Not applicable.

The present disclosure relates to wrappable dreadlocks for men and women who want to change their hairstyle.

BACKGROUND

Hairstyle is a major part of a person's appearance and, in some instances, cultural identity. Dreadlocks are a significant symbol of African identity in the USA but are challenging to make and maintain. Although the history of naturally created dreadlocks dates back to modern-day India's 2,500 BCE Vedic civilization, it has gained popularity in Pan-African culture. Recently, in 2019, New Jersey, Tennessee, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and other states proposed legislation to explicitly ban race-based hair discrimination in workplaces, schools, and other public places. California and New York followed similar legislation in 2020. As a result of these recent political and cultural movements, dreadlocks have become a growing necessity in the marketplace. This disclosure aims to provide the market with the necessary product to meet the market's needs in a cost and time-effective manner.
