Claims
- 1. A double walled metal tube comprising inner and outer metal tubes, said inner and outer tubes each being characterized by a longitudinal weld seam extending along their respective lengths, said inner tube being tightly interterence nested within said outer tube along substantially the entire lengths of said tubes with said outer tube being in an expanded condition and tight interterence nesting engagement with said inner tube such that the seams thereof are angularly separated from one another by approximately 1/8 inch, whereby the double walled tube can be bent relative to a generally single seam location.
- 2. A double walled tube as in claim 1 wherein said inner and outer tubes are axially movable with respect to one another when said double walled tube is bent.
- 3. A double walled tube as in claim 2 wherein said inner and outer tubes are bent along their respective lengths.
- 4. A double walled tube as in claim 3 wherein said inner and outer tubes are bent through more than one plane.
