Abstract
Description

The file of this patent contains at least one drawing/photograph executed in color. Copies of this patent with color drawing(s)/photograph(s) will be provided by the Office upon request and payment of the necessary fee.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a working glove showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top perspective view thereof as shown when the wearer's fist is clenched;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view thereof as shown when the wearer's fist is clenched; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof as shown when the wearer's fist is clenched.

A characteristic feature of the design is a plural-layered structure wherein a portion of the glove showing our new design includes a surface layer of a first color (shown black in the drawings) and a background layer of a second color (yellow in the drawings). When a user who wears the working gloves grips something with his hand or otherwise clenches his hand, finger portions of the working glove are bent such that the color of the background layer is exposed through the openings in the surface layer. As the user continues to clench his hand, the background layer can be observed through the surface layer.

In the drawings, only a right hand glove is shown. In practice, a left hand glove with our new design would also be provided.

The broken-line portions of the drawings are for illustrative purposes only to show the environment in which the claimed design is used. Such broken-line portions form no part of the claimed design.
