Claims
- 1. A burn-in board, comprising:
- a printed circuit board;
- a plurality of sockets mounted on said printed circuit board; and
- a plurality of passageways, at least one said passageway for each said socket, each of said passageways extending through said printed circuit board and a respective one at said sockets whereby IC packages are displaced from said sockets by insertion of tools through said passageways.
- 2. In a printed circuit board with an IC package socket including means for removably receiving an IC package on an upper side and means of the socket attaching said socket to the printed ciruit board on a lower side of the socket, the improvement comprising at least one passageway extending from the side of the printed circuit board opposite that to which the socket is attached to the upper side of the socket for receiving a tool inserted through the passageway to displace the IC package from said socket.
- 3. Apparatus according to claim 2 wherein said socket and said printed circuit board comprise a burn-in board.
