The present invention relates to food packaging and is more particularly directed to an acrylic stand able to hold plastic bag suitable for containing food products especially baking products which will provide further convenience, ease in handling food products and enhanced users' satisfaction.
The following includes information that may be useful in understanding the present inventions. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art, or relevant, to the presently described. or claimed inventions, or that any publication or document that is specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
Plastic bags have become popular for use to contain various products, including foods. The plastic bags have various potential advantages over paper bags which include the properties of being airtight, watertight, and strong. Also, the plastic is transparent so that its contents can he visually examined. These potential advantages are usually lost, however, because of the absence of a satisfactory and effective handling of food stored in plastic bags. If the closure is difficult to operate, persons will not bother to use it. If it is not easy pouring liquid in and out, this will also cause frustration for the user.
There are multiple patents that have been registered in this domain providing advancements in their own way in dealing and handling of plastic bags. For instance, U.S. Pat. No. 6,652,933 issued to Alpine Packaging Group Inc is a flexible insulated pouch. The flexible insulated pouch includes a pouch having multiple plies of closed cell polypropylene foam The pouch is surrounded by a film hag made of material which acts as a moisture and oxygen barrier. The film bag is joined to one side of the pouch by a heat seal.
Another patent US 2,014,021,207,3 issued to Jordan J. Takas is a reusable food pouch for holding solid, semi-solid and liquid foods. In one embodiment, the food pouch includes first and second flexible sheets joined together to form a container. A spout extends from the container and allows food to exit the spout when opened and prevents the food from exiting the spout when the spout is closed. A spout portion of the container secures the spout to the container. The spout portion extends further than all other portions of the container in a direction parallel to the length of the spout. A zipper portion of the container attaches and separates the flexible sheets along the length of a zipper. The length of the zipper is parallel to the length of the spout.
A plastic film bag bearing patent U.S. Pat. No. 3,986,661 issued to Gerber Products Co is for the aseptic packaging of food products in puree form for storage prior to use in a canning process. The bag is formed from a section cut from a roll of plastic film in the form of a continuous cylinder. The cylindrical section is flattened to form a generally rectangular envelope having two faces bounded by two closed edges and two open edges. One of the open edges is sealed to form a bottom seam and the other is folded over and sealed to one face of the envelope in such a way as to form two side entry pockets of triangular shape extending along the upper edge of the bag toward the vertical centerline. A filling aperture is cut in the upper edge midway between the pockets. During the packaging operation a hanger dowel is inserted into each pocket from the side to support the bag during automatic handling steps including filling, sealing, heat sterilization and cooling. The bag is filled with hot puree through the opening and then hermetically sealed. The hanger dowels are lowered to immerse the sealed bag into a bath of hot water for sterilization of the contents. The bag is then removed from the bath and allowed to cool on the hanger dowels after which it is manually removed and transferred to a storage location.
Within the last decade the advancement in similar field of plastic packaging and advancement has been greatly reshaped. The utility of plastic bags for long term use and the flexibility is always greatly appreciated.
As will be described in greater detail hereinafter, the proposed assembly of the present invention provides an aesthetic Zip Quick made from acrylic which allows the device to flex and bend and allows the bag to attach and be held up in place, with structure being provided to keep the supporting surface long with a wide bottom, so that user can pour in and out the product easily.
None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.
In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.
The primary object of the invention is related to present the acrylic which allows the device to flex and bend which allows the bag to attach and be held up in place
The invention will also provide the consumers a superior utility by providing an enhanced design allowing the Ziploc bag to have a wide opening for pouring food in a convenient manner.
The invention also aims on providing a flexible acrylic assembly where it bends and flexes in order to keep the bag secure.
Another object of the invention is aimed to provide an assembly which is equally useful to store non-food related items.
Another object of the invention is aimed to provide a wider base that helps prevents tipping over.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a Ziploc bag holder assembly that is structurally sound without requiring adhesives or additional fasteners or connectors.
A still further object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight compact assembly.

The present invention as per its preferred embodiments includes a first side (102) manufactured from a first predetermined material and having a first predetermined size and a first predetermined shape. Such first side is developed from acrylic material. The present invention also includes a second side (102) and a second predetermined shape. The first and second sides are joint together by a base (103) developed from acrylic material. The top area (101) of each housing side (102) receives the Ziploc bag (200).
The present invention as per its preferred embodiment offers secure placement of Ziploc bag which will be stable enough to endure through the entire product's use. The present invention tends toward keeping the products secured within the Ziploc bag and provide additional utility to user while pouring material in and out of the main assembly.
The present invention relates to an apparatus in preferred embodiment designed to provide convenience in storing materials in vertical upright position. The assembly is flexible and allows all dimensions of bag to be securely tucked in.
