Claims
- 1. Apparatus for forming slide surfaces on slide rails on a track for electromagnetically levitated vehicles with the track formed as an elongated girder-like beam constructed of at least one of steel, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete with the beam having an upper part with an upper surface and a base extending downwardly from the upper part, the upper part being cantilevered laterally outwardly from the base and forming longitudinally extending cantilevered parts, the slide rails located on and extending upwardly from the upper surface of the cantilevered parts and the slide rails being formed with a height oversize part extending upwardly in a height direction from the upper surface of the cantilevered parts, support stators located on an underside of the cantilevered parts below the slide rails with the support stators having a lower surface, comprising a machine frame movably supported on the upper surface of the upper part, said machine frame being adjustable in the height direction of the slide rails, means mounted on said machine frame for removing the height oversize part of the slide rails and then for forming a sliding surface on the surface of said side rails, said machine frame arranged to extend downwardly from the upper surface of the upper part and to be adjustable for contacting the lower surface of the support stators with the lower surface forming a reference plane for said means in removing the height oversize parts, and means on said machine frame for controlling the height adjustment as a function of contact pressure force on the lower surface of said support stators.
- 2. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 1, wherein said machine frame is self-propelled and is movable at a speed corresponding to the progress of said means for removing the height oversize part of said slide rails.
- 3. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 1, wherein rolling means are located on said machine frame and are supported on said machine frame by piston-cylinder units.
- 4. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 3, wherein at least one driving member is connected to each of said rolling means of said machine frame.
- 5. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 3, wherein said machine frame comprises a truss-like structure including longitudinal extending beams, transverse beams, vertical supports, and stiffener means, and said truss-like structure is supported on said rolling means and on the lower surface of the support stators and said truss-like structure comprises longitudinally extending truss-like walls located laterally outwardly from said cantilevered parts of said track.
- 6. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 5, wherein said rolling means comprises sets of wheels with said wheels guided on the slide rails.
- 7. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 6, wherein sets of wheels are located opposite one another in the transverse direction with a cross-tie extending between said sets of wheels, each said set of wheels includes a rocker extending between said wheels, and one said piston-cylinder unit located at each of the opposite ends of said cross-tie.
- 8. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 7, wherein a probing device is located on each of truss-like side walls of said machine frame and said probing devices are arranged to contact the lower surface of said support stators.
- 9. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 8, wherein a force measuring device is provided at said probing devices for regulating the contact pressure against the lower surface of the support stators.
- 10. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 9, wherein said probing devices comprise a rolling member for movement in the longitudinal direction of the track along the lower surface of said support stators for maintaining frictional engagement produced by said piston-cylinder units located on the support frame.
- 11. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 10, wherein said rolling members comprise one of a belt or crawler rolling member guided around guidance rollers with said rolling members rolling on the lower surface of the support stators.
- 12. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 7, wherein each said rolling member comprises two roller belts spaced in the longitudinal direction of the track and supported on a rocker device.
- 13. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 12, wherein said rocker device for said rolling member includes a bearing bolt with a force sensing bolt acting as a load-sensing device and located in said bearing bolt.
- 14. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 13, wherein said rolling means is supported on said slide rails and said rolling members are supported on the lower surface of said support stators are arranged in transverse planes of said machine frame located close to one another.
- 15. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 14, wherein said guidance rollers are mounted on said truss-like side walls of said machine frame and are arranged to contact a side guidance rail of said track.
- 16. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 15, wherein said side guidance rollers are provided in pairs and can be displaced against the side guidance rails.
- 17. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 16, wherein said side guidance rollers are adjustable against stops at least along one side wall.
- 18. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 1, wherein said means for removing the height oversize part comprises a cutting device arranged to cut through the slide rails along a plane parallel to the lower surface of the support stators, a grinding device for grinding the surfaces of said slide rail cut by the cutting device, and a finishing device for finishing the slide surfaces of the slide rails ground by the grinding device.
- 19. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 18, wherein said cutting device comprises for each slide rail two cutting members with a cutter disk for each cutting member, each cutter disk having a vertically extending drive shaft and each of said cutting members for one said slide rail being located on opposite sides of the slide rail and being offset relative to one another in the long direction of the track.
- 20. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 19, wherein said cutting members are pivotally mounted on said machine frame for pivotal movement in the transverse direction of the track from the slide rails.
- 21. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 20, wherein said spacer plate comprises a separation plate connected to a chute for the lateral ejection of broken portions of the height oversize part of said slide rails.
- 22. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 18, including a milling device for forming transversely extending slots in the slide surfaces of the slide rails and located downstream from the finishing device.
- 23. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 22, wherein the milling device includes means for rounding off transversely extending edges of the milled slots and transversely extending edges of said slide rails.
- 24. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 23, wherein said machine frame comprises a base frame section mounting at least said grinding and finishing devices, said base frame having a first end and a second end, a front attachment frame detachably connected with the first end of said base frame and said front attachment frame mounting at least said cutting device.
- 25. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 24, wherein said front attachment frame has a first end and a second end with the second end thereof supported on the first end of said base frame.
- 26. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 25, wherein a rear attachment frame is attached to the second end of said base frame and includes means for controlling said devices on said front attachment frame and said base frame and for the removal of waste from said devices.
- 27. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 26, wherein said rear attachment frame comprises a trailer having a first end and a second end with the first end of said trailer supported on the second end of said base frame.
- 28. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 27, wherein said devices mounted on said front attachment frame and said base frame are displaceable in the height direction of the track and are adjustable.
- 29. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 18, including a device for breaking the cut height oversize part of said slide rails and located downstream from said cutting device.
- 30. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 29, wherein said breaking device is displaceably supported on the machine frame for movement in the longitudinal direction of the machine frame.
- 31. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 30, wherein said breaking device is connected to said machine frame by a piston-cylinder unit.
- 32. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 30, wherein said breaking device comprises at least one pair of clamping cylinders, each located on an opposite side of the slide rail and acting transversely of the longitudinal direction of the track and at least one breaking cylinder spaced from said clamping cylinders and acting in the transverse direction of the slide rails.
- 33. Apparatus, as set forth in claim 30, wherein a flat spacer plate is located for insertion into the cut formed by said cutting device and located in the region of said breaking device and said spacer plate has a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of said cutter disks.
- 34. Facility for forming slide surfaces on slide rails on a track for electromagnetically levitated vehicles with the track formed as an elongated girder-like beam constructed of at least one of steel, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete with the beam forming the track having an upper part with an upper surface and a base extending downwardly from the upper part, the upper surface being cantilevered laterally outwardly from the base and forming cantilevered parts, the slide rails located on and extending upwardly from the upper surface of the cantilevered parts and the slide rails being initially formed with a height oversize part extending upwardly from the cantilevered sections, support stators located on the underside of the cantilevered part below the slide rails with the support stators having a lower surface, comprising first means forming an elongated first support station for a section of track having a first end and a second end spaced apart in the elongated direction, second means forming an elongated second support station extending in alignment with an outwardly from the first end of said first support station, third means forming an elongated third support station extending in alignment with and outwardly from the second end of said first support station, a machine frame with means thereon for removing the height oversize part of the slide rails on said section of track positionable in and movable between said first, second and third support stations, support means for placing and removing a section of track onto and from said first support station and for transporting the section of track to and from the first support station, said machine frame including means for moving said machine frame from said second support station to said first support station and then to said third support station and then for returning the machine frame over the first support station to the second support station so that in such movement over the first support station a number of working operations can be effected on the slide rails from the machine frame for removing the height oversize part and then for forming a sliding surface on the slide rails.
- 35. Facility, as set forth in claim 34, wherein said support means comprises a gantry crane for transporting a girder-like beam track into and out of said first support station and said gantry crane spans the elongated direction of said first support station.
- 36. Facility, as set forth in claim 34, wherein said second means and said third means are arranged to be adjustable in the elongated direction of said first means and in the transverse direction of said first means and also in the height direction of the height oversize part.
- 37. Facility, as set forth in claim 36, wherein a girder-like beam forming said track in the finished condition with the height oversize part removed and the sliding surfaces finished can be used as said second means and third means.
- 38. Facility, as set forth in claim 34, wherein said second means is displaceable in the elongated direction of said first support station.
- 39. Facility, as set forth in claim 38, wherein said third means is displaceable in the elongated direction of said first means whereby said second support station and said third support station can be displaced relative to said first support station for adapting to different lengths of the girder-like beam forming the track.
