Claims
- 1. A wiring system of indication instrument for vehicle comprising:
a transverse member disposed inside said indicating instrument to extend in a transverse direction of said vehicle; a wire-integrated cluster disposed inside said indication instrument, said cluster including a bundle of main lead wires disposed to extend straight along said transverse member; and at least an electric distributor box, disposed at an end of said transverse member, for distributing electric power and signals transmitted by said wire-integrated cluster.
- 2. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein
said transverse member is formed of resinous material.
- 3. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a reinforcement member disposed inside said indication instrument to extend in the transverse direction of said vehicle, wherein
said transverse member is disposed along said reinforcement member, and said transverse member is provided with a fixing portion.
- 4. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein
said electric distribution box is fixed to said transverse member.
- 5. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein
a pair of said electric distribution boxes is fixed to the left and right ends of said reinforcement member, and each said electric distribution box comprises a side bracket for fixing one end of said reinforcement member to a portion of said vehicle.
- 6. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein said indication instrument is disposed adjacent a partition for separating an engine compartment from a passenger compartment, and
said electric distribution box is provided with a penetrating connector penetrating said partition to project in said engine compartment.
- 7. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
a receptacle connector branching from said wire-integrated cluster and being fixed to said transverse member at a prescribed position, and a device of said indication instrument having a connector fitted and electrically connected to said receptacle connector.
- 8. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein
a plurality of said receptacles connectors is fixed to said transverse member, and at least one of said receptacle connectors has an aligning structure for adjusting the position to receive said connector.
- 9. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein
said transverse member comprises a duct of an air conditioner for conducting air.
- 10. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein
said air conditioner has a pair of side-surface air-outlets, disposed opposite ends of said indication instrument, for blowing air toward the upper half body of a passenger, and said duct conducts air to said side-surface air-outlet.
- 11. The wiring system of indication instrument for a vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein
said duct is provided with a straight gutter-shaped wire-holder, and said wire-integrated cluster is disposed in said gutter-shaped wire-holder.
- 12. A vehicle cockpit module comprising said wiring system of indication instrument claimed in claim 9, wherein
an air-blow unit is integrated into an air conditioner unit, and said air conditioner unit has a heat exchanger of the air supplied from said air-blow unit.
