Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION AND CLAIM OF PRIORITY

This application claims the benefit under 35 USC $119 of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-0041979, filed on Mar. 30, 2023, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

BACKGROUND
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cleaning wipe case, and more particularly, to a cleaning wipe case which allows a user to easily and hygienically use cleaning wipes.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, a structure for withdrawing cleaning wipes is formed in such a way that a plurality of cleaning wipes in which a liquid cleaning solution is absorbed are rolled in a vertical cylindrical shape, and a wipe located at an upper end is sequentially withdrawn one at a time through a withdrawal hole formed in an upper surface of a wipe package.

In addition, there is also a structure in which a portion surrounding the withdrawal hole is sealed from an outside through a separate opening/closing device, and in this state, opened every time a cleaning wipe is withdrawn, such that evaporation of liquid cleaning solution from the cleaning wipes is minimized. In such a structure, as a method of withdrawing a cleaning wipe, in a state where the portion surrounding the withdrawal hole is opened using the opening/closing device, initially, fingers are put into the withdrawal hole to hold a wipe located at the uppermost end and then pull the cleaning wipe upward to withdraw.

In this process, a first cleaning wipe which is completely withdrawn to the outside of the withdrawal hole, and a portion of an upper end of a second cleaning wipe connected directly below the first cleaning wipe are withdrawn to the outside of the withdrawal hole together. Accordingly, the first cleaning wipe is completely withdrawn from the withdrawal hole, and the upper end portion of the second cleaning wipe is partially withdrawn to the outside of the withdrawal hole.

At this time, when a user directly grabs the cleaning wipe rolled in the middle with his or her fingers to take the cleaning wipe out of the cylindrical case and pulls it out, foreign matters and germs, etc. may be transferred from the fingers to the clean wipe, and an operation of picking up an end portion of the rolled cleaning wipe with the fingers is cumbersome and not hygienic.

In particular, in a situation where the demand for the cleaning and sterilizing wipes has exploded due to a global pandemic, there is a need for a product that enables users to easily and hygienically use the cleaning wipes by improving the conventional inconvenient and unsanitary method of use.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a cleaning wipe case according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view illustrating a cleaning wipe case main body according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

A cleaning wipe case 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a cleaning wipe container for withdrawing cleaning wipes 10 without contact, and may include a case lid 110, a case main body 120, a sub cover 131 provided on one upper side of the case main body 120, and a withdrawal member 150 connected to the sub cover 131.

The case lid 110 is a member made of a metallic or plastic material and connected to one upper side of the case main body 120 through a connection pad 111, and can control the opening and closing of the case main body 120 while sealing the case main body 120. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the case lid 110 may be formed in a circular shape corresponding to the cross section of the case main body 120 and engaged with an upper rim 121 of the case main body 120 to seal the case main body 120. Although this case lid 110 is shown in a circular shape in FIG. 1, it is not limited thereto and may be provided in various polygonal shapes according to the cross section of the case main body 120.

The case main body 120 is made of a metallic or plastic material and is manufactured in a cylindrical shape, for example, to define an internal space in which the cleaning wipes 10 are stored, such that the cleaning wipes 10 made of a type of non-woven fabric are rolled in a circular shape to be accommodated therein. This case main body 120 may densely accommodate the cleaning wipes 10 in a circular shape to improve adhesion between them, thereby efficiently accommodating a larger number of the cleaning wipes 10. Here, the case main body 120 is shown in a cylindrical shape in FIG. 1, but it is not limited thereto, and may be provided in a cylinder shape having various cross sections, such as a square cylinder shape and a hexagonal cylinder shape, etc.

As shown in FIG. 2, the sub cover 131 is provided in contact with one side below the upper rim 121 so as to cover an upper center of the case main body 120 inside the case main body 120, and includes a penetration part 140 provided at an upper central position of the case main body 120 as a dispensing means.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the penetration part 140 includes a penetration aperture 141 penetrating a portion of the sub cover 131 corresponding to the upper central position of the case main body 120, and a plurality of cutting lines 142 connected to the penetration aperture 141 and extending radially. Here, eight cutting lines 142 are provided radially along a circular arc based on the penetration aperture 141 in FIG. 2, but they are not limited thereto, and a plurality of perforated tear lines, such as four or six, may be provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, one side of the withdrawal member 150 is connected to the sub cover 131 through the perforated tear line 132, and the other side thereof forms an opening A together with the upper rim 121. This withdrawal member 150 includes: a body 151 which is made of the same material as the sub cover 131, of which one side is connected to the sub cover 131 through the perforated tear line 132 and the other side is connected to the upper rim 121, includes a finger insert hole 152 provided in a one end portion thereof, and has a tapered shape whose width is decreased toward the other end; and a plurality of first barbs 153 provided on the other side of the body 151 toward the opening A.

When a user pulls the body 151 upward, this withdrawal member 150 may be separated from the sub cover 131 along the upper rim 121 and the perforated tear line 132. At this time, a middle end 132-2 of the perforated tear line 132 is connected to the cutting line 142 provided toward the opening A among the plurality of cutting lines 142. Therefore, after the withdrawal member 150 is separated along the perforated tear line 132, the penetration aperture 141 and the opening A communicate with each other through the cutting line 142 provided toward the opening A.

The plurality of first barbs 153 may be provided to be inclined at an angle along the other side of the body 151 having a tapered shape, that is, to have an acute angle toward the finger insert hole 152.

Hereinafter, a cleaning wipe case according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating a cleaning wipe case main body according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an exemplary view for describing a process of using the cleaning wipe case according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

The cleaning wipe case according to the second embodiment of the present invention has the same structure as the cleaning wipe case according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but as shown in FIG. 3, there is a difference in that a plurality of second barbs 153-2 are provided along one side of the body 151 corresponding to the plurality of first barbs 153 provided on the other side of the body 151 of the withdrawal member 150.

The plurality of second barbs 153-2 may be provided to be inclined at a predetermined angle along one side of the body 151 separately from the sub cover 131, that is, to have an acute angle toward the finger insert hole 152 based on the perforated tear line 132.

When a user pulls the body 151 upward, this withdrawal member 150 having the plurality of first barbs 153 and second barbs 153-2 may be torn off and separated from the sub cover 131 along the upper rim 121 and the perforated tear line 132. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the user may insert the other end of the withdrawal member 150 having the first barbs 153 and the second barbs 153-2 into the penetration aperture 141.

Thereby, when the first barb 153 and the second barb 153-2 are inserted into the center of the cleaning wipes 10 accommodated in a rolled form in a concentric circle inside the case main body 120, and are hooked to a cleaning wipe 10 constituting a central portion of the roll, that is, the first cleaning wipe 10, the user may withdraw it through the penetration aperture 141. Thereafter, the second cleaning wipe 10 connected to the first cleaning wipe may also be continuously withdrawn before a perforated connection line is disconnected. Accordingly, the user can withdraw the cleaning wipe 10 without separate contact.

Alternatively, according to the user's selection, when the first barbs 153 and the second barbs 153-2 of the withdrawal member 150 are inserted into the opening A, and are hooked to a cleaning wipe 10 constituting an outer portion of the roll of the cleaning wipes 10 accommodated in a rolled form in a concentric circle inside the case main body 120, the user may withdraw it through the opening A, or otherwise, may place the cleaning wipe in the penetration aperture 141 passing through the cutting line 142 provided toward the opening A. Thereafter, when the user withdraws the cleaning wipe 10 placed in the penetration aperture 141, the next cleaning wipe 10 is placed in the penetration aperture 141, such that the cleaning wipe 10 can be continuously withdrawn. Accordingly, the user can withdraw the cleaning wipe 10 without separate contact.

Accordingly, in the cleaning wipe case according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the first sheet of the cleaning wipes 10 stored inside the cleaning wipe case 100 may be easily withdrawn upward through the penetration aperture 141 using the withdrawal member 150 even without the user touching the cleaning wipe 10 with his or her fingers. Therefore, it is possible to use the cleaning wipe 10 hygienically.

Hereinafter, a cleaning wipe case main body according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 6C. FIG. 5 is a plan view illustrating the cleaning wipe case main body according to the third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6A is an exemplary view for describing a process of placing a withdrawal member in the cleaning wipe case according to the third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6B is an exemplary view illustrating a state where the withdrawal member is placed in the cleaning wipe case according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6C is an exemplary view illustrating a cross section of the withdrawal member placed in the cleaning wipe case according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

The cleaning wipe case according to the third embodiment of the present invention has the same structure as the cleaning wipe case according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, but as shown in FIG. 5, there is a difference in that a storage part 160 is provided on one side of an edge of the sub cover 131.

The storage part 160 may have the shape of a penetration slot or a groove penetrating the sub cover 131 along the one side of the edge thereof in a predetermined length. This storage part 160 is intended to insert and store the withdrawal member 150 after the user withdraws the cleaning wipe 10 using the withdrawal member 150, as shown in FIG. 6A, and may have a form of a through-slot penetrating the sub cover 131 along the one side of the edge thereof in a predetermined length or a groove having a predetermined depth.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6B, a lower portion of the withdrawal member 150 may be inserted into the storage part 160 to be hung and supported thereon. At this time, the storage part 160 has a smaller length than the width of the upper end of the withdrawal member 150, that is, the width of the upper end of the withdrawal member 150 including the finger insert hole 152. Therefore, the lower portion of the withdrawal member 150 may be inserted into the storage part 160 and the upper end thereof may be hung and supported thereon.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6C, a mounting height h1 of the withdrawal member 150 inserted into the storage part 160 is formed equal to or lower than a height of the upper rim 121. Therefore, when the case lid 110 is engaged with and closed to the upper rim 121 of the case main body 120, it will not be disturbed.

In the cleaning wipe case according to the third embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the user may withdraw the cleaning wipe inside the cleaning wipe case using the withdrawal member without touching the cleaning wipe with his or her fingers, thereby it is possible to provide convenience for the user to use the cleaning tissue hygienically.

Although the technical idea of the present invention has been specifically described according to the above preferred embodiments, it should be noted that the above-described embodiments are for the purpose of description and are not intended to limit the present invention.
