TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of zippers, particularly to a zipper assembly.

BACKGROUND

A zipper is a fastener that is formed by two tapes and two rows of metal or plastic teeth thereon and is used to connect edges of an opening (such as clothing or pocket mouth). A slider is configured to pull the two rows of teeth into the interlocking position to close the opening and is a connecting piece configured to corporate with the continuously arranged chain teeth to open or close the zipper, which is now widely used in clothing, bags, tents, etc.

Currently, when a zipper assembly is used, if a product surface has several openings, two or more zipper tapes are required to open and close the openings, with the zippers being unrelated to each other. Multiple zipper tapes need to be sewn repeatedly on multiple openings, making production cumbersome. While if the product is designed with a single opening, it can hardly meet the requirements of taking and putting items inside. Moreover, after the existing zipper is closed, the zipper puller and slider are prone to coming off from the zipper tape end.

In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a zipper assembly to solve the existing problems that multiple openings require multiple zipper tapes, leading to cumbersome production, and that the zipper puller and slider are located at the zipper tape end after closing, likely to coming off from the zipper tape end.

To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a zipper assembly, including at least three zipper tapes. Zipper teeth are provided on the sides of the zipper tapes. Each zipper tape includes a first half of the zipper tape and a second half of the zipper tape. Among the at least three zipper tapes, the first half of one zipper tape and the second half of the one zipper tape are respectively arranged corresponding to the second half of another zipper tape adjacent to the one zipper tape and the first half of the rest one zipper tape adjacent to the one zipper tape. Zipper puller and slider are slidably installed on the opposite sides of the zipper teeth on the first half and the second half of each zipper tape.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three to eight.

Further, the at least three zipper tapes are located in the same plane or curved surface. Multiple zipper openings are provided on the same side of an item.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three. Each of the zipper tapes is bent to form the first half and the second half of the zipper tape, the three zipper tapes are located on the same plane, and adjacent zipper teeth of the three zipper tapes cooperate with each other to form a “Y”-shaped structure or an inverted “Y”-shaped structure.

The three zipper tapes divide the plane where they are located into three parts. A user can open and close the surface of a product through three zipper pullers and sliders as required. Moreover, after one zipper puller and slider is pulled to open, the other two zipper pullers and sliders still maintain closed, the surface of the product will not completely open.

The inverted “Y”-shaped structure can be applied to zippered jumpsuits. The branches formed by two lower zippers just correspond to the lower limbs of the human body, making it convenient for a user to wear.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three. Among the three zipper tapes, two of the zipper tapes are vertically bent to form the first half and the second half of respective zipper tapes, and the other zipper tape is arranged straight. Adjacent zipper teeth of the three zipper tapes cooperate with each other to form a “T”-shaped structure.

Further, among the at least three zipper tapes, the plane or curved surface where all the zipper tapes are located forms a three-dimensional structure.

The three-dimensional structure may be a cone, a cylinder, a semi-cylinder, a hemispheroid, or similar structures. The zipper assembly of the present invention can be applied to factory-produced luggage of various shapes.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three. Each of the zipper tapes is bent to form the first half and the second half of the zipper tape. Three planes where the three zipper tapes are respectively located intersect at the same point. The three zipper tapes are combined into a three-dimensional structure, which can be used in three-dimensional luggage.

Further, the zipper tape is vertically bent to form the first half and the second half of the zipper tape. The three zipper tapes are combined to form three perpendicular sides of a cuboid, and the end points where the three zipper pullers and sliders are located to close are corners of the cuboid.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three. Among the three zipper tapes, two of the zipper tapes are bent to form the first half and the second half of respective zipper tapes, and the plane where the two zipper tapes are located is an arc surface. The rest one zipper tape is bent in a plane to form the first half and the second half of the zipper tape. The arc surface where the two zipper tapes are located is perpendicular to the plane where the rest one zipper tape is located.

Further, the number of the zipper tapes is three. Among the three zipper tapes, one of the zipper tapes is bent to form the first half and the second half of the zipper tape, and the plane where the one zipper tape is located is an arc surface. The other two zipper tapes are bent in the same plane to form the first half and the second half of respective zipper tapes.
