Claims
- 1. An electrostatic information recording medium comprising;
- (a) an electrode layer having a specific resistance of 10.sup.-6 .OMEGA..multidot.cm or less;
- (b) an electric charge retaining layer laminated to the electrode layer, said layer being fabricated of a macromolecular material having a glass transition temperature higher than that of the environmental temperature, a water absorption ratio of 0.4 wt % or less and a specific resistance of 10.sup.-12 .OMEGA..multidot.cm or more.
- 2. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is a resin containing fluorine.
- 3. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is polyester resin.
- 4. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is polyparaxylylene.
- 5. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is polyethylene naphthalate.
- 6. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is methylphenyl silicone resin.
- 7. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein macromolecular material is polyimide resin.
- 8. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer consists of mono-layer film or built-up layers film with insulating property.
- 9. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is optical electret.
- 10. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is thermal electret.
- 11. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer consists of an electric charge retaining reinforced layer combined with the insulating layer with film thickness not to admit the injection of electric charge.
- 12. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 11, wherein an electric charge retainability reinforced layer is formed on an electrode and an insulating layer with film thickness not to admit the injection of electric charge is formed.
- 13. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 11, wherein an insulating layer with film thickness not to admit the injection of electric charge is formed on an electrode and an electric charge retainability reinforced layer is formed.
- 14. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 11, wherein the electric charge retainability reinforced layer consists of inorganic insulating film, organic macromolecular insulating film, monolayer film or built-up layers film and the film thickness thereof is within the range of 10-1000 .ANG..
- 15. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 11, wherein the film thickness not to admit the injection of electric charge is 100 .ANG. or more.
- 16. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer consists of an insulating resin layer containing the photoconductive or electrically conductive particles and is capable to accumulate the electric chare in said particles.
- 17. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 16, wherein the photoconductive or electrically conductive particles are present in single layer or multiple layers in the vicinity of the interior surface of the insulating resin layer.
- 18. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 16, wherein the photoconductive or electrically conductive particles are dispersed in the insulating resin layer and are laminated on the insulating resin layer, which is piled up on the electrode.
- 19. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 16, wherein the photoconductive or electrically conductive particles are dispersed in the insulating resin layer and are laminated on the electrode.
- 20. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer consists of photoconductive or electrically conductive particles laminated in single layer or in multiple layers on the insulating layer, the electric charge transport layers are sequentially laminated on said particle layer which primarily transport one polarity part of the electric charge and are laminated on the electrode from the said of insulating layer.
- 21. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer consists of photoconductive layer detachably laminated on the insulating layer and it is laminated on the electrode from the side of insulating layer.
- 22. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is such that insulating layer and photoconductive layer are sequentially laminated, said photoconductive layer is made of the substance having orientation in thickness direction and is laminated on electrode from insulating layer side.
- 23. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is such that insulating layer and photoconductive layer are sequentially laminated, and said photoconductive layer is made of the substance of photoconductive particle dispersion type and is laminated on electrode from the insulating layer side.
- 24. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein electrode is supported by support member, and electric charge retaining layer is laminated on electrode.
- 25. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 24, wherein support member is made of flexible base material.
- 26. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 24, wherein support member, electrode, and electric charge retaining layer are transparent.
- 27. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the protective film is laminated on the electric charge retaining layer to increase the electric charge retaining property.
- 28. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 27, wherein the protective film is the insulating plastic film.
- 29. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 27, wherein the protective film is formed by coating the insulating plastic solution.
- 30. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 27, wherein the protective film is formed by the melting transfer of the insulating melting plastics.
- 31. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein a part of the information recording region is the audio information recording region and audio information is recorded.
- 32. An electrostatic information recording medium with audio information recorded as set fort in claim 31, wherein the audio information recording region is at the periphery of the electrostatic information recording medium.
- 33. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 1, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is laminated on the electrode and the electrode is laminated on the card base material.
- 34. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 33, wherein the surface of the electric charge retaining layer is exposed and embedded in the card base material or the electric charge retaining layer is attached and laminated on the card base material.
- 35. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 33, wherein the electric charge retaining layer is laminated with or without the recorded information.
- 36. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 33, wherein the recording form of the information is either the electric charge or the toner by toner development.
- 37. An electrostatic information recording medium as set forth in claim 33, wherein the electrode is partially exposed and laminated at appropriate point of the card base material.
