The present disclosure relates to a fencing assembly.
In modern society, it is common to use fences in buildings. A conventional fence is used for encompassing a certain area and isolating the area from others. A fence is often installed in a school campus, a construction site, a private area or a house to encompass and protect the area, and prevent invasion and restrict access.
Common fences on the market are usually sold as a whole set. A set of fences is usually composed of two upper and lower horizontal rails and a plurality of vertical balusters at a spaced interval and soldered with the rails. However, this whole set of fence makes it difficult to customize and transport. When the length of the whole set of fences is too long, it is usually troublesome in transportation and the cost is greatly increased. In addition, in modern life, it is very common to freely design and match the color of the fence. Since the welding and baking paint to the fence are completed in the manufacturing, the color of the rails and the balusters cannot be easily changed, so that the result would not meet the user's expectation, and also affect the aesthetic considerations.
Therefore, there is a need to improve the above-mentioned problems, and to effectively reduce the trouble and cost of customized fences, as well as enhance ‘consumers’ desire to purchase.
The main purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a fencing assembly, by virtue of a plurality of holes on the surface of the rail, and a plurality of positioning assembly on the bottom surface of the rail corresponding to the hole, the user can easily and directly insert one end of the baluster into the hole, and the baluster is engaged with the rail, so that a detachable fence is provide.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and effect, the present disclosure provides a fencing assembly, which includes two rails, a plurality of baluster, and a plurality of positioning assembly, wherein the rail is hollow and has an assembly hole.
Further, each one of the plurality of balusters is hollow and has two ends detachably mounted in the assembly hole.
Lastly, each of the plurality of positioning assemblies is disposed in the rail and detachably mounted with the baluster, so that the rail and the baluster are engaged. In which, each of the plurality of positioning assemblies has a plurality of annular stopping flange on the surface, and each of the plurality of stopping flanges has an inwardly recessed structural notch.
In operation, the user can combine several balusters and a pair of rails to form a fence structure. Due to the corresponding positioning assembly in the rail, the baluster can be stably engaged with the rails, and prevented from being easily disassembled by external force. Moreover, by virtue of the assembled structure, the fencing assembly of the present disclosure is more convenient in transportation and simpler in customized design.
The described embodiments may be better understood by reference to the following description and the accompanying drawings in which:
As shown in
Further, each of the plurality of balusters 2 is hollow and has two ends detachably mounted in the two rails respectively, form the knee with rails 3.
Finally, the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 are disposed in the two rails 1 and detachably mounted in the plurality of balusters 2 respectively, so as to engage the two rails 1 and the plurality of balusters 2 and form a fence. Moreover, each of the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 has a plurality of annular stopping flanges 31 on the surface, and each of the plurality of stopping flanges 31 has an inwardly recessed structural notch 311. The structural notch 311 is used to enable the stopping flanges 31 easier to be bent.
