- 6. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said indexing device comprises a rotary carousel.
- 7. The apparatus of claim 4 wherein said second molds are serially connected to said first mold.
- 8. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein each of said first and second molds possesses a temperature control means.
- 9. The apparatus of claim 1 including a parison die defining the outer parison surface, with said at least one core defining the inner parison surface and means for introducing moldable plastic therein.
- 10. The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said introducing means comprises a pressure molding apparatus.
- 11. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said parison providing means comprises heating means adapted to heat a parison placed thereinto to deformation temperature.
- 12. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said heating die contains a controllable heating means.
- 13. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said heating die is engageable with said core and in lateral relation to said dispenser.
- 14. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said parison providing means comprises a dispenser containing a quantity of previously formed parisons which is engageable with at least one of said cores.
- 15. The apparatus of claim 14 wherein said dispenser is engageable with at least two of said cores, and said parison providing means further comprises a parison die engageable with said cores and in lateral relation to said dispenser and said cores are reciprocable therebetween.
- 16. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said at least one core includes means for the temperature control thereof.
- 17. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said parison providing means comprises a dispenser containing a quantity of pre-formed parisons or parison liners, a parison die or heating die in juxtaposition to said core, and means for conveying said parison or liner from said dispenser to said core.
- 18. The apparatus of claim 17 wherein said conveying means comprises a carrier assembly juxtaposed with said dispenser and reciprocable into alignment between said core and said parison die.
- 19. The apparatus of claim 18 wherein said carrier assembly comprises a receptacle which is separable into at least two sections and means for separating and uniting said sections.
- 20. The apparatus of claim 19 wherein said separating and uniting means act in response to the movement of said core.
- 21. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein means for expanding said parison on said core comprises fluid under pressure carried through a passageway and directed against the inner surface of the parison.
- 22. The apparatus of claim 21 wherein said passageway is contained within said core.
- 23. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least one of said first and second molds include means for applying a vacuum suction to said mold cavity.
- 24. The apparatus of claim 1 further including a transfer device comprising at least one removal means adapted to retain said formed objects upon release from said second mold.
- 25. The apparatus of claim 24 comprising a plurality of removal fingers carried on indexing means for movement in and out of communication with said second mold.
- 26. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least two sets of first molds, expansion means, second molds and transfer means are provided for cooperation with said at least one core.
- 27. The apparatus of claim 26 wherein said sets are arranged on different sides of said core.
- 28. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said means for bringing together and separating said core and first mold includes means operatively connected to said first mold for moving the mold into and out of alignment with the core.
- 29. The apparatus of claim 1 including means operatively connected to said second mold for moving the second mold into and out of a hollow object receiving position.
- 30. The apparatus of claim 29 wherein said means for moving said second mold moves same into and out of alignment with said at least one core.
- 31. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said second mold has a configuration corresponding to the shape of said hollow object.
- 32. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said first mold has a configuration corresponding to the final desired shape of said hollow object for expansion of said parison into said final desired shape, and wherein said second mold has a configuration corresponding to the final desired shape of said hollow object for adjusting the temperature of said final desired shape.
- 33. The apparatus of claim 1 including means operatively connected to said at least one core for moving said at least one core into and out of engagement with said first mold and said second mold.
- 34. The apparatus of claim 1 including a neck mold associated with said at least one core for retaining the parison thereon.
