Claims
- 1. A deformable tube comprising a foil material which forms an end-face wall and two lateral walls of the tube, wherein the lateral walls are connected to one another along two lateral edge sections and a shoulder piece comprising a closable outlet connection piece and a fastening connection piece which is fastened on the end-face wall, the improvement wherein the fastening connection piece has a collar and the outlet connection piece has at least two tabs protruding from the lateral walls for protecting the foil material from damage during opening of the tube.
- 2. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein said collar extends toward a middle region of each lateral wall.
- 3. A deformable tube according to claim 2, wherein said middle region of each lateral wall has a width which is at least 20% that of the lateral wall between the lateral edge sections.
- 4. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the collar has tapered ribs.
- 5. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the collar is annular.
- 6. A deformable tube according to claim 5, wherein the collar has tapered ribs.
- 7. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the protecting tabs fit on a middle region of the lateral walls.
- 8. A deformable tube according to claim 7, wherein said middle region of each lateral wall has a width which is at least 20% that of the lateral wall between the lateral edge sections.
- 9. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the outlet connection piece comprises a closure top having a plane end-face surface for placing the deformable tube upright.
- 10. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the fastening connection piece has at least one shoulder support bearing protective tabs.
- 11. A deformable tube according to claim 1, wherein the protecting tabs are more flexible than the remaining part of the fastening connection piece.
- 12. A method for making a deformable container containing a pasty product, said container having two walls and an end fitting having an outlet, said method comprising steps offolding a foil or composite material along one axis; connecting lateral edges of the material to one another to form a tube; punching an outlet opening at one end of the tube; inserting a fastening connection piece having a neck portion into the other end of the tube, and pushing the neck portion piece out through the opening; placing an outlet connection piece over the end of the tube and over the neck portion of the fastening connection piece, so that a portion of the tube is placed between the fastening connection piece and the outlet connection piece; applying a sealing cap to the outlet connection piece; introducing pasty material into the open opposite end of the container; and sealing said opposite end.
- 13. The method of claim 12, comprising a further step of transferring the container to a packaging belt for final packaging of the container.
- 14. The method of claim 12, wherein the fastening connection piece has a collar, and the collar is attached to the inner side of the portion placed between the fastening connection piece and the outlet connection piece.
- 15. The method of claim 12, wherein the sealing cap is applied to the outlet connection piece prior to the placing of the outlet connection piece over the neck portion of the fastening connection piece.
- 16. The method of claim 12, wherein the material is provided in web form, and is drawn off of a roll, then pulled over a wedge so as to fold the material into two equal halves along a longitudinal axis of the web.
- 17. The method of claim 12, comprising further steps ofdividing the material into sections each corresponding to an individual container, incrementally feeding the material, folding the material, and punching an outlet opening from the material.
- 18. The method of claim 12, comprising a further step of separating the tubing body from the remaining part of the web, prior to filling with the pasty product.
- 19. The method of claim 12, comprising a further step of folding inwardly the corners of the end-face side part of the tubing body.
- 20. The method of claim 12, wherein a portion of the tube is compressed between the fastening connection piece and the outlet connection piece.
- 21. A container made by the method of claim 12, said container comprising two walls which can be pressed together and an end-face side comprising an outlet, wherein said walls are tightly connected to one another along two lateral edges lying opposite one another and at a transverse edge lying opposite the end-face side and consisting of a single piece, and further comprising a fastening connection piece having a portion which penetrates the end-face side.
- 22. The container of claim 21, wherein each of the corners of the end-face side is folded over by 5° to 90°.
- 23. The container of claim 21, wherein the closure body has protective tabs for covering the walls to protect the end-face edges.
- 24. A deformable tube comprising a foil material which forms an end-face wall and two lateral walls of the tube, wherein the lateral walls are connected to one another along two lateral edge sections and shoulder piece comprising a closable outlet connection piece and a flange piece which is fastened on the end-face wall, the improvement comprising a flange extending for the outlet connection piece outwardly along the end-face wall to a middle region of each said lateral wall.
