Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a dog storage waste container and bag dispenser and, more particularly, to dog storage waste container and bag dispenser that includes a portable cylindrical container to hold filled waste bags with a threaded hollow cover to store dispensing bags.

2. Description of the Related Art

Several designs for a dog storage waste container and bag dispenser have been designed in the past. None of them, however, include a portable container wherein filled wasted bags can be inserted and disposed of correctly, in addition it is comprising a dispensing bag for the collection of animal waste.

Applicant believes that a related reference corresponds to U.S. Pat. No. 6,578,730 issued for disclosing a container for holding and dispensing a roll of plastic film bags and a used bag disposal receptacle. Applicant believes that another related reference corresponds to U.S. Pat. No. 6,588,375 issued for disclosing a cylindrical container which can be mounted to an animal leash wherein the container is used to store and dispose of filled waste collection bags. None of these references, however, teach of a portable cylindrical container which is carried by or attached to a pet owner or a leash wherein in the container has a threaded hollow cover which dispenses disposable bags for the collection of animal waste and the interior of the container is used to hold filled waste bags until they can be disposed of properly.

Other documents describing the closest subject matter provide for a number of more or less complicated features that fail to solve the problem in an efficient and economical way. None of these patents suggest the novel features of the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is one of the objects of the present invention to provide a waste storage container and bag dispenser that allows the user to store soiled bags therein to prevent odors from the animal waste when depositing the bag in the container due to a screw lid seal which allows the animal waste to properly dispose of waste animal.

It is another object of this invention to provide a waste storage container and bag dispenser that allows the user to easily pull-out disposable bags from a dispenser.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a waste storage container and bag dispenser that includes an attaching member which permits the user to attach the container to a backpack, to a belt loop, or the like to easily carry the invention.

It is yet another object of this invention to provide such a device that is inexpensive to implement and maintain while retaining its effectiveness.

Further objects of the invention will be brought out in the following part of the specification, wherein detailed description is for the purpose of fully disclosing the invention without placing limitations thereon.
