Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a multifunctional cosmetic hair treatment apparatus which uses planar heating elements using carbon fiber as heating wires or far-infrared film plates. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic hair treatment apparatus using the planar heating elements or the far-infrared film plates for drying and cosmetically treating hair, which heats rods to a low temperature with heat or far-infrared radiations of the planar heating elements or the far-infrared film plates when the cosmetic hair treatments such as perms, straightening, softening, dyeing, hair-manicuring, treatments and hair-loss prevention and warmly heats a perm agent in the winter time and can also be used even when the hair is dried with the far-infrared radiations radiated from the far-infrared film plates.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, heating elements of a cap for a perm can be used to perform only cosmetic hair treatments such as perms, and generate heat using a nickel chrome alloy wire. However, since the heating elements generate electromagnetic waves and have poor flexibility due to a metal characteristic, the heating elements are disconnected due to corrosion, so that the heating elements have a short lifespan.

In addition, heating elements of a cap for a perm using nichrome heating wires have a structure in which only the corresponding heating wire is heated. Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2001-0007980 discloses a cap for perming hair through heating of carbon heating semiconductor fiber, and fiber of a carbon heating semiconductor has simply a line structure. In order to improve tensile strength of the fiber in the line structure, a material such as rubber or silicon is coated on the fiber. However, since the coated fiber has also a line structure, a temperature distribution of the cap for a perm is non-uniformed, so that there are problems in that the perm is not uniformly performed during the perm and the dyeing is no uniformly on the entire hair to cause a difference in a dyed color.

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0295967 discloses “Cap having plane heat-generating member” in which a heat generating unit such as a plane heat-generating member made of ceramic carbon fiber is provided between a lining and an outshell, power is supplied to the heat-generating member, and a power supply and a temperature control unit for controlling temperatures of the heat generated from the heat-generating member are provided.

Furthermore, Korean Patent Application No. 10-2005-0054246 discloses a cap in which heat is applied to hair in order to prompt a cosmetic hair treatment during dyeing, perms and hair nutritional clinic and far-infrared radiations, and anions for protecting hair and scalp are radiated at the same time to prompt health of the hair and scalp.

However, since heat-transferring methods of the aforementioned technologies are all performed at a time on a top portion, a nape portion and side portions of the hair, it is not easy to apply the aforementioned technologies to a cosmetic hair treatment necessary to allow the top portion, nape portion and side portions to have different temperatures. Further, the above-stated two products are used to perform only the cosmetic hair treatment, but are not used to a specialized and characterized hair drying without effort of the hairdresser.

Moreover, in an existing beauty salon, in order to quickly perm hair of a person to get a perm when the hair of the person to get a perm is permed, rods for cosmetically treating hair are heated to a low temperature (45° C. to 50° C.) by a separate heating unit, and the hairdresser needs to wash the hair and separately dry the hair with the hair drier after the cosmetic hair treatments such as perms, dyeing, treatments and hair-loss prevention.

It takes a long time for the hair dresser to dry the hair of the person to get a perm with the hair drier, and the hairdresser puts stress on the arm and wrist due to a heavy weight of the hair drier and long working hours of the hairdresser to increase tiredness.

The conventional cosmetic hair treatment cap is used to cosmetically treat hair. However, when the conventional cosmetic hair treatment cap is used to dry the hair, a space between the hair and the cosmetic hair treatment cap is not formed. Thus, there are problems in that circulated since the head is tightly covered with the cosmetic hair treatment cap, warm wind of the drier is not smoothly, the person to get a perm feels uncomfortable, or volumizing of the hair is flattened.
