a wide range distance, two or more rubber elastics metal spring can be joined together with a variation of density prior, during or subsequently manufacturing. The outer fabric of the rubber elastics metal spring may appear adjacent in regards to the expansion and returning to original length. Additionally, the hook 602 of a detachable resistance band 606 may be configured to attach onto a MOLLE attachment 142 around the external surface of a panel 102, 108 and 202 which is then attached to a limb strap 604 for resistance training, similar to the fixed resistance bands 600.


Assembled Closed Vest Configuration Transition to Disassembled Open Vest Configuration


FIG. 10-12 illustrates an assembled closed vest 100 configuration configured to a disassembled open vest configuration 102. FIG. 10A illustrates a front perspective view of the weighted training vest in the assembled closed configuration 102 wherein FIG. 10B illustrates the front panel flap 1000 detached from two side panels 108 via a fastener 122 wherein a fastener of the front panel flap 1000 comprises of a hook and loop fastener or similar fasteners 122. One side of the hook and loop fastener is configured to the inner surface of the front panel flap 1000 and the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener is configured to the two side panel flaps 1002. In some embodiments, the front panel 202 inner surface comprises of a fastener 122, wherein the fastener is the opposite side of the hook and loop fastener of the front panel flap 1000 configured engage with each other, with or without the side panel flaps 1002. In some embodiments, the two side panel flaps 1002 is shaped as a hexagon, however depending on the manufacturing method, the side panel flaps 1002 can comprise of a thicker, dense shape or a narrow shape and in some instances, the side panel flaps 1002 can be viewed as a waist strap. FIG. 10C illustrates a side panel flap 1002 detached from front panel 102. It is to be understood when the front panel flap 1000 is detached, the base of the layer of the front panel 102 comprises of the opposite side of the hook and loop front panel flap 1000. It is to be understood the side panel flap 1002 comprises of a hook and loop fastener on the external and inner surface, wherein the front panel 102 comprises of a hook and loop fastener, the inner surface of the side panel flap 1002 comprises of the opposite side of the side panel 108 hook and loop fastener to attach and engage with each other. Furthermore, it is to be understood the side panel flaps 1002 are configured as the same functions to attach and detach. To detach the shoulder straps 120, a user can either unbuckle the fasteners 122, unfold the shoulder strap flaps (not shown), wherein the shoulder strap flaps comprises of a hook and loop fastener or buckle and detach the rear panel 202 shoulder strap 120 or in some instances, a less constructed weighted training vest, the user can either detach one of the previous mentioned fasteners, depending on the method of manufacturing. A smaller size user can extend a side panel flap 1002 over one another, followed by folding over and attaching the front panel flap 1000. It is to be understood the shoulder strap flap is an additional securing structure to reinforce the two shoulders straps 120. For example, when both shoulder straps 120 are engaged and attached with each other, a shoulder strap flap is configured to fold over or under a shoulder strap 120. In some instances, the shoulder strap flap can be fixed and secured on the external surface of the rear panel shoulder strap 120 or the front panel shoulder strap 120.


In some embodiments, a loop 134 is fixed on one or more side panel flap 1002 configured for attachments or as a grip, wherein the loop 134 is to be understood as a connection. The loop 134 can comprise of the similar or same loops 134 loops of the shoulder strap 120, however, the loops 134 can be secured around the external surface or the periphery of the side panel flap 1002. The loop 134 can comprise of a layer of fabric or metal, wherein the shape is a D-ring or an oval or as a general receiving hole. In some embodiments, the loop 134 comprises of fabric stitching from the inner surface to the external surface of the side panel flap 1002 secured by a layer of woven tape or other securing elements 117 or mechanisms. In some instances, the loop 134 comprises of metal, wherein a layer of woven tape 208 is secured on top or under. It is to be understood the loops 134 illustrate on FIG. 10B10C can fold on top or under the side panel flap 1002, which the loop connection 134 can be hidden, depending on the view looked upon. In some instances, a loop 134 can be secured from the top of the side panel flap 1002 to the bottom of the side panel 1002 configured for a larger loop or grip. Additionally, this provides the user with additional attachments. For example, a top front panel flap 1000 may not be manufactured, wherein the two side panel flaps 1002 are configured to attach onto the front panel 102, secured by a fastener 122 wherein the fastener 122 may comprise of a hook and loop fastener. Depending on the amount of space in between the two side panel flaps 1002, the loop 134 of the one or more side panel flaps 1002 can be configured as a grip or for attachments.



FIG. 11A illustrates the front perspective view of the disassembled open vest configuration 103, detached from the front panel 102. As previously described, the two side panel flaps 1002 are detached. FIG. 11B illustrates the front perspective view of the disassembled open vest configuration 103 comprising of a top rear panel flap 1100 detached from a bottom rear panel flap 1101. A user can firmly pull the bottom of the rear panel 202, in more particular the bottom of the rear compartment 204 which then allows the user to unfold the bottom rear panel flap 1101, which then the MOLLE attachments 142 are shown when both top rear panel flap 1100 and bottom rear panel flap 1101 are detached. To remove the side panel 108, the user can detach the side panel hook 1004 out of a MOLLE attachment 142. It is to be understood the side panel hook 1004 is known as a connector. The MOLLE attachment 142 and the side panel hook 1004 are configured to securely attach and also, to adjust the size of the user. For example, a user with a smaller torso, a side panel hook 1004 can configure to an inner MOLLE attachment 142 on a side panels 108. This method decreases the length of the side panels extending to the front panel 102 of the weighted training vest as previously described. The fully adjustable weighted training vest allows a user to purchase one vest and share with other users, eliminating purchases for multiple vests.


It is to be understood a panel flap comprises of a fastener 122, wherein the fastener 122 can comprise of zippers, hook and loop fasteners, adjustable working straps comprising of fabric straps, button, zip ties or combination thereof. Also, it is to be understood the side panels 108 can comprise of the side panel flap 1002 on both ends, resulting the similar or same method to adjust the rear panel 202 as the front panel 102 and front panel flap 1000.


Fixed Hydration Feature

Depending on the usage of the weighted training vest, a fixed hydration feature can be manufactured and fixed to a panel 102, 108 and 202 or compartment 104, 110, 114, 118, 204 comprising of a cavity hole, wherein a hydration cap 139 is a twistable cap to the cavity hole. For example, the rear top compartment 118 enclosure can comprise of a layer of water proof coating, wherein the water proof coating is the selected polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane coating (PU) or combination thereof. The enclosure can comprise of a fixed tube to receive the fluids wherein the ending of the tube can be configured in between the layers of fabric of the shoulder strap 120. Prior to manufacturing, a passage way is configured in the enclosure of the rear top compartment 118 configured to pass through one or more layers of the shoulder strap 120 (not shown) comprising of a cavity hole near the distal side of the shoulder strap 120 for easy access. The fixed hydration feature comprises of a cavity hole to attach a mouth piece 138; a distal end of the mouth piece 138 comprises of a fastener 122 to attach and detach wherein the distal end to the mouth piece 138 comprises of an opening further comprising of an auto lock for the user to conveniently remove liquids during movement. In addition, the opening of the rear top compartment 118 can comprise of one or more fasteners 122, further comprising of a water-repellent coating to ensure all fluids are remained in the enclosure.



FIG. 12A illustrates a rear panel 202 comprising of a cavity hole flap 1200 on the external surface of a rear panel 202, however, depending on the manufacturing, the cavity hole flap 1200 may be configured to the inner surface of the rear panel 202. The cavity hole flap 1200 can comprise of a layer of fabric, stitched onto the external or inner surface, wherein the opposite end of the stitching does not comprise of thread stitching configured to open and close. FIG. 12B illustrates the top surface of the cavity hole flap 1200, comprising of a layer of hook and loop fastener. The cavity hole flap 1200 inner layer comprises of one side of a hook and loop fastener 122, wherein opposite side of the hook and loop fastener 122 of the cavity hole flap 1200 is secured to the external surface of the rear panel 202.


In some embodiments, the cavity hole is a layer of fabric, wherein the layer of fabric is the same layer as the external surface of the rear panel 202. In some instances, one or more MOLLE attachments 142 or compartments can be configured and secured on the external surface of the cavity hole flap 1200. During manufacturing, a ring comprising of a dense material selected from metal, copper, steel or combination thereof further comprises of one or more spacing around the inner and outer layer configured for the layer of fabric of the external surface of the rear panel 202, which is then secured by a securing element 117, such as adhesive, a layer of binding, thread stitching or similar securing elements 117. As previously described, the spacing of the cavity hole can comprise of more spacing configured to receive a twistable hydration cap 139. The twistable hydration cap can be viewed as a general hydration pack or bladder. In some embodiments, the hydration cap 139 can comprise of a connector configured to be secured a layer of the cavity hole ring to an ending of the hydration cap 139 configured to decrease the possibility of the hydration cap 139 from depositing. It is to be understood the hydration cap 139 is configured as a securing mechanism 117 comprises of a fastener 122 wherein the fastener may comprise of a hook and loop fastener or zipper to secure the hydration cap 139 onto the ring of the external surface of the rear panel 202. Once the hydration cap 139 is released, the enclosure of the rear panel 202 can be seen. In some embodiments, the rear panel 202 enclosure can comprise of the selected a layer of water-proof coating such as PVC or PU coating, plastic, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyurethane laminate fabric (PUL), waxed cotton, nylon, polyester, laminated cotton/poplin, oilcloth, polyester fleece, wool, vinyl, pleather, PEVA, densely woven synthetic water proof fabrics, and similar branded materials or combination thereof configured to receive one or more liquids. In some instances, the interior of the rear panel 202 comprises of a water proof coating, further comprising of a flexible material such as rubber, plastic or similar materials and fabrics. It is to be understood the previous mentioned rear panel chamber 300 is a separate enclosure, wherein the rear panel chamber 300 is configured to receive articles such as weighted plates. Also, it is to be understood this option allows the rear top compartment 118 to be completely closed. For example, during manufacturing the rear top compartment 118 can be stitched to the inner surface fabric of the rear panel 202. To clean the enclosure, a user can simply rinse the enclosure and empty out the remaining liquids. With respect to the water proof coating, salt water can be received in the enclosure without damage to the enclosure. As previously mentioned, a less construct training vest can comprise of less features compared to the training vest described in the detailed description, as such, a cavity hole flap is not required 1200. Also, referring back to FIGS. 3-4, a hydration cap can be secured underneath the rear panel chamber 300, with or without fixed or removable accessories in the enclosure of the rear panel chamber 300. As previously described, one or more chambers can comprise of an opening on the top, bottom, or sides to receive an articles or fluids.


In some embodiments, a small opening on the external surface or the inner surface of the rear panel 202 configured to receive a tube connector 137 as depicted in FIG. 12C. The tube connector may comprise of the similar or same features as the cavity hole flap 1200 previously described. However, the tube connector 137 can be manufactured fixed or as a removable piece, depending on the method of manufacturing and also retailing. The tube connector is inserted from the external or inner surface, directly to the enclosure to receive one or more liquids. In some instances, a flap to fold over or under at least once to the external or inner surface of the rear panel 202 is configured to cover the connector tube, however, it may not be required to manufacture a flap, depending on the usage and for the users request. It is to be understood a chamber 106, 112, 300 can comprise of a divider, wherein the chamber divider 501 is configured to separate fixed or removable accessories as depicted in FIG. 5B. This allows the user to insert chamber weighted plates, chamber 504 chamber filler weights 506 or articles in a chamber while liquids are in a separate enclosure of a chamber 106, 112, 300. A tube 136 as depicted in FIG. 12D is configured to be inserted to a tube connector 137 on the external or inner surface of a panel to receive liquids. In some instances, the tube connector 137 can comprise of a swivel cap configured to allow the tube 136 to receive and swivel in various angles. It is to be understood one or more stabilizers 124 can be secured to the external or inner surface of a panel or compartment to secure and minimize movement of a tube 136. The tube 136 can be secured to the external surface via a fastener 122 or securing element, wherein the end point of the tube is secured to the stabilizer 124 of the shoulder strap 120. However, with respect to the materials of the tube 137, the tube 137 has the ability to fold underneath a chamber wherein a hole in a chamber to pass through to a shoulder strap 120 then secured to a stabilizer 124.


In other instances, a tube connector 137 is secured to the inner surface of a panel 102, 108, 202, wherein a sleeve comprising a layer of fabric is secured along the periphery of the inner surface of the panel 102, 108, 202 to either pass onto the external surface or the inner surface between the first and second layer of the shoulder strap 120 configured to release from a shoulder strap 120 and secured to the stabilizer 124 (not shown). To prevent possible irritation during physical movement, a layer of padding can overlap the first layer of fabric of the sleeve (not shown). It is to be understood the sleeve is stitched through the first layer of the panel 102, 108, 202 to a second layer.


It is to be understood FIG. 12A-12B illustrates the rear panel 202, however in the cavity hole receiving fluids can be configured to the front panel 102 or in some instances, this feature can comprise on both panels, depending on the request of a user.


This feature allows is economical in which an additional removable hydration pack 135 is not required. It is to be understood the rear top compartment 118 can comprise of dividers, wherein a divider comprises of a layer of fabric stitched to the enclosure (not shown) configured to separate the hydration pack 135 and also to provide optional articles.


In some instances, the enclosure of a panel can comprise of a full opening from to allow fluids to pass through one or more shoulders straps 120. For example, a panel can comprise of a hallow enclosure comprising of minimal layers in between the inner and external fabric allowing fluids to fill the panel and the shoulder strap. This can also provide additional comfort and weight to the weighted training vest.



FIG. 13A-13D illustrates the weighted training vest fully disassembled in the open vest configuration 103 into four panels 102, 108 and 202. When travelling, a user can simply disassemble the weighted training vest and stack a panel 102, 108 and 202 on top or side by side, with or without articles. Also, this feature decreases the cost for shipping as the shoulder strap 120 can be folded, decreasing the length of the shipping box or package.



FIG. 14 illustrates the optional accessories configured with the weighted training vest. FIG. 14A illustrates a chamber weighted plate 504, FIG. 14B illustrates a compartment weighted plate 400, FIG. 14C illustrates a compartment filler weight 402, FIG. 14D illustrates a chamber filler weight 506, FIG. 14E illustrates a gun holster 143, FIG. 14F illustrates a hydration pack 135, FIG. 14G illustrates a limb strap 604 and FIG. 14H illustrates a detachable resistance band 606.



FIG. 15 illustrates a harness 1500, wherein the harness is a less constructed weighted training vest for the similar intended purposes. FIG. 15A illustrates the harness configured with fasteners 122 secured to one another which is considered a closed harness configuration. FIG. 15B illustrates a harness 1500 comprising of resistance bands deposited from one or more compartments (not shown) on the lower waist belt. It is to be understood the resistance bands 600 of the weighted training vest comprises of the similar or same structure of the resistance bands 600 and detachable resistance bands 606 on the harness. In some embodiments, a resistance band 600 is configured to deposit from a compartment on the upper shoulder external surface comprising of a limb strap for resistance training such as push-ups. In some embodiments, a detachable resistance band 606 is attached via a hook 602 to a loop of the waist strap of the harness 1500.


In some embodiments, the external surface of the weighted training vest can comprise of a layer of fixed or removable solar reflective tape (not shown) configured to create visibility during the night.


In some embodiments, a layer of the weighted training vest may comprise of solar panels configured to the external surface of one or more panels 102, 108, 202 of the weighted training vest. It is to be understood the term solar panels pockets may comprise of inserts to attach and detach the solar panel, depending on the usage of the weighted training vest. The external surface of a panel 102, 108, 202 can comprise of the solar panel via a solar panel pocket, wherein the inner surface of the panel can comprise a small lining for a cable to a chamber or compartment to charge phones or any outlet sources. The solar panels can comprise of flexible silicon and a water proof coating to allow a user to allow a liquid on the weighted training vest without damage. With respect to the layers of the panels of the weighted training vest, the solar panels and cords will not cause any damage to the working parts or discomfort to the user. During the day, the weighted training vest can be left out in the sun to store energy. During movement in the night, the weighted training vest can restore the energy. It is to be understood during the flotation usage of the weighted training vest, the solar panels can still remain charged without damage which allows the user to request for assistance in an emergency situation. Prior to manufacturing, a user can request customized pockets around a panel of the weighted training vest to carry specific articles in various sizes. Dividers are provided in between the solar panels configured to separate one another and to prevent damage to another solar panel, similar to a chamber divider 501. It is to be understood the solar panels are not only designed for charging devices but designed and manufactured for other natural energy purposes. This green technology feature reduces carbon footprint (importing and exporting electronic devices), which also encourages a user to stay active in the outdoors.


It is to be understood that the machinery in manufacturing can be configured with the capability to blend fabrics and coating, upon the user's request. The blend of the fabrics and the associated coating can incorporate any of cotton, leather, polyester, synthetic blends, or any other material that would be suitable to be utilized as a weighted training vest. The coating can be selected from one or more coatings that are waterproof, protect from dirt, or a protectant that allows for longevity in quality.


It is to be understood that all references to particular materials and dimensions are provided to detail example embodiments, and may not define the composition and dimensions of all embodiments.

Claims
  • 1. A weighted training vest comprising: one or more panels, wherein the one or more panels is configured to receive one or more fasteners, wherein the one or more panel comprises of an opening;the one or more panels comprising of a cavity hole secured on the external surface; andone or more shoulder straps extending between the first panel and second panel, wherein a shoulder strap of the pair of shoulder straps comprises of one or more layers of padding, wherein the first said layer comprises of foam, the second layer comprises of mesh and the third said layer comprises of one or more fasteners secured on the external surface.
  • 2. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a cavity hole secured to the external surface of a panel, wherein the opening of the cavity hole comprises of a cap, wherein a flap is folded over at least once, configured to secure the cap with minimal to no visibility of the cap.
  • 3. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a cavity hole on the periphery of a panel for inserts.
  • 4. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the enclosure of the one or more panels comprises of a one or more layers of fabric, wherein the one layer of fabric comprises of a waterproof coating.
  • 5. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a side panel compartment, wherein the side panel compartment is configured to receive objects and adjust to a user torso; or wherein the one or more panels comprises of a side panel compartment, wherein the side panel compartment comprises of an adjustable working strap in the enclosure, wherein the adjustable working strap is configured to tighten or loosen the side panels, wherein the side panels are adjusted, the front and rear panels are tightened or loosened.
  • 6. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a side panel, wherein the side panel comprises of a synthetic fibre, wherein the inner surface of the said side panel comprises of a layer of foam, secured by a layer of fabric or stitching or adhesive.
  • 7. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a compartment, wherein the compartment comprises of a fastener to receive an object, wherein the one or more panels is expandable or to constrict the object.
  • 8. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a first layer of foam, wherein the second layer is mesh, wherein the third layer is the external layer of the inner said panel, wherein the first, second and third layers are breathable, wherein an air-cooling gel pockets are secured to the inner surface of the said panel, wherein when minimal to no weight is in the one or more panels, the weighted training vest float.
  • 9. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein one shoulder strap of the pair of shoulder straps comprises of a cavity hole, secured on the external surface.
  • 10. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the shoulder strap comprises of a layer of foam, wherein the second layer is mesh, wherein both said layers are configured to the inner surface of the shoulder strap, wherein in between the first layer and the second layer comprises of a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is configured to release to the external surface of the shoulder strap, wherein the external surface of the shoulder strap comprises of a fastener, wherein the fastener is a hook and loop fastener or buckle to secure and adjust.
  • 11. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein a shoulder strap of the pair of shoulder straps comprises of a flap, wherein the first and second shoulder strap are engaged with each other, the flap is configured to secure a first shoulder strap and a second shoulder strap.
  • 12. The weighted training vest of claim 1, wherein the one or more panels comprises of inserts on the external surface of the inner surface.
  • 13. A weighted training vest comprising: one or more panels, wherein the one or more panels is configured to receive one or more fasteners, wherein the one or more panel comprises of an opening;the one or more panels comprising of a fastener flap, wherein the fastener flap comprises of a connector;the one or more panel comprises of a first layer of fabric on the external surface of the panel, wherein the second layer is the inner layer of the panel, wherein in between the first and second layer comprises of an opening; andthe one or more panels comprises of a loop, wherein the loop is secured to the external surface of the panel.
  • 14. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the one or more side panel flaps comprises of a fastener, wherein the fastener is a hook and loop fastener attached and secured to the front panel; or wherein the one or more side panel flaps comprises of a fastener, wherein the fastener is a hook and loop fastener attached and secured to the front panel, wherein the front panel flap is configured over the two side panels.
  • 15. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the rear panel comprises of a set of flaps, wherein the first flap of the set of flaps detaches from the second flap of the rear flap, wherein when both flaps are not engaged with each other, one or more connectors of a side panel are configured to attach and secure onto a MOLLE attachment of the rear panel.
  • 16. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the one or more panels comprises of an opening, wherein the opening is a chamber comprising of a chamber flap, wherein the chamber flap is secured to the inner surface of the panel, wherein a reinforcement is secured to the enclosure of the opening of the panel to secure one or more weights, wherein the one or more weights is a weighted plate.
  • 17. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the chambers of the one or more panels comprises of one or more sections in the enclosure.
  • 18. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the opening of a panel comprises of a compartment, wherein the compartment is secured to the external surface of the front, rear and two side panels, wherein the one or more compartments is expandable, wherein the opening of the compartment comprises of a fastener.
  • 19. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the one or more panel flaps comprises of a connector secured to the external or inner surface of the panel flap.
  • 20. The weighted training vest of claim 13, wherein the one or more panels comprises of a loop secured on the external surface, wherein the loop is shaped as a D-ring.
