COSMETIC CONTAINER

Abstract

A cosmetic container includes: a makeup tool received in the cosmetic container; an opening formed on the side surface thereof so as to allow a portion of the makeup tool to protrude out of the cosmetic container; and a protrusion formed to correspond to the portion of the makeup tool protruding through the opening.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and particularly, to a cosmetic container in which a part of a cosmetic tool that is accommodated therein protrudes outward.

BACKGROUND ART

A variety of cosmetic tools such as a brush, a puff, a sponge, a spatula, and the like are present to be used with a variety of cosmetic products. Such a cosmetic tool may be accommodated in a cosmetic container which accommodates cosmetic product or may be a separately provided component.

When a cosmetic tool is an additional component separate from a cosmetic container, it is difficult to keep with the cosmetic container such that there are a concern over loss and a disadvantage of inconvenience in carrying. When a cosmetic tool is accommodated in a cosmetic container, there are advantages such as easy storage and less concern over loss. However, a structure of the cosmetic container may become complicated or additional components for storage may be added so as to increase manufacturing costs. Also, there is a problem that a size of a cosmetic tool to be accommodated may be restricted by a size of a container.

Accordingly, a cosmetic container which does not restrict a size of a cosmetic tool to be accommodated and has a simple structure is necessary.

Also, a cosmetic container basically has a primary function of accommodating and storing contents of a cosmetic product and has a secondary function of inducing a consumer to select the cosmetic product through aesthetics of an exterior. As types of cosmetic products are diversified and there is fierce competition in cosmetic products, it is also becoming very important to increase a purchasing rate by adding a distinctive element to a shape or package of a cosmetic container.

However, since general cosmetic containers merely use a simple and one-dimensional method of increasing aesthetics of an exterior of a cosmetic container by printing an image on a container lid, there is a limitation in providing unique and three-dimensional aesthetics.

DISCLOSURE

Technical Problem

The present invention is directed to providing a cosmetic container which does not restrict a size of a cosmetic tool accommodated therein while having a simple structure.

Technical Solution

One aspect of the present invention provides a cosmetic container including a cosmetic tool accommodated in the cosmetic container, an opening portion formed in a side to allow a part of the cosmetic tool to protrude outward, and a protruding portion formed corresponding to the part of the cosmetic tool which protrudes through the opening portion.

The protruding portion may be formed at a position symmetrical to that of the opening portion.

The protruding portion may be formed to have the same shape as that of the part of the cosmetic tool which protrudes through the opening portion.

The cosmetic container may include an opening portion formed in a side to allow a part of the cosmetic tool accommodated in the cosmetic container to protrude outward.

The cosmetic container may include a cosmetic tool accommodation portion in which a through portion is formed to allow the part of the cosmetic tool accommodated therein to protrude outward.

The opening portion and the through portion may be formed in the same direction.

A central axis of the opening portion and a central axis of the through portion may form a certain angle.

The cosmetic container may further include an inner container in which a cosmetic product is accommodated. Here, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion may be formed in a top surface of the inner container and may include an edge portion formed while protruding upward to accommodate the cosmetic tool, and the through portion may be formed at least a part of the edge portion.

The cosmetic container may further include an inner container in which a cosmetic product is accommodated. Here, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion may be formed inside the inner container, and the through portion may be formed in a side of the inner container.

The cosmetic container may include a mounting portion for mounting the cosmetic tool.

A top surface of the cosmetic container may have an upwardly convex shape.

The cosmetic container may include a cosmetic tool accommodated inside the cosmetic container and having a part protruding outward through the opening portion.

Another aspect of the present invention provides a cosmetic container including an inner container in which a cosmetic product is accommodated, a cosmetic tool accommodation portion in which a cosmetic tool is accommodated, and an outer container in which the inner container is accommodated and which includes an opening portion formed in a side to allow a part of the cosmetic tool to protrude outward.

The cosmetic tool accommodation portion may be formed in a top surface of the inner container. Here, an edge portion may be formed to protrude upward to accommodate the cosmetic tool, and a through portion may be formed in the edge portion to allow a part of the cosmetic tool accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion to protrude outward.

The opening portion and the through portion may be formed in the same direction.

The cosmetic tool accommodation portion may include a mounting portion for mounting the cosmetic tool.

The outer container may include a lower case on which the inner container is mounted and an upper case coupled with the lower case to open or close the lower case. Here, the opening portion may be formed in a side of the upper case.

The upper case may have an upwardly convex shape.

The cosmetic container may include a cosmetic tool accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion and having a part protruding outward through the opening portion.

Advantageous Effects

According to the present invention, a cosmetic container which does not restrict a size of a cosmetic tool accommodated therein while having a simple structure may be provided.

MODES OF THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. While reference numerals are given to components of each drawing, it should be noted that although shown in different drawings, like components will be referred to as like reference numerals if possible. Also, in a description of the embodiments of the present invention, a detailed description of well-known components or functions of the related art will be omitted when it is deemed to obscure understanding of the embodiments of the present invention. Also, although the embodiments of the present invention will be described below, the technical concept of the present invention is not limited or restricted thereto and a variety of modifications thereof may be made by one of ordinary skill in the art.

Throughout the specification, when a part is stated as being “connected” to another part, the part may be not only “directly connected” but also may be “indirectly connected” to the other component. Throughout the specification, when a portion is stated as “including” a component, unless defined particularly otherwise, it means that the portion may not exclude another component but may further include another component.

FIG. 1 is a view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 1, a cosmetic container 100 includes an opening portion 110 formed in a side thereof to allow a part of a cosmetic tool 200 accommodated therein to protrude outward. In one embodiment, when the cosmetic tool 200 is accommodated in the cosmetic container 100, the cosmetic tool 200 may protrude outward through the opening portion 110 formed in the side of the cosmetic container 100. Accordingly, the cosmetic tool 200 is relatively free from restriction in size according to a size of the cosmetic container 100. Particularly, in the case of the cosmetic tool 200 having a shape extending lengthwise toward one side, for example, a cosmetic tool including a handle as a component, the extending part of the cosmetic tool 200 may protrude through the opening portion 110 of the cosmetic container 100 so as to be advantageous in being accommodated therein.

FIG. 2 is a view illustrating internal components of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 2, the cosmetic container 100 may include a cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 in which the cosmetic tool 200 is accommodated. In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may have a shape which varies according to a type, a form, an accommodation method, and the like of the cosmetic tool 200. For example, the shape of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may vary according to a length or a handle shape of the cosmetic tool 200. In addition, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may be formed such that the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated therein may protrude through the opening portion 110 of the cosmetic container 100.

Also, in one embodiment, the cosmetic container 100 may have a shape which varies according to the shape of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120. For example, the cosmetic container 100 may have a shape having an upwardly convex top surface according to the type, form, and the accommodation method of the cosmetic tool 200 and a size and a position of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120.

Hereafter, more detailed internal components of the cosmetic container will be described.

FIG. 3 is a view illustrating internal components of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 3, the cosmetic container 100 may include the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 in which a through portion 122 is formed to allow a part of the cosmetic tool 200 may protrude outward. The through portion 122 is an internal component to allow the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 to protrude outward through the opening portion 110 of the cosmetic container 100. The through portion 122 may have a variety of shapes depending on the shape of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, when the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 is formed by an edge portion 121 protruding upward, the through portion 122 may have an uneven groove shape. Here, an uneven groove may have a variety of shapes such as a quadrangular shape, a curved shape, a wedge shape, and the like depending on the shape of the cosmetic tool 200.

Also, in one embodiment, the through portion 122 may be formed in the same direction as that of the opening portion 110. A detailed description thereof will be set forth below with reference to FIG. 4.

FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a direction of the opening portion and the through portion according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 4, the through portion 122 in the cosmetic container 100 and the opening portion 110 formed in the cosmetic container 100 may be formed in the same direction. In more detail, in one embodiment, a center line 410 of the through portion 122 and a center line 410 of the opening portion 110 may be formed to coincide with each other. Since it is necessary for the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 to extend and protrude outward from the cosmetic container 100, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 which are paths in which the cosmetic tool 200 extends outward may be formed in the same direction. Particularly, when the center line 410 of the through portion 122 coincides with the center line 410 of the opening portion 110, the cosmetic tool 200 which linearly extends may be more conveniently accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120.

However, even when the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 are formed in the same direction, it is not necessarily needed for the center line 410 of the through portion 122 and the center line 410 of the opening portion 110 to coincide with each other. In one embodiment, a central axis of the opening portion 110 and a central axis of the through portion 122 may form a certain angle. A detailed description thereof will be set forth below with reference to FIG. 5.

FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a direction of the opening portion and the through portion according to another embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 5, the through portion 122 in the cosmetic container 100 and the opening portion 110 formed in the cosmetic container 100 are formed in the same direction while a central axis 520 of the opening portion 110 and a central axis 510 of the through portion 122 may form a certain angle. In one embodiment, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 which form a certain angle may perform a function of fixing the cosmetic tool 200. For example, when the cosmetic container 100 is closed in FIG. 5, the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may be inserted and fixed between a left side of the opening portion 110 and a right side of the through portion 122. According to one embodiment, the cosmetic tool 200 may be mounted in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 without an additional component.

However, this is merely an embodiment, and it is not necessarily needed for the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 to be formed in the same direction. The through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions according to a shape of an outwardly extending part of the cosmetic tool 200. For example, when the outwardly extending part of the cosmetic tool 200 is a foldable type or a curved shape instead of a linear shape, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions.

Referring back to FIG. 3, the through portion 122 in the cosmetic container 100 and the opening portion 110 formed in the cosmetic container 100 may be disposed in consideration of other components of the cosmetic container 100. In more detail, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions to avoid a direction in which a component interferes when the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 extends outward. For example, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions while avoiding an opening or closing button 140, a hinge portion 150, and the like of the cosmetic container 100.

The cosmetic container 100 may include mounting portions 131 and 132 to allow the cosmetic tool 200 to be mounted in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120. When a gap is present between the cosmetic tool 200 or the through portion 122 while a part of the cosmetic tool 200 protrudes outward from the cosmetic container 100, the protruding part may move. Accordingly, to prevent unnecessary movement, the mounting portions 131 and 132 configured to fix the cosmetic tool 200 may be formed. In one embodiment, the mounting portions 131 and 132 may be formed to fix the cosmetic tool 200 from both sides as shown in FIG. 3. However, this is merely an embodiment, and the mounting portions 131 and 132 may have a variety of shapes. For example, the cosmetic tool 200 is formed to include an openable lid and the cosmetic tool 200 may be mounted by being covered with the lid.

The cosmetic tool 200 may include a variety of types of cosmetic tools 200 such as a brush, a spatula, and the like and may be accommodated in the cosmetic container 100 while a part thereof may protrude outward through the opening portion 110. In one embodiment, the part of the cosmetic tool 200 is formed of an elastic material such that the elastic part of the cosmetic tool 200 may be mounted while being inserted into the opening portion 110 or the through portion 122 when the cosmetic tool 200 is accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120. In addition, here, the opening portion 110 and/or the edge of through portion 122 may also be formed of an elastic material or an elastic material may be attached thereto to allow the cosmetic tool 200 to be mounted. According to one embodiment, the cosmetic container 100 may be sealed to prevent contamination thereof, and the cosmetic tool 200 may be fixed to prevent unnecessary movement.

FIG. 6 is a view of the cosmetic container including the cosmetic tool accommodation portion formed on a top surface of an inner container according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 6, the cosmetic container 100 may include an inner container 160 and an outer container 170 in which the inner container 160 is accommodated.

The inner container 160 accommodates a cosmetic product. The cosmetic product accommodated in the inner container 160 may be powder-phase or gel-phase contents. The cosmetic tool 200 may vary according to a shape or type of the cosmetic product accommodated in the inner container 160. The inner container 160 may include a cosmetic product accommodation portion filled with cosmetic contents and may include an inner container lid hinge-coupled with the cosmetic product accommodation portion to perform a function of opening or closing the cosmetic product accommodation portion.

The outer container 170 may accommodate the inner container 160 and include the opening portion 110 formed in a side thereof such that the part of the cosmetic tool 200 may protrude outward. In one embodiment, the outer container 170 may include an upper case and a lower case. The lower case may accommodate the inner container 160 therein and may include an opening or closing button 140 formed in one outer area and configured to include a holding protrusion and a hinge portion 150 formed in another area and coupled with the upper case. The holding protrusion of the opening or closing button 140, which extends from a top of a button portion, recedes due to a user's pushing operation such that the upper case may be detached from the holding protrusion. The upper case may be coupled with the lower case and perform a function of opening or closing the lower case. Also, a mirror or the like may be disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the upper case so as to more conveniently assist use of the cosmetic container 100.

FIG. 6 illustrates the cosmetic container 100 including the opening portion 110 formed in the upper case of the outer container 170. However, this is merely an embodiment, and the opening portion 110 may be formed in the lower case. When a part of the opening portion 110 is formed in each of the upper case and the lower case and the upper case and the lower case are closed, one opening portion 110 may be formed.

Also, the upper case of the cosmetic container 100 may have a shape having an upwardly convex top surface according to the type, form, and the accommodation method of the cosmetic tool 200 and a size and a position of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 configured to accommodate the cosmetic tool 200 may be formed on an upper surface of the inner container 160. The edge portion 121 of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may protrude upward to accommodate the cosmetic tool 200. The through portion 122 may be formed in the edge portion 121 such that the part of the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 protrudes outward. The through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 are formed in the same direction, and in more detail, the center line 410 of the through portion 122 and the center line 410 of the opening portion 110 may be formed to coincide with each other. However, even when the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 are formed in the same direction, it is not necessarily needed for the center line 410 of the through portion 122 and the center line 410 of the opening portion 110 to coincide with each other. In one embodiment, a central axis of the opening portion 110 and a central axis of the through portion 122 may form a certain angle. In addition, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions. Also, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 formed in the cosmetic container 100 may be disposed in consideration of other components of the cosmetic container 100. For example, the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 may be formed in different directions while avoiding the opening or closing button 140 and the hinge portion 150 of the outer container 170 and an opening or closing handle, the hinge portion, and the like of the inner container 160.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may include the mounting portions 131 and 132 to allow the cosmetic tool 200 to be mounted therein. The mounting portions 131 and 132 may be formed to fix the cosmetic tool 200 from both sides as shown in FIG. 6. However, this is merely an embodiment, and the mounting portions 131 and 132 may have a variety of shapes. For example, the cosmetic tool 200 is formed to include an openable lid and the cosmetic tool 200 may be mounted by being covered with the lid.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool 200 may include a variety of types of cosmetic tools 200 such as a brush, a spatula, and the like and may be accommodated in the cosmetic container 100 while a part thereof may protrude outward through the opening portion 110.

According to the present invention, a cosmetic container which does not restrict a size of a cosmetic tool accommodated therein while having a simple structure may be provided.

FIG. 7 is a view of the cosmetic container including the cosmetic tool accommodation portion formed inside the inner container according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 7, in one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 configured to accommodate the cosmetic tool 200 may be formed in the inner container 160. In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 is a space in the inner container 160 for accommodating the cosmetic tool 200 and may be located above a space in the inner container 160 in which a cosmetic product is accommodated. Also, a through portion 164 may be formed in a side surface 163 of the inner container 160 such that the part of the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 protrudes outward. As described above, the cosmetic container 100 may have a variety of shapes.

FIG. 8 is a view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 8, the opening portion 110 may be formed in a side of the cosmetic container 100 such that a part of the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated in the cosmetic container 100 may protrude outward. Accordingly, the cosmetic tool 200 is relatively free from restriction in size according to a size of the cosmetic container 100 and the cosmetic tool 200 may be is advantageously accommodated. Also, the cosmetic container 100 may include a protruding portion 600 formed corresponding to the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 110. Accordingly, it is easy to grip the cosmetic container 100 or to open or close the cosmetic container 100.

FIG. 9 is a view illustrating internal components of the cosmetic container according to another embodiment.

In a description with reference to FIG. 9, repetitive parts as described above will be simply described.

Referring to FIG. 9, the cosmetic container 100 may include the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 in which the cosmetic tool 200 is accommodated. In one embodiment, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may have a shape which varies according to the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated therein, and the cosmetic container 100 may have a shape which varies according to the shape of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120. Also, the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may be formed such that the cosmetic tool 200 accommodated therein may protrude through the opening portion 110 of the cosmetic container 100.

The through portion 122 may be formed in the cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 such that the part of the cosmetic tool 200 protrudes outward. The through portion 122 may be formed in the same direction as that of the opening portion 110. Also, a center line 410 of the through portion 122 and a center line 410 of the opening portion 110 may be formed to coincide with each other. However, even when the through portion 122 and the opening portion 110 are formed in the same direction, it is not necessarily needed for the center line 410 of the through portion 122 and the center line 410 of the opening portion 110 to coincide with each other and a central axis of the opening portion 110 and a central axis of the through portion 122 may form a certain angle.

The through portion 122 in the cosmetic container 100 and the opening portion 110 formed in the cosmetic container 100 may be disposed in consideration of other components of the cosmetic container 100. The cosmetic tool accommodation portion 120 may include the mounting portions 131 and 132 to allow the cosmetic tool 200 to be mounted therein.

The cosmetic container 100 may include an upper case and a lower case. The lower case may accommodate the inner container 160 therein, include the opening or closing button 140 formed in one outer area, and configured to include a holding protrusion and the hinge portion 150 formed in another area and coupled with the upper case. The upper case may be coupled with the lower case and perform a function of opening or closing the lower case.

The protruding portion 600 corresponding to the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 110 may be formed on the side of the cosmetic container 100. The cosmetic container 100 may be more easily gripped and easily opened or closed using the protruding portion 600.

The protruding portion 600 may be formed at a position symmetrical to that of the opening portion 110. Here, a dot or line which is a criterion of symmetry may be diversely set. Also, the protruding portion 600 may have the same shape as that of the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100. A description thereof will be set forth below with reference to FIG. 10.

FIG. 10 is a plan view of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 10, the protruding portion 600 may be formed at a position symmetrical to that of the opening portion 110 on the basis of a center line 1000 of the cosmetic container 100. Here, the center line 1000 corresponds to a virtual line which transverses a center of the cosmetic container 100 body. In one embodiment, the center line 1000 may be an extension of a line which connects the center of the body of the cosmetic container 100 to the opening or closing button 140. Also, in one embodiment, the center line may be an extension of a line perpendicular to the line which connects the center of the body of the cosmetic container 100 to the opening or closing button 140. In addition, the protruding portion 600 may be formed such that a center line of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 110 and a center line of the protruding portion 600 may form a certain angle.

As described above, a position of the protruding portion 600 shown in FIG. 10 is merely an example, and the protruding portion 600 may be formed at a position corresponding to the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 110 on the basis of a variety of points or lines of criterion.

Also, the protruding portion 600 may have the same shape as that of the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100. However, the term “same” used herein does not mean completely the same but sameness at a degree may be considered to be overall the same. Referring to FIG. 10, the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100 corresponds to a part of a circular shape, and the protruding portion 600 also has a shape like a part of a circular shape therelike. The protruding portion 600 has the same shape as that of the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100 such that a sense of unity may be provided and a user may more easily grip and open or close the cosmetic container 100.

The part of the cosmetic tool 200, which protrudes through the opening portion 100, and the protruding portion 600 may have any shapes as long as both are the same. For example, they may have a variety of shapes such as a triangular shape, an elongated shape, and the like. In addition, part of the cosmetic tool 200, which protrudes through the opening portion 100, and the protruding portion 600 may have the same shape but have a difference in sizes thereof.

Also, the protruding portion 600 is not limited thereto and may have a shape different from that of the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100. In this case, the protruding portion 600 and the part of the cosmetic tool 200, which protrudes through the opening portion 100, may be formed to provide a sense of unity despite having different shapes.

Also, the part of the cosmetic tool 200 and the protruding portion 600 are formed to provide the sense of unity overall so as to allow the cosmetic container to embody one character.

Here, the character may be obtained by embodying a general human, animal, plant, object, or the like, and particularly, may be a fictitious animal or character that appears in cartoons or animations.

As described above, in the shape of the cosmetic container, the protruding portion 600 and the part of the cosmetic tool 200 may form one overall integrated shape to attract interest of consumers and may increase consumer satisfaction by increasing aesthetics of a simple cosmetic container.

Also, when a completed shape is a character shape, an image more familiar to consumers may be provided to increase a buying rate. When the completed shape is a logo of a company or a character which represents a company, the cosmetic container may be used for a purpose of corporate communications or advertisement.

Referring back to FIG. 9, the protruding portion 600 may be formed at an appropriate distance from the opening portion 110. When the protruding portion 600 is formed to be excessively close to the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 110, interference may occur when the cosmetic tool 200 is attached or detached. Accordingly, to easily attach or detach the cosmetic tool 200, the protruding portion 600 may be formed to be spaced at an appropriate distance from the opening portion 110.

Also, the protruding portion 600 may include a groove to be easily gripped. Here, the part of the cosmetic tool 200 which protrudes through the opening portion 100 may also equally include a groove.

In addition, the protruding portion 600 may be formed at any one of the upper case and the lower case. A description will be set forth below with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12.

FIG. 11 is a side view of the cosmetic container according to another embodiment, and FIG. 12 is a side view of the cosmetic container according to still another embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 11, the protruding portion 600 is formed on the upper case of the cosmetic container 100. In FIG. 11, the protruding portion 600 is formed on a left side, and the part of the cosmetic tool 200 protrudes through the opening portion 110 on a right side. In this case, a user may hold the lower case with a user's right hand and may open or close the upper case by holding the protruding portion 600 with a user's left hand.

Referring to FIG. 12, the protruding portion 600 is formed on the lower case of the cosmetic container 100. In this case, when the lower case is held with one hand, the lower case may be firmly held by holding the protruding portion 600 or supporting the hand at the protruding portion 600.

As described above, the protruding portion 600 is formed on any one of the upper case and the lower case such that the cosmetic container 100 may be easily gripped and easily opened or closed. In addition, although it is shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 that the opening portion 110 is formed in the upper case, the opening portion 110 is not limited thereto and may be formed on the lower case. In this case, both the protruding portion 600 and the opening portion 110 may be formed on the upper case or the lower case, or one of them may be formed on the upper case and another may be formed on the lower case.

As described above, optimum embodiments have been shown and described in the drawings and the specification. The particular terms used herein are merely intended to describe the present invention and are not used to limit the meanings or restrict the scope of the present invention disclosed in the claims. Therefore, it should be understood by one of ordinary skill in the art that a variety of modifications and equivalents thereof may be made. Accordingly, the technical scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical concept of the following claims.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container comprising: a cosmetic tool accommodated in the cosmetic container;an opening portion formed in a side to allow a part of the cosmetic tool to protrude outward; anda protruding portion formed corresponding to the part of the cosmetic tool which protrudes through the opening portion.

2. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the protruding portion is formed at a position symmetrical to that of the opening portion.

3. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the protruding portion is formed to have a same shape as that of the part of the cosmetic tool which protrudes through the opening portion.

4. The cosmetic container of claim 1, further comprising a cosmetic tool accommodation portion in which a through portion is formed to allow the part of the cosmetic tool accommodated therein to protrude outward.

5. The cosmetic container of claim 4, wherein the opening portion and the through portion are formed in the same direction.

6. The cosmetic container of claim 4, wherein a central axis of the opening portion and a central axis of the through portion form a certain angle.

7. The cosmetic container of claim 4, further comprising: an inner container in which a cosmetic product is accommodated; andan outer container in which the inner container is accommodated and which has a side in which the opening portion is formed,wherein the cosmetic tool accommodation portion is formed in a top surface of the inner container and comprises an edge portion formed while protruding upward to accommodate the cosmetic tool, andwherein the through portion is formed in at least a part of the edge portion.

8. The cosmetic container of claim 7, wherein the outer container comprises: a lower case on which the inner container is mounted; andan upper case coupled with the lower case to open or close the lower case, andwherein the opening portion is formed in a side of the upper case.

9. The cosmetic container of claim 8, wherein as the upper case opens the lower case, a top surface of the cosmetic tool accommodation portion is externally exposed.

10. The cosmetic container of claim 4, further comprising: an inner container in which a cosmetic product is accommodated; andan outer container in which the inner container is accommodated and which has a side in which the opening portion is formed,wherein the cosmetic tool accommodation portion is formed inside the inner container, andwherein the through portion is formed in a side of the inner container.

11. The cosmetic container of claim 1, further comprising a mounting portion configured to mount the cosmetic tool.
