Claims
- 1. A substantially pure cyclic peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence Leu-Gly-Leu-Arg-Ser-Leu-Arg-Glu circularized by addition of Cys residues at both ends of said peptide, said cylic peptide being capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of erbB-2 receptor.
- 2. A substantially pure blocking peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence Leu-Gly-Leu-Arg-Ser-Leu-Arg-Glu, said blocking peptide being capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of erbB-2 receptor.
