Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wigs, particularly to a novel wig net cap and a sewing process thereof.

BACKGROUND

Wigs are hair made by artificial technology, which are mainly used for decoration. They can be used as headdresses for people with baldness or sparse hair, as well as costumes for costumes, officials or professionals, or as part of fashion decoration.

Wigs can be subdivided according to different classification standards:

Classification by material: wigs can be divided into three types: chemical fiber, real human hair and human hair mixed with chemical fiber. The price of chemical fiber wig is low but the fidelity is poor; real human hair wigs have high fidelity but high price; human hair mixed with chemical fiber combines the advantages of both.

Classification by area: wigs can be divided into wig and wig toppers. The wig covers a large area and is convenient to wear; wig toppers can be customized according to needs, with strong applicability.

Classification by production method: wigs can be divided into lace front wigs and full lace wigs. Lace front wigs are mass-produced, with low price but poor fidelity; full lace wigs are hand-made, with high fidelity but high price.

Classification by usage: wigs can be used for real people, models, doll hair, animation wigs, holiday wigs and so on.

In addition, the history of wigs can be traced back to ancient times. In ancient Chinese, wigs have ancient Chinese names, which refer to artificial simulated hair that does not grow naturally. In modern times, wigs have a wide range of applications, from drama to daily life, and with the continuous progress of materials and production technology, the quality and appearance of wigs are getting closer to real hair.

At present, the existing wig products on the market are often fixed in a spherical shape because their hairnet needs to be combined with wig hair, which can fit the contour of the user's head. However, because the hairnet of wig products is relatively difficult to be fixed with the user's head, it is inconvenient to use in practice.

Therefore, there is a need to propose a new wig net cap and a sewing process thereof to solve the above problems.

As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 3, a novel wig net cap sewing process includes the following steps:

Step 1: a first hairnet 201 and a second hairnet 202 are sewn in combination to form a hairnet 200. Firstly, the original hairnet is arched by a special arching machine to obtain an arc-shaped first hairnet 201 with a height similar to that of the head. The arc-shaped first hairnet 201 is similar to that of the head and conforms to ergonomics, and the net cap fits the scalp better when worn. Then, the arc-shaped first hairnet 201 is folded in half, and a cutting line is drawn by using a special cutting template, the first hairnet 201 is cut along the drawn cutting line, the first hairnet 201 is unfolded to draw a central position marking line at the folded position, and then the first hairnet 201 is folded in half again and cut along the marking line.

The second hairnet 202 can be obtained by laser cutting and clipping, or the second hairnet 202 can be cut by scissors and other tools. The hairline shape can be drawn on the second hairnet 202 by using a hairline drawing template, so that a worker can hook wigs according to the drawn hairline shape. Uniformly drawing the hairline shape by using the hairline drawing template can unify hairline shape standards, so that the whole headgear can be worn more naturally and realistically.

The prefabricated first hairnet 201 and second hairnet 202 are sewn by a sewing machine. The overlapping part of the first hairnet 201 and second hairnet 202 is preferably larger than 1 cm, and the sewing method of double sewing is adopted to reinforce the sewn part to make it more firm. Compared with the previous one-piece hairnet, the hairnet 200 sewn in combination can better fit the curvature of the head, making it more realistic and firm when wearing.

Step 2: a fixing band 402 and a hair band 401 are sewn, the required materials are prefabricated, then assembled and sewn to obtain two fixing bands 402 and two hair bands 401; the redundant threads on the fixing band 402 and the hair band 401 are trimmed after sewing to ensure the neatness and beauty of the product; both the hair band 401 and the fixing band 402 are elastic bands, which have certain flexibility and can better adapt to different head types.

Step 3: a first elastic net 301, a second elastic net 302 and a third elastic net 303 are combined and sewn to form an elastic net 300; the required first elastic net 301, the second elastic net 302 and the third elastic net 303 are obtained by cutting in advance according to the radian of the mold made for the human head circumference, and then the elastic net 300 is obtained by combining and sewing the edges; and the two-pair combinational sewing can be performed by double-seam sewing. The double-seam sewing design inside and outside can effectively avoid the exposure and friction at the stitching and improve the wearing comfort; Suitable sewing methods can be selected according to different needs.

Step 4: the hair bands 401 sewn in advance are sewn and fixed on both sides of an extension net 400; the extension net 400 is prefabricated in advance; when sewing and fixing, the hair bands 401 can be sewn by double sewing, so as to strengthen the sewing position and make it more firm and not easy to loosen.

Step 5: the extension net 400, the fixing band 402 and the elastic net 300 are sewn in combination; when sewing in combination, the extension net 400 is sewn along the back neck edge of the elastic net 300, then the fixing band 402 is sewn onto both ends of the hair band 401 respectively to be at least partially overlapping; when sewing, the partially overlapping positions are strengthened and fixed by double-seam sewing to prevent loosening and falling off during use.

Step 6: the upper central symmetry position is marked with a brush at the upper middle position of the hairnet 200, so as to provide a reference position for the next combined sewing of the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300.

Step 7: the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 are combined for sewing; during sewing, the center point of the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 are aligned and tidied, and then the edges of the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 are aligned and placed such that at least part of the edges of the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 overlap; the overlapping part is preferably larger than 1 cm, so as to prevent improper sewing and facilitate subsequent trimming.

Step 8: the hairnet 200 is trimmed after sewing, and the extra hairnet 200 is trimmed at the sewing place to make it more beautiful and neat.

Step 9: the selvage 501 is sewn along the shape path; sewing is carried out using the selvage 501 along the seam between the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300, the selvage 501 is trimmed off after sewing one side, and then the other side of the selvage 501 is sewn along the shape for selvage sewing; the sewn selvage 501 can enhance the strength of the seam between the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300, and make the net cap more firm and durable.

Step 10: the sewn elastic net 300 is trimmed, i.e., the edges of the elastic net 300 beyond the selvage 501 are trimmed.

Step 11: post-processing: the sewn net cap is fined-finished, the extra burrs and thread ends are trimmed to make the net cap more beautiful, neat and exquisite through post-processing, and finally conduct quality inspection is carried out to see if it is qualified; if it is qualified, the production of the net cap is completed.

In other embodiments (not shown), the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 can also be bonded by a special cloth double-sided adhesive tape, which is specially designed for textile fabrics, has strong adhesion, is not easy to fall off in long-term use, and can provide reliable connection strength; its adhesive effect can ensure the firm and stable combination between the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300, and avoid the problem of looseness or thread disconnection that may occur in the sewing process; compared with the traditional sewing method, double-sided adhesive bonding avoids the contact between hard objects or irregular thread ends produced by stitches and the skin, reduces the stimulation to the scalp, thus improving the comfort when wearing, and can simplify the production process, reduce the sewing steps and improve the production efficiency.

In another embodiment (not shown), the fixing band 402 and the hair band 401 can be combined into a complete hair band, the position where the fixing band 402 and the hair band 401 need to overlap is folded in half during sewing, and the folded position is stitched with the elastic net 300, so that the sewing process is simpler and the processing cost is reduced.

Referring to FIGS. 1-3, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, a novel wig net cap is provided, which includes a net cap substrate 100, on which a hairnet 200, an elastic net 300 and a sewing part 500 are arranged, and the sewing part 500 is located between the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300.

Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the elastic net 300 is made of synthetic fiber materials or natural fiber materials with good elasticity, such as spandex, lycra fiber, elastic nylon and elastic cotton. Spandex is a synthetic fiber with good elasticity, high strength, good air permeability and difficult deformation, and can be blended with most artificial and natural fibers; Lycra fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber with high elasticity, which is easy to stretch and keep its shape, and has high strength, good durability and soft and comfortable feel. Elastic nylon is a synthetic fiber with good elasticity, which is soft, comfortable, wear-resistant, not easy to deform and fold, and also has anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial properties and good hygroscopicity. Stretch cotton has good hand feeling, great flexibility and is not easy to wrinkle; Different materials can be selected according to specific use requirements.

The hairnet 200 can be made of different materials as required, such as antibacterial, skin-friendly and sweat-absorbent fabrics, which can provide a comfortable wearing experience and improve the hygiene and durability of the wig net cap.

Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 are connected by sewing, which ensures the firm combination between the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 and improves the overall stability and durability of the wig net cap. The sewing methods can be double-seam sewing, reinforced sewing and double-seam sewing inside and outside, and the double-seam sewing process can reinforce the connection part by two parallel stitches, thus effectively enhancing the tensile strength of the sewing part 500. The technology of reinforced sewing is especially suitable for the area under large tension. The design of double-seam sewing inside and outside can effectively avoid the exposure and friction at the stitching and improve the wearing comfort. Suitable sewing methods can be selected according to different needs.

The net gap substrate 100 is provided with the clamping members 101, and the number of the clamping members 101 is not specifically limited here. The number of the clamping members 101 is preferably four. The net gap substrate 100 is further provided with wigs, and the clamping members 101 are used for fastening the wig substrate, so that the wigs are more stable when being worn and not easy to fall and loosen.

Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 are both net structures, which have light transmission properties and air permeability properties. The light transmission properties make the wig net gap more natural to wear, and the mesh structure allows a certain amount of light to pass through, which not only reduces the weight of the wig net gap, but also makes the wearer's scalp look more natural under light, avoiding the artificial feeling that may occur during the wig wearing process. Due to the design of the net structure, the hairnet 200 and the elastic net 300 have excellent air permeability. The air can circulate smoothly, avoiding the sultry scalp during wearing. Under the condition of wearing for a long time, the breathability can effectively reduce the sweat caused by the sultry scalp, improve the comfort, and avoid the problems caused by skin discomfort or excessive sweating. The breathability not only contributes to the comfort when wearing, but also keeps the scalp dry, reduces bacterial growth or odor caused by moisture accumulation, and enhances the hygiene of the wig net cap.

Moreover, that wig net cap is design according to the radian of the human head circumference, and the curve characteristic of the human head are fully considered, so that the wig net cap has a high fit and can provide a comfortable wearing experience for the wearer.
