Claims
- 1. A method for the preparation of a composition for diffusing phosphorus which comprises mixing 95- 30 parts by weight of phosphorus nitride powder with 5- 70 parts by weight of silicon dioxide powder and hot pressing the mixed powder at 700.degree. - 950.degree. C. under a pressure of 50- 500kg/cm.sup.2 for 5- 60 minutes in an inert gas atmosphere.
- 2. A method as claimed in claim 1 wherein white carbon prepared by a dry method is used as silicon dioxide.
