Claims
- 1. A wheel structure for a vehicle comprising:
a rim and a spoke system, wherein the spoke system has at least one profile element for transmitting forces between a hub and the rim; wherein said wheel structure has an axial direction and a circumferential direction; wherein said rim, said spoke system and said hub can be fitted together to an overall wheel structure; wherein said overall wheel structure has a ready-to-travel, fitted state and an ultimate stiffness, said ultimate stiffness being only obtained in such ready-to-travel, fitted state; wherein said overall wheel structure includes at least partly an axle structure of the vehicle; wherein said hub is at least partly part of said axle structure; wherein said at least one profile element is detachably connected to the hub, is formed at least partly from steel, a light metal or a light metal alloy having a uniformly aligned crystal structure each, has a width in the axial direction, and has a thickness in the radial direction; and wherein said width is considerably larger than said thickness.
- 2. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein at least one holding or retaining element is provided for a detachable connection of the at least one profile element to the hub.
- 3. The wheel structure of claim 2, wherein the at least one holding or retaining element comprises a perforated disc.
- 4. The wheel structure of claim 2, wherein the at least one holding or retaining element is welded to the at least one profile element.
- 5. The wheel structure of claim 2, wherein the at least one profile element has sides and wherein the at least one holding or retaining element is fitted between such sides.
- 6. The wheel structure of claim 2, wherein the at least one profile element has sides and wherein the at least one holding or retaining element embraces such sides.
- 7. The wheel structure of claim 2, wherein at least two profile elements are provided adjacent to each other and wherein the at least one holding or retaining element is associated with both such profile elements.
- 8. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein the at least one profile element is welded to the rim.
- 9. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein the at least one profile element has been cut to length from a bar-like solid, half, or hollow profile.
- 10. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein the at least one profile element has been produced from a flat profile section or a flat stamping by rolling, bending and/or forging.
- 11. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein the at least one profile element is considerably u-shaped.
- 12. The wheel structure of claim 11, wherein the considerably u-shaped profile element has a connecting web engaging the hub.
- 13. The wheel structure of claim 11, wherein the considerably u-shaped profile element has two sides and wherein end sections of such sides are bent away from each other.
- 14. The wheel structure of claim 13, wherein the rim has a structured inside and wherein the end sections engage such structured rim inside.
- 15. The wheel structure of claim 1, wherein said hub comprises a removable plate being not part of the axle structure.
