Furthermore, the decorations 23 and 123 include the light emitting body, but not limited to be the light emitting body, and may be formed of a metal foil, a shell, lame, a hologram, a lacquer, or the like. Note that a protective film may be formed on the surface of the decorations 23 and 123 of the above-described embodiment in order to prevent deterioration of the surface.
Furthermore, not limited to be the mesh shape as in the decoration 123 according to the second embodiment, a radial shape, a lattice shape, a stripe shape, a geometric shape, or the like may be used as the openings having the pattern shape. Alternatively, the openings may be displayed as stippling by openings having a dot shape. The decoration 123 of the second embodiment includes the light emitting body, but the base itself functions as the decoration by including the openings having the pattern shape, and thus the light emitting body or the like need not be included.
In addition, regarding the display of the stippling by the openings having the dot shape, as in a strap 220 illustrated in
Not limited to the case in which the recessed portion 21a is formed in the central portion of the base 21, and, for example, on the mounting side of the wrist watch 100 in the base 21, there may be a portion in which an opening region reaching from the central portion to the outer periphery of the base 21. According to this, it is possible to easily remove sweat when the wrist watch 100 is worn. Note that since rigidity and durability is higher when the material of the base 21 is formed of the metal material than the resin material, the material of the base 21 may be the metal material. The base 21 is not limited to a shape in which the thickness of the central portion is thinner than the thickness of the outer periphery, and, for example, a structure may be used in which a flat plate is bent and a recessed portion is provided with respect to the outer periphery.
