Claims
- 1. A sliding element for a shoe sole, comprising:an upper sliding surface; a lower sliding surface, wherein the lower sliding surface is arranged at least in partial sliding contact with the upper sliding surface such as to be slideable in at least two directions; and a spring element, wherein the spring element is deflected by a sliding movement of the upper sliding surface relative to the lower sliding surface, and wherein the spring element is pre-tensioned when the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface are in a neutral position.
- 2. The sliding element of claim 1, wherein the lower sliding surface is slideable relative to the upper sliding surface in at least three directions.
- 3. The sliding element of claim 1, wherein the spring element comprises at least one elastic pin connecting the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface.
- 4. The sliding element of claim 3, wherein the at least one elastic pin includes an enlarged area at each end of the pin and one enlarged end of the pin extends at least partially through an opening defined by the upper sliding surface and the other enlarged end of the pin extends at least partially through an opening defined by the lower sliding surface.
- 5. The sliding element of claim 1, wherein the upper sliding surface forms a lower side of an upper heel cup and the lower sliding surface forms an upper side of a lower heel cup.
- 6. The sliding element of claim 5, wherein the upper heel cup and the lower heel cup comprise corresponding substantially spherical surfaces.
- 7. The sliding element of claim 1, further comprising a seal disposed at least partially about the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface to seal an intermediate space between the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface.
- 8. The sliding element of claim 1, wherein one of the sliding surfaces comprises at least one projection for engaging a recess defined by the other sliding surface.
- 9. A sliding element for a shoe sole, comprising:an upper sliding surface; a lower sliding surface, wherein the lower sliding surface is arranged below the upper sliding surface such as to be slideable in at least two directions; and a spring element, wherein the spring element is deflected by a sliding movement of the upper sliding surface relative to the lower sliding surface and is pre-tensioned when the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface are in a neutral position, and wherein the spring element comprises at least one elastic pin connecting the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface, the at least one elastic pin comprising an enlarged area at each end of the pin and one enlarged end of the pin extends at least partially through an opening defined by the upper sliding surface and the other enlarged end of the pin extends at least partially through an opening defined by the lower sliding surface.
- 10. The sliding element of claim 9, wherein the upper sliding surface forms a lower side of an upper heel cup and the lower sliding surface forms an upper side of a lower heel cup.
- 11. The sliding element of claim 10, wherein the upper heel cup and the lower heel cup comprise corresponding substantially spherical surfaces.
- 12. The sliding element of claim 9, further comprising a seal disposed at least partially about the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface to seal an intermediate space between the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface.
- 13. The sliding element of claim 9, wherein one of the sliding surfaces comprises at least one projection far engaging a recess defined by the other sliding surface.
