This invention relates to a wireless negative ion hair care cap, and particularly to a wireless negative ion hair care cap which is put around a human head and used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements for providing multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like.
A hair dryer is usually used for drying hair after hair wash to keep the user from catching a cold or getting chronic headache. When drying hair, one usually has to flip one's hair with one hand and in the meantime hold a hair dryer over one's hair with the other hand. The hair dryer has to be constantly moved to dry the hair evenly. This conventional way of drying hair has the disadvantage of causing hand aches and is a waste of energy resources because it's difficult to evenly distribute hot air all over the user's head. Further, though females tend to be very much concerned about hair care and hair styling, they cannot afford to buy professional blow drying machines due to limited space at home and budgets. Therefore, females frequent hair saloons for hair care and hair styling, which is costly and time-consuming.
It is well-known that human hair contains positive electricity. A negative ion hair dryer may generate negative ion to neutralize positrons and create a protection layer on the hair surface to lock about 10% of hair moisture content. When a negative ion hair dryer is used, negative ions with moisture content are attached to the hair and permeate into the hair, neutralizing the positive electricity on the hair in the meantime. This way of hair drying may keep a high moisture ratio in the hair, making the hair supple, shiny, moisturized and easy to fix. A conventional negative ion hair dryer, however, has a disadvantage of being unable to focus negative ions and therefore may achieve only limited efficacy. In view of this, after laborious research and experiments, the applicant has devised a wireless negative ion hair care cap which is put around a human head and used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements for providing multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like.
It is a primary objective of this invention to provide a wireless negative ion hair care cap which is put around a human head and used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements for providing multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like and for creating a protection layer on the hair surface and thereby reducing the time and cost spent on hair care.
A foregoing wireless negative ion hair care cap comprises an air permeable pliable cover body, at an opening thereof is disposed an elastic band for the wireless negative ion hair care cap to fit tightly around a human head. On an inner periphery of the pliable cover body are disposed a plurality of electric heating elements and at least a negative ion generator, and on an outer periphery of the pliable cover body are disposed a controller having an electric circuit and a holding for a battery to be placed therein. When this invention is in use, the controller is used to set up a time and temperature and to control the electric heating elements and negative ion generator for releasing heat and negative ions. The generated heat and negative ions are transferred to an inside of the pliable cover body and are evenly distributed therein to apply heat to the hair on the human head. Used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements this invention provides multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like.

On an inner periphery of the cover body 1 are disposed a plurality of electric heating elements 3 and at least a negative ion generator 4. In the present embodiment, the electric heating elements 3 are disposed surrounding an interlayer of the cover body 1. The negative ion generator 4 is disposed at a rear on an inner periphery of the cover body 1. In the present embodiment, the electric heating elements 3 are thermostatic ceramic electric heating sheets.
At a front on an outer periphery of the cover body 1 is disposed a controller 5, thereon are disposed a control electric circuit, a display 51 (LED or LCD), and a plurality of setup keys 52. The control electric circuit is connected to the foregoing battery 2, the electric heating elements 3, and the negative ion generator 4 for controlling and setting the operation time and temperature of the electric heating elements 3 and the negative ion generator 4, which are shown on the display 51.
Inside an inner periphery of the cover body 1 is attached (with a Velcro band) a detachable mesh inner cover 6, which may be easily detached for washing.
The foregoing components are combined to form a wireless negative ion hair care cap. When this invention is in use, the pliable cover body 1 of the hair care cap is put around a human head. The controller 5 is used to set up a time and temperature (ranging from 20 to 45 minutes and 37 to 45 degree Celsius). The control circuit of the controller 5 controls the electric heating elements 3 to generate heat and controls the negative ion generator 4 to generate negative ions. The generated heat and negative ions are released in an inside of the pliable cover body 1 and are evenly distributed therein to apply heat to the hair on the human head. Used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements this invention provides multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like and creates a protection layer on the hair surface. As this invention is wireless, the user may move about freely during hair care and may therefore go about their daily business or do house chores in the meantime. For carrying or storing this invention, one may easily fold the pliable cover body 1.
After each use or after some repeated use of this invention, the mesh inner cover 6 attached inside the pliable cover body 1 may be detached for washing to maintain good personal hygiene.

In view of the foregoing, this invention relates to a wireless negative ion hair care cap comprising a cover body made of a pliable material, with a battery, electric heating elements, and a negative ion generator disposed thereon, as well as a controller for controlling the electric heating elements and negative ion generator. This invention may be put around a human head and used in combination with conditioner, hair rollers, and other elements for providing multiple functions of blow drying, hair caring, hair styling, hair fixing, and the like.
