Claims
- 1. An electrophotographic image forming process wherein the image is formed on a photoreceptor from a first rotation of the photoreceptor, the photoreceptor comprising an interlayer comprised of fine titanium oxide particles and a resin between an electrically conductive base body having an aluminum-evaporated surface and a photosensitive layer wherein a contact potential difference of said interlayer with respect to the aluminum-evaporated surface is not less than +0.175 V.
- 2. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1 wherein the image is developed by a reversal development method.
- 3. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1 wherein a developed image is formed after forming an electrostatic latent image employing a digital method on the photoreceptor.
- 4. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1, wherein the contact potential difference is not less than +0.200 V.
- 5. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 4, wherein a charge generating material contained in the photosensitive layer is phthalocyanine.
- 6. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1, wherein the contact potential difference is not less than +0.225 V.
- 7. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1, wherein thickness of said interlayer is at least 5 μm.
- 8. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1, wherein a charge generating material contained in the photosensitive layer is titanyl phthalocyanine having a maximum diffraction peak in the X-ray diffraction spectrum (having a Brag angle 2θ±0.2 degree) of a CuK α-ray at 27.2 degrees.
- 9. The electrophotographic image forming process of claim 1, wherein a charge generating material contained in the photosensitive layer is titanyl phthalocyanine having a maximum diffraction peak in the X-ray diffraction spectrum (having a Brag angle 2θ±0.2 degree) of a CuK α-ray at 27.2 degrees and peaks at 9.5 degrees as well as 24.1 degrees.
