Claims
- 1. A test-mode latching circuit for re-enabling testing of an integrated circuit, comprising:a. a re-enable circuit including a re-enable circuit input responsive to a re-enable signal of a first threshold exceeding operationally specified signal levels of said re-enable circuit input and causing said test-mode latching circuit to transition from a disable state to a latched enable state; and b. a disable circuit including a disable circuit input responsive to a disable signal exceeding said first threshold and causing said test-mode latching circuit to transition from an enabled state to a latched disable state.
- 2. The test-mode latching circuit, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a detection circuit coupled to said re-enable signal, said detection circuit responsive to a detection circuit input exceeding said first threshold.
- 3. The test-mode latching circuit, as recited in claim 1, wherein said re-enable circuit further comprises an anti-fuse capacitor shorting in response to said re-enable circuit input exceeding said first threshold thereby causing said test-mode latching circuit to transition to said enabled state.
- 4. The test-mode latching circuit, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a control circuit coupled to said re-enable circuit and said disable circuit, said control circuit maintaining status of either said enabled or disabled state of said test-mode latching circuit.
- 5. The test-mode latching circuit, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a timing circuit for receiving a test mode identification and a latch for latching said test mode identification to said integrated circuit upon said test-mode latching circuit transitioning from said disable state to said enable state.
