Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula (II) in whichA represents hydrogen, in each case optionally halogeno-substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl, polyalkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl, cycloalkyl, which is optionally interrupted by at least one heteroatom and optionally substituted, or represents in each case optionally halogen-, alkyl-, halogenoalkyl-, alkoxy- or nitro-substituted aryl, arylalkyl or hetaryl, B represents alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, or A and B together with the carbon atom to which they are attached represent a saturated or unsaturated, unsubstituted or substituted ring which is optionally interrupted by at least one heteroatom, X represents alkyl or alkoxy, Y represents hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy, Z represents hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy, with the proviso that at least one of Y and Z represents alkoxy if X represents alkyl, and R8 represents alkyl.
- 2. A process for the preparation of an acyl-amino acid esters of the formula (II) as claimed in claim 1, wherein an amino acid derivative of the formula (XIV) in which R12′ represents hydrogen (XIVa) or alkyl (XIVb) and A and B have the meaning given in claim 1, is acylated with a phenylacetyl halide of the formula (XV) in which X, Y, and Z have the meaning given in claim 1, Hal represents chlorine or bromine, or wherein an acylamino acid of the formula (IIa) in which A, B, X, Y and Z have the meaning given above and R12 represents hydrogen is esterified or wherein an aminonitrile of the formula (XVI) in which A and B have the meaning given above is reacted with phenylacetyl halide of the formula (XV) in which X, Y and Z have the meaning given above and Hal represents chlorine or bromine, to give a compound of the formula (XVII) in which A, B, X, Y and Z have the meaning given above and this compound is subsequently subjected to alcoholysis in the presence of sulfuric acid.
