A device according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that said piston means comprises said working piston disposed within a cylinder having a plurality of connection openings, said working piston having an annular groove which is enclosed by said cylinder which guides said working piston, said annular groove being disposed in said supply line and having a plurality of limitation edges and wherein said apportioning cross-section in said supply line is adapted to be controlled by one of said limitation edges which is operatively associated with said connection openings of said supply line in the wall of said cylinder.
- 5. A device according to claim 4 characterized by the fact that a second flowthrough cross-section which is constant and cannot be shut off leads from said annular groove to said supply line which is located downstream of said apportioning cross-section.
- 6. A device according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that said second flowthrough cross-section is of the same size and has the same physical properties as the flowthrough cross-section in said return line and that the surface ratio of the effective surface of the membranes of the three-membrane valve is arranged so that a pressure contrast of equal value is maintained at said second flowthrough cross-section and at said flowthrough cross-section in said return line.
- 7. A device according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said pressure comparison device forms a second differential pressure valve which controls the adjustment device.
- 8. A device according to claim 7 characterized by the fact that said supply line is connected upstream of said piston means with a first pressure chamber of said differential pressure valve, a membrane for separating the second pressure chamber from said first pressure chamber, said second pressure chamber being connected with said return line downstream of the piston means, and said piston means being adjustable by an adjustment of said membrane.
- 9. A device according to claim 8 including an outlet line having an outlet opening connected to said first pressure chamber, said outlet opening being controlled by said membrane, a working piston connected with said piston means, an outlet throttle, a working chamber, said outlet line being connected upstream of said outlet throttle with said working chamber, said working chamber being defined by the front face of said working piston and recoil means operatively associated with said working piston.
