The present disclosure relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to a soft rubber zipper.
The traditional zipper is generally composed of two sets of zipper tapes and a zipper puller. The zipper tapes are generally fixedly provided with zipper teeth in rows on the sides of fabric, the two sets of zipper tapes penetrate through the zipper puller at the same time, and the two rows of zipper teeth are occluded or separated at the same time via the zipper puller. As a result of the large number, the production cost of zipper teeth and the process cost of combining the zipper teeth on fabric are both high. In this case, the applicant is committed to researching a zipper to further reduce the manufacturing cost.
The present disclosure aims to further reduce the production cost of zippers.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is as follows:
A zipper, including two zipper tapes made of soft rubber and a zipper puller, wherein the two zipper tapes are symmetrical to each other in center, and the two zipper tapes are fastened or separated at the same time via the zipper puller;
each zipper tape includes a fixing seat, a side barrier strip and a barbed strip, wherein the side barrier strip and the barbed strip are integrally formed on one side of the fixing seat, a slot is formed between the side barrier strip and the barbed strip, and the barbed strip on one set of zipper tape fits into the slot on the other set of zipper tape.
Further, the end of the barbed strip away from the fixing seat is provided with barbs, the slot is provided with barb grooves, and the barbs on one set of zipper tape fit into the barb grooves on the other set of zipper tape.
Further, the inner side surface of the barbs is an inclined surface.
Further, each zipper tape also includes a connecting portion, which is fixedly arranged at an end of the fixing seat away from the barbed strip.
Further, the end of the side barrier strip away from the fixing seat is smoothed with a rounded corner structure.
Further, a top stop is also included, and is fixed at the ends of the two sets of zipper tapes at the same time.
Further, a bottom stop is also included, the bottom stop is annular and located at the ends of the two sets of zipper tapes away from the top stop, and two ends of the bottom stop are fixedly connected to the two sets of zipper tapes, respectively.
Further, a material saving hole is opened in the bottom stop.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are: according to the present disclosure, two zipper tapes are arranged symmetrically to each other in center, so that when the two zipper tapes are fastened to each other, the barbed strips on one set of zipper tape are fastened in the slots on the other set of zipper tape, and tight fastening of two zipper tapes can be achieved. Compared with the zipper teeth used in the traditional technology, the barbed strip structure adopted in the present disclosure is simpler, so that the production cost is greatly reduced. On the other hand, since the two zipper tapes are made of soft rubber, the entire zipper tapes can be produced by one-piece injection molding, which greatly reduces the production process compared with the traditional technology, thereby further reducing the production cost of zippers.

Each zipper tape 1 includes a fixing seat 11, a side barrier strip 12, a barbed strip 13 and a connecting portion 14, wherein the side barrier strip 12 and the barbed strip 13 are integrally formed on one side of the fixing seat 11, and a slot 15 is formed between the side barrier strip 12 and the barbed strip 13.
The barbed strip 13 on one set of zipper tape 1 fits into the slot 15 on the other set of zipper tape 1, with the specific structure being: an end of the barbed strip 13 away from the fixing seat 11 is provided with barbs 131, the slot 15 is provided with barb grooves 151, and the barbs 131 on one set of zipper tape 1 fit into the barb grooves 151 on the other set of zipper tape 1; when the two zipper tapes 1 are fastened to each other, the barbed strip 13 on one set of zipper tape 1 is inserted into the slot 15 on the other set of zipper tape 1, and the barbs 131 on one set of zipper tape 1 are hooked at the barb grooves 151, so that the two sets of zipper tapes 1 are tightly fastened together.

The end of the side barrier strip away from the fixing seat 11 is smoothed with a rounded corner structure. By means of the design of the rounded corner structure, the barbed strip 13 is inserted into the slot 15 on the other set of zipper tape 1 more smoothly.
A connecting portion 14 is fixedly arranged at the end of the fixing seat 11 away from the barbed strip 13. The connecting portion 14 is designed for connecting same with other components.
A top stop 3 is fixed at the ends of the two sets of zipper tapes 1 at the same time. The top stop 3 fixedly arranges the ends of the two sets of zipper tapes 1 together.
A bottom stop 4 is annular and located at the ends of the two sets of zipper tapes 1 away from the top stop 3, and two ends of the bottom stop 4 are fixedly connected to the two sets of zipper tapes 1, respectively. After the zipper puller 2 fastens the two sets of zipper tapes 1 together, the zipper puller 2 just slides to the bottom stop 4 at the time.
A material saving hole is opened in the bottom stop 4. The function of the material saving hole is to save material and reduce weight, and at the same time make the bottom stop 4 more flexible, which is convenient for the zipper puller 2 to slide over.
The working principle of the present disclosure is: when the two sets of zipper tapes 1 need to be closed together, the zipper puller 2 is pulled from the top stop 3 to the bottom stop 4, and the two sets of zipper tapes 1 are fastened to each other under the action of the zipper puller 2. At this time, the barbed strip 13 on one set of zipper tape 1 is inserted into the slot 15 on the other set of zipper tape 1, and the barbs 131 on one set of zipper tape 1 are hooked in the barb grooves 151, so that the two sets of zipper tapes 1 are tightly fastened together. When the two sets of zipper tapes 1 need to be separated from each other, the zipper puller 2 is pulled from the bottom stop 4 to the top stop 3, and the barbs 131 are pulled out from the barb grooves under the driving of the zipper puller 2, so that the two sets of zipper tapes 1 are separated from each other under the action of the zipper puller 2.
