The unclaimed portions include a handlebar and fork assembly, a front light assembly, and a base assembly of the scooter, which are illustrated in FIG. 9 with broken lines in dashed form as part of environmental structure.

  • We claim the ornamental design for a “wheel guard and light assembly for an electric vehicle,” as shown and described.
