Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is based on and claims the benefit of priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2016-0135322 filed on Oct. 18, 2016, with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a wiper and a mascara container including the same, and more particularly, a wiper having a palette part by which a user may appropriately keep some of the cosmetics smeared on the application part and wipe the cosmetics smeared on the application part and a mascara container including the wiper.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

Mascara is a cosmetic which makes eyelashes deep, which has an adhesive cream form, and the mascara coats contents on an applicator formed of a brush or a soft rubber blade to apply the contents to eyelashes.

When the mascara is smeared and used on the applicator such as the brush or the soft blade, if a large amount of mascara liquid comes out on the applicator, the mascara received in the applicator flows down in a process of moving a stem with the applicator. As a result, there is a disadvantage in that the mascara liquid is excessively smeared on the eyelashes and the eyelashes made-up by the mascara are aggregated.

To remove such a disadvantage, there is disclosed a wiper that scrubs the applicator at the bottom of the stem when the stem is pulled out of the container so that an appropriate amount of mascara remains in the applicator.

On the other hand, a conventional mascara is inconvenient because after a brush is withdrawn from a cosmetic container, a mascara liquid smeared on the brush is not appropriately taken out and used, and thus an improvement measure thereof is required.

The above-described technical configuration is a background technique for assisting the understanding of the present invention, and does not mean a conventional technology widely known in the art to which the present invention belongs.
