Claims
- 1. A wide-wheel grinding machine having at least one grinding head mountable on a machine frame (1, 2) by a cross arm (10) and a drive motor (50, 51) for the grinding head which is mounted on one end of the cross arm (10), and having a detachable connection on the other end with respect to the machine frame (1, 2),
characterized in that the machine frame (1, 2) is assembled from mineral casting module and the cross arm (10), where the cross arm (10) is integrated into the machine frame (1, 2) is permanently anchored in the mineral casting module on the motor side and is preferably designed as a metal section.
- 2. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1,
characterized in that the cross arm (10) is designed as a tubular beam and has a non-metal casting as a filling, preferably a mineral casting filling, at least on the drive side to form a mass for the best possible vibration damping effect due to the combination of the machine frame (1, 2) and the cross arm (10).
- 3. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1 or 2,
characterized in that the mineral casting module is designed to be solid locally on the motor side to increase the mass with respect to the other frame parts.
- 4. The wide-wheel grinding machine, according to one of claims 1 through 3,
characterized in that one machine frame bottom part (61, 62) and one machine frame top part (60, 63) are each designed as mirror-image parts.
- 5. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to one of claims 1 through 4,
characterized in that the mineral casting module as a whole comprises the motor side, the operating side and the longitudinal side and forms a one-piece mineral casting body.
- 6. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 5,
characterized in that a frame bottom part (1) and a frame top part (2) each have two mirror-image mineral casting modules.
- 7. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to one of claims 1 through 4,
characterized in that the motor side and the operating side of the machine frame (1, 2) are designed as mineral casting modules and are connected to two longitudinal walls (14, 15), with the longitudinal walls (14, 15) being made of metal or mineral casting.
- 8. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to one of claims 1 through 4,
characterized in that the machine frames (1, 2) are modular in design, and at least one partial module is made of mineral casting in the area of the operating side and/or the motor
- 9. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 8,
characterized in that one module is formed with the operating side and one module is formed with the operating side, each having legs or longitudinal sides (23, 24) of unequal length.
- 10. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claims 1 through 9,
characterized in that the mineral casting modules have a uniform height and can be cast with different lengths and/or different widths.
- 11. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1,
characterized in that the longitudinal side walls (23, 24) of a machine frame (1, 2) are designed as mirror-image mineral castings designed with solid intermediate supports (20, 20′, 20″) in the form of bridge heads with usable hollow spaces to accommodate pipes and cables.
- 12. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1,
characterized in that it has a combination of mineral casting modules and steel machine frames (1, 2).
- 13. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to one of claims 1 through 12,
characterized in that the mineral casting modules are made of resin hardeners and mineral fillers.
- 14. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to one of claims 1 through 13,
characterized in that the mineral casting modules are-designed to be solid, so that they have approximately the same weight as steel frame parts according to the state of the art.
- 15. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1 in particular,
characterized in that it is constructed as a modular design in the manner of a Lego building set, with fixed modular building blocks made of mineral casting, as well as mechanical metal components, in particular modules for guide rolls (39, 40) or supporting rolls as well as the upright adjustable supporting columns (36).
- 16. The wide-wheel grinding machine according to claim 1,
characterized in that a multi-head machine has identical modules according to the number of grinding heads, with the mineral casting modules having a solid cubical shape with mainly flat bordering faces.
