Claims
- 52. A method of calculating position of a Global Positioning System (GPS) device remotely from the GPS device, the method comprising:
- 53. The method of claim 52 wherein the wide area pseudo-range model is a real-time, wide area pseudo-range model.
- 54. The method of claim 52 wherein the fractional part of the pseudorange comprises at least a sub-millisecond portion.
- 55. The method of claim 54 wherein the step of calculating the position comprises:
- 56. The method of claim 55 wherein the step of determining the sets of millisecond integers comprises:
- 57. The method of claim 56wherein the step of determining the sets of millisecond integers comprises:
- 58. The method of claim 52 further comprising:
- 59. The method of claim 58 wherein the step of calculating the position comprises:
- 60. The method of claim 59 wherein the step of obtaining the sets of integers comprises:
- 61. The method of claim 60wherein the step of determining the sets of millisecond integers comprises:
- 62. The method of claim 52 wherein the step of calculating the position comprises using a latency error model.
- 63. The method of claim 52 wherein the step of calculating the position comprises:
- 64. The method of claim 52 wherein the step of calculating the position comprises:
- 65. The method of claim 64 wherein the step of updating comprises updating each of the estimated location, the estimated latency and the estimated common mode error.
- 66. A method of calculating position of a Global Positioning System (GPS) device remotely from the GPS device, the method comprising:
- 67. The method of claim 66 further comprising:
- 68. The method of claim 67 wherein the GPS communicates with the server via a cellular base station.
- 69. The method of claim 68 further comprising:
- 70. The method of claim 68 further comprising:
- 71. A method of calculating position of a Global Positioning System (GPS) mobile device remotely therefrom, comprising:
