Claims
- 1. A purified nucleic acid molecule comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7.
- 2. A recombinant vector that directs the expression of a nucleic acid molecule of claim 1.
- 3. A host cell transfected or transduced with the vector of claim 2.
- 4. A recombinant vector, which is a plasmid deposited at Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes under the Accession Number I-2221 or I-2344.
- 5. A kit for detecting a parasite, said kit comprising:(A) a polynucleotide probe comprising a nucleic acid molecule as claimed in claim 1; and (B) reagents to perform a nucleic acid hybridization reaction.
