Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present disclosure claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202321139871.2, filed on May 11, 2023 and entitled “Wine Decanter”, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wine decanting vessels, and more particularly, to a wine decanter.

BACKGROUND

A red wine contains a substance called a tannic acid, which is particularly easy to be oxidized, a fragrance of the red wine is better dissipated after the tannic acid is oxidized, so that a taste is better, and a function of a wine decanter is to enable the red wine to make a full contact with an air, so as to improve the taste of the red wine. The wine decanter makes a full use of the principle of fluid engineering: a flow velocity of a fluid is inversely proportional to a pressure borne inside a molecular structure of the fluid. Therefore, by means of accelerating the flow velocity of the red wine to make the red wine fully mixed with the air, an internal pressure of the molecular structure of the red wine is rapidly released, and then the tannic acid in long-term high-pressure storage is quickly oxidized, so that a smooth and fragrant mellow taste of the red wine is retained, and an original value of the red wine is improved. The wine decanter in a prior art usually has two structures, one structure is a decanter bottle, which is a vessel in a shape of a long neck and a large belly, it is necessary to import the red wine into the decanter bottle to increase a contact area between the red wine and the air, so as to achieve a purpose of fully oxidizing the red wine, and a wine decanting duration of 15-30 minutes is usually required if the decanter bottle is used for wine decanting. The other structure is a wine decanting nozzle, which is directly mounted on an opening of a red wine bottle, the wine decanting nozzle is provided with a wine outlet and an air inlet hole, and the air inlet hole penetrates through the wine bottle, wherein when the red wine flows out, a pressure inside the bottle is reduced, and thus needs to be supplemented by an external air, so as to keep a balance between the pressure inside the bottle and an outside. Further, during a process of exporting the red wine, when the red wine flows through the wine decanting nozzle, the red wine is in full contact with the air to be oxidized, thereby achieving a purpose of rapid wine decanting. Compared with the decanter bottle, the wine decanting nozzle is more efficient in wine decanting, and has a shorter duration required for wine decanting, and since there is no need to transfer and pour out the red wine, the operation is more convenient. The wine decanting nozzle in the prior art may only have a wine decanting function, and cannot play a role in sealing a bottle stopper, thus a consumer needs to use two tools to pour out the red wine and store the red wine, such that the operation is relatively tedious, the cost is high, and the storage space of the tools is increased.

The prior art discloses a wine decanter, including a main body and a flow guide nozzle, wherein the main body is rotatably connected with the flow guide nozzle, a lower end of the main body is provided with a flow guide rod, a middle of the flow guide nozzle is provided with a circular truncated cone, a flow guide groove is disposed in the circular truncated cone, the flow guide rod is located in the flow guide groove, the flow guide nozzle includes an upper end portion and a lower end portion, a lower end of the upper end portion is sleeved with a sealing member, the upper end portion is provided with a first outlet at a position corresponding to a side face of the sealing member, an upper end of the upper end portion is clamped into the main body and is rotatably connected in a limiting manner by a screw assembly, a boss is disposed in the main body, a first snap ring is disposed in the boss, an upper end of a screw is located in the first snap ring, and a side face of the boss is provided with a second outlet. The wine decanter not only may be used for pouring wine, but also may be used as a wine stopper to isolate the air, so as to keep the red wine fresh. However, a wine decanting portion and a wine stopper portion of the wine decanter are integrated together, when the wine decanter is used as the wine stopper, it is necessary to rotate the wine decanting portion to close the wine decanting nozzle, which not only increases a storage height of the red wine, but also cannot keep a beautiful appearance when the red wine is stored, and moreover, the wine stopper may be not sealed due to a touch by mistake, resulting in a hidden danger of storage failure.

SUMMARY

An objective of the present disclosure is to overcome a problem that an existing wine decanter, which not only decants wine but also seals a bottle opening, is too high in height, such that it is not easy to place the wine decanter during red wine storage or a wine stopper is not sealed due to a touch by mistake, resulting in storage failure. Provided is a wine decanter, in which a wine decanting portion and a wine stopper portion are separately disposed, wherein when it is necessary to pour out wine, the wine decanting portion is connected with the wine stopper portion, and then the wine stopper portion may be automatically opened, thereby achieving a purpose of rapid wine decanting during a process of pouring out the red wine, and when it is necessary to store the red wine, the wine decanting portion is removed, only the wine stopper portion is retained, and then the wine stopper is automatically closed, thereby realizing a sealed storage of the red wine.

In order to achieve the above objective, the technical solutions utilized in the present disclosure are as follows:

A wine decanter, including a wine decanting nozzle and a bottle stopper, which are detachably connected with each other, wherein the wine decanting nozzle is internally provided with a first wine outlet channel and a first air inlet channel, which communicate with each other, the bottle stopper is internally provided with a second wine outlet channel and a second air inlet channel, which communicate with each other, and the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel; the bottle stopper is provided with a sealing structure, the sealing structure is located in the second wine outlet channel, the wine decanting nozzle is provided with an unlocking structure, the unlocking structure is located in the first wine outlet channel, and the unlocking structure is in plug-in connection with the bottle stopper and is capable of pushing the sealing structure to at least partially move downwards or trigger the sealing structure to open; when the wine decanting nozzle is connected with the bottle stopper, the unlocking structure triggers the sealing structure, so that the second wine outlet channel and the second air inlet channel are opened; and when the wine decanting nozzle is separated from the bottle stopper, the sealing structure closes the second wine outlet channel and the second air inlet channel.

In the above solution, the wine decanting nozzle has a wine decanting function when the red wine is poured out, and the bottle stopper is used for sealing a bottle opening to realize a sealed storage of the red wine; the wine decanting nozzle may be detachably connected with the bottle stopper in snap fit, threaded connection or other manners; the sealing structure is a structure for sealing the bottle stopper, and the unlocking structure is a structure for disabling the sealing structure and opening the second wine outlet channel; the first air inlet channel may enable the wine to make full contact with the air during a process of flowing through the first wine outlet channel, thereby achieving a purpose of rapid wine decanting; the second air inlet channel is used for inflating the bottle during a process of pouring out the wine, so as to maintain an air pressure balance, so that the wine is able to smoothly and continuously flow out. In some embodiments, when the wine decanting nozzle is connected with the bottle stopper, the unlocking structure in the wine decanting nozzle triggers the sealing structure in the bottle stopper, so that the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel; meanwhile, since the first air inlet channel communicates with the first wine outlet channel, and the second air inlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel, when the wine flows through the first wine outlet channel from the second wine outlet channel to flow out, the wine is able to make full contact with the air, thereby achieving a purpose of wine decanting; and after the wine decanting nozzle is separated from the bottle stopper, since an effect of the unlocking structure on the sealing structure is removed, the sealing structure returns to an original position to seal the second wine outlet channel, thereby realizing a sealed storage of the wine. The wine decanting nozzle and bottle stopper, which are separately disposed, do not increase a height of the red wine during sealed storage, thereby saving a storage space and generating no impact on a beautiful appearance, and is also able to avoid a problem of storage failure caused by an opening of the bottle stopper due to a touch by mistake. Within the cognitive range of those skilled in the art, the wine decanter of the present disclosure includes, but is not limited to, wine decanting and storage for red wine, and may also be applied to other products of the same type.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure is disposed at an inlet or an outlet of the second wine outlet channel, and the unlocking structure is disposed at an inlet of the first wine outlet channel. The sealing structure blocks the inlet or outlet of the second wine outlet channel, so that the wine cannot flow out, and meanwhile seals the second air inlet channel to store the wine.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure includes a first sealing member and an elastic element, the bottle stopper is provided with a first mounting step, the elastic element is mounted on the first mounting step and is connected with a bottom of the first sealing member, the first sealing member is located at the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, and the elastic element is capable of driving the first sealing member to abut against the outlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing. When the elastic element is in an original state, the first sealing member abuts against the outlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing; after the wine decanting nozzle is connected with the bottle stopper, the unlocking structure is inserted into the bottle stopper, so as to extrude the first sealing member, and meanwhile to transmit an acting force to the elastic element, the first sealing member moves downwards, and the elastic element is compressed, at this time, there is a certain distance between the first sealing member and the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, so that the second wine outlet channel is opened, the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel accordingly, and thus the wine is able to flow out; and when the wine decanting nozzle is removed from the bottle stopper, since the unlocking structure is removed, the elastic element drives, under the driving of a restoring force, the first sealing member to move upwards, so that the first sealing member abuts against the outlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure includes a second sealing member and an elastic driving assembly, the elastic driving assembly is in plug-in connection with the bottle stopper, a bottom of the elastic driving assembly is further connected with the second sealing member, the second sealing member is located at the inlet of the second wine outlet channel, and the elastic driving assembly is capable of driving the second sealing member to abut against the inlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing. The elastic driving assembly also has an elastic function, but is different from the elastic element. Since the mounting positions of the sealing members are different, a structure of the elastic driving assembly is different from a structure of the elastic element, the second sealing member is mounted at the bottom of the elastic driving assembly, after the wine decanting nozzle is connected with the bottle stopper, the unlocking structure pushes the elastic driving assembly to move downwards, so that there is a certain distance between the second sealing member and the inlet of the second wine outlet channel, therefore the second wine outlet channel is opened, the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel accordingly, and thus the wine is able to flow out; and when the wine decanting nozzle is removed from the bottle stopper, since the unlocking structure is removed, the elastic driving assembly drives, under the driving of a restoring force, the second sealing member to move upwards, so that the second sealing member seals the inlet of the second wine outlet channel.

The driving member may be a straight rod, and the driving member moves downwards under a push of the unlocking structure, so as to drive the second sealing member to move downwards; and the restoring force of the spring enables the driving member to have a tendency to move upwards, therefore after the wine decanting nozzle is removed from the bottle stopper, the second sealing member is able to be driven to move upwards to seal the second wine outlet channel.

In some embodiments, a top of the driving member is provided with a limiting step. The limiting step has two functions, on one hand, the limiting step is used for limiting the spring, so that the spring is prevented from sliding out from the top of the driving member after being sleeved on the driving member; and on the other hand, the limiting step may abut against the outlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing, so as to form a double insurance, that is, the inlet and the outlet of the second wine outlet channel are both sealed.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure includes a first elastic sealing member, the sealing structure is disposed at the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, and a middle of the first elastic sealing member is provided with at least one crack; and when the sealing structure is at an initial position, the at least one crack is in a closed state, so that the outlet of the second wine outlet channel is closed, and when the sealing structure is extruded by the unlocking structure, the at least one crack is opened, so that the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel via the at least one crack. The first elastic sealing member may be a rubber member, which has certain toughness, and when the first elastic sealing member is at the original position, since the crack is relatively small, no air flow or liquid flow channel is formed. However, when the first elastic sealing member is extruded by the unlocking structure, the first elastic sealing member moves downwards at the crack to expand the crack so as to form a notch, so that the first wine outlet channel is able to communicate with the second wine outlet channel.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure includes a second elastic sealing member, the sealing structure is disposed at the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, the second elastic sealing member is of a protruding structure, the second elastic sealing member includes a top and a side wall disposed around the top, and the side wall is provided with at least one communication hole; and when the sealing structure is at an initial position, the top abuts against the outlet of the second wine outlet channel for sealing, and when the sealing structure is extruded by the unlocking structure, the top moves downwards to enable the first wine outlet channel to communicate with the second wine outlet channel via the at least one communication hole. The second elastic sealing member and the first elastic sealing member have different structures, but both may be made of a rubber material, and when the second elastic sealing member is in an original state, the communication hole is blocked by the abutting between the top and the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, so that the sealed storage of the red wine is able to be realized; and when the unlocking structure acts on the sealing structure, the protruding portion of the second elastic sealing member moves downwards, so that a notch is formed at the communication hole, the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel accordingly, and thus the red wine is able to be poured out.

In some embodiments, the sealing structure includes a first magnetic attraction element and a second magnetic attraction element configured to be attracted to the first magnetic attraction element, a through hole is disposed in a middle of the first magnetic attraction element, the first magnetic attraction element is fixedly mounted at a top of the bottle stopper and is located at the outlet of the second wine outlet channel, the bottle stopper is provided with a third mounting step, the second magnetic attraction element abuts against the third mounting step, and when the sealing structure is at an initial position, the second magnetic attraction element is attracted to the first magnetic attraction element, so that the outlet of the second wine outlet channel is closed; and when the sealing structure is extruded by the unlocking structure, the second magnetic attraction element moves downwards to enable the first wine outlet channel to communicate with the second wine outlet channel via the through hole. By a magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic attraction element and the second magnetic attraction element, the outlet of the second wine outlet channel is sealed, thereby realizing the sealed storage of the red wine; and when the unlocking structure pushes the second magnetic attraction element downwards, the second magnetic attraction element is separated from the first magnetic attraction element, an opening of the second wine outlet channel is opened accordingly, and thus the red wine is able to be poured out along the outlet.

The hose is configured to be concave in a natural state or the hose is recessed by using an external force, so that a circulation channel cannot be formed inside the hose, and at this time, a sealing effect is able to be achieved; and after the unlocking structure is inserted into the hose to open the recess, the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel, thereby facilitating an outflow of the red wine.

In some embodiments, the unlocking structure includes a push block, the push block is mounted at a bottom of the wine decanting nozzle, and the push block is provided with a flow channel in a penetrating manner, a top of the flow channel communicates with the first wine outlet channel, and a side of the flow channel communicates with the first air inlet channel; and when the wine decanting nozzle is connected with the bottle stopper, the push block is inserted into the bottle stopper and pushes the sealing structure to move downwards. The push block has three functions, one function is to unlock the sealing structure, and specifically, the push block may be inserted into the sealing structure or pushes a part or all of the sealing structure to move downwards to open the second wine outlet channel; the second function is to form a liquid flow channel, so that the first wine outlet channel communicates with the second wine outlet channel, and thus the red wine flows out; and the third function is to communicate with the first air inlet channel, so that the red wine is in full contact with the oxygen during an outflow process, so as to achieve the purpose of wine decanting.

In some embodiments, the push block is of an annular structure. The push block of the annular structure may increase a stress area, so that an opening process of the sealing structure is more labor-saving, and the middle flow channel is able to be larger, so that the liquid flow rate is able to be increased conveniently.
